Under NAFTA, GATT, and other trade agreements, the transfer of production and manufacturing to the emerging nations is also increasing and trade barriers are lowered. Some 160 emerging nations are essentially exempt from environmental pollution controls, under the Kyoto accords including China and India.
Both China and India alone are building and commissioning in average three new coal burning electricity generating plants a week. In these nations, electrical power needs and transport needs are increasing, and will continue to increase, due to the increasing production and movement of goods and the building of factories and assembly plants.
In addition the very limited pollution controls – if any – that will be applied to the new electrical plants and transport capabilities to be built in those exempted nations a big advantage in competitive markets and the West losing out. (suicidal).
Behind this globalist movement/plan and the transfer of manufacturing and production to many of these nations is a transfer to essentially “slave type labor” nations where workers have few if any benefits, are paid extremely low wages, work long hours, and have no unions or bargaining rights.
The local politicians can usually be “bought” very cheaply so that there are also no effective government controls.
This has set up a de facto return to the feudalistic capitalism of an earlier era when enormous
profits could be and were extracted from the backs of impoverished workers, and government checks and balances were farcical/nil. The Davos group.

The question has to be asked if NAFTA, GATT, and Kyoto were set in place for this very purpose itself?
As the wealth transfer has been building for the last 50 years, it involves the extraction of perhaps $2 trillion per year, from the backs of these impoverished laborers.
It would not appear accidental that Kyoto removed the costly pollution control measures from this giant economic buildup that would otherwise have been required. The end resulting in a increased pollution of the biosphere on a grand scale.
The world energy crisis is now driving the economies of the world nations. Presently there is an escalating
worldwide demand for electrical power and transportation, much of which depends on fossil fuels being coal and particularly oil or oil products. The resulting demand for oil and very cheap coal is expected to increase year by year. When it is burned it is gone.

The plants do need CO2 to grow and the actual percentage is about 0.04% or almost nothing. his been much higher in the past and now so low that iff decreased to 0.02% resulting in wide spread famine and food prices souring.
The heart of the present environmental pollution problem is the ever-increasing need for electrical energy
obtained from burning of coal, hydrocarbon fuels and/or nuclear power stations.
The increasing production of electrical power to fill the rising needs, increasingly pollutes the environment including the populace itself (lungs, bodies, etc.). Almost every species on earth is affected, and every year some species become extinct as a result.
The main cause however is Environmental pollution includes pollution of the soil, fresh and salt water, and the atmosphere by a variety of waste products. Given global warming, it also includes excess heat pollution in addition to chemical and nuclear residues…
All the hydrocarbons ever burned, all the water over all the dams ever built, all the nuclear fuel rods
ever expended in all the nuclear power plants, added not a single watt to the power line.
Instead, all that expense, effort, and pollution and destruction of the biosphere was and is necessary in
order to keep adding internal energy to the generator – so that it can keep continually rebuilding its
source dipole that is continually destroyed by the inane circuits that the power system scientists and
engineers keep designing and building for us.
It takes as much energy input to the generator to restore the dipole, as it took the circuit to destroy
the dipole. Thus all the systems our scientists and engineers design and build, require that we continually
input more energy to restore the dipole, than the circuit dissipates in the load.
Our technical folks thus happily design and give us systems which can and will only exhibit COP<1.0. –
thus continuing to require that we ourselves steadily provide more energy to the system to continually
rebuild its dipole, than the inane masochistic system uses to power its load.
We are already at the end of that cycle and effects as result of it clearly visible and to wars a economic
collapse.
History bears out that desperate nations take desperate actions. Prior to the final economic collapse, the
stress on nations will have increased the intensity and number of their conflicts, to the point where the
arsenals of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) now possessed by some 25 nations, are almost certain to be released. As an example, suppose a starving North Korea {[2]} launches nuclear weapons upon Japan and South Korea, including U.S. forces there, in a spasmodic suicidal response.
Or suppose a desperate China – whose long range nuclear missiles can reach the United States – attacks Taiwan. In addition to immediate responses, the mutual treaties involved in such scenarios will quickly draw other nations into the conflict, escalating it significantly.
Strategic nuclear studies have shown for decades that, under such extreme stress conditions, once a few nukes are launched, adversaries and potential adversaries are then compelled to launch on perception of preparations by one’s adversary.
The real legacy of the MAD concept is this side of the MAD coin that is almost never discussed.
Without effective defense, the only chance a nation has to survive at all, is to launch immediate
full-bore pre-emptive strikes and try to take out its perceived foes as rapidly and massively as possible.

powered – even though it has been discovered and known for nearly 50 years in particle physics.
In short, we pay the power companies (and their scientists and engineers) to deliberately engage in a giant wrestling match inside their generators and lose.
Needless to say, that is not the way to run the railroad! One is reminded of one of the classic comments by Churchill:
“Most men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most pick themselves up and continue on as if nothing had happened.”
Unfortunately, at present it seems that not very many energy system scientists and engineers have “stumbled over the truth” as to what really powers their systems, and how inanely they are really designing them.
Free energy suppression should be ended. The flying saucers and the many deep underground bases are prove of it. Every so-called specialist including the people on power are liars/cheats.
Let us put it very simply: The most modern theory today is modern gauge field theory. In that theory,
freedom of gauge is assumed from the getgo. Applied to electrodynamics, this means – as all electrodynamicists
have assumed for the last century or longer – that the potential energy of an EM system can be freely changed
at will. In other words, in theory it costs nothing at all to increase the EM energy collected in a system;
this is merely “changing the voltage”, which does not require power. In other words, we can “excite” the
system with excess energy (actually taken from the vacuum), at will. For free. And the best science of the
day agrees with that statement. The name most used for it is free energy.
The Federal Reserve and big banks have contributes directly to the economic problem as a result.
To avoid the impending collapse of the world economy and/or the destruction of civilization and the biosphere, we must quickly replace much of the “electrical energy from oil” heart of the crisis at great speed, and simultaneously replace a significant part of the “transportation using oil products” factor also.
The technical basis for that solution and part of the prototype technology required, are now at hand but
suppressed.
The present scientific and technical energy efforts to blunt these strategic threat curves,
immediately shows that all the efforts (and indeed the conventional scientific thinking) are far too little
and far too late. Even with a massive effort on all of the “wish list” of conventional projects and directions,
the results would be totally insufficient to prevent the coming holocaust.
I firmly believe that if the aliens are real, THIS IS THE TRUE NATURE OF THE BEAST. It is the only scenario THAT ANSWERS ALL THE QUESTIONS and places the various fundamental mysteries in an arena that makes sense. It is the only explanation which shows the chronology of events and demonstrates that the chronologies, when assembled, match perfectly. The bulk of this I believe to be true if the material that I viewed in the Navy is authentic. As for the rest, I do not know, and that is why this paper must be termed a hypothesis. Most historic and current available evidence supports this hypothesis.

Another aspect of the Anunnaki relevant here is their multicultural image. The Anunnaki have been written retroactively into all mythological systems, making them true transnationals. “The FOREIGN AND MILITARY INTELLIGENCE, BOOK 1, ‘Final Report of the Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities,’ United States Senate, 94th Congress, 2nd Session, Report No. 94-755, April 26, 1976, p. 49. states: ‘This directive empowered the Secretary to coordinate oversees information activities designed to counter communism.’
“A Top Secret annex to NSC-4, NSC-4A, instructed the director of Central Intelligence to undertake covert psychological activities in pursuit of the aims set forth in NSC- 4. The initial authority given the CIA for covert operations under NSC-4A did not establish formal procedures for either coordinating or approving these operations. It simply directed the DCI to ‘undertake covert actions and to ensure, through liaison with Senate and Defense, that the resulting operations were consistent with American policy.’
“Later NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were to supersede NSC-4 and NSC-4A and expand the covert abilities even further. The Office of Policy Coordination (OPC) was chartered to carry out an expanded program of covert activities. NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 validated illegal and extralegal practices and procedures as being agreeable to the national security leadership. The reaction was swift. In the eyes of the intelligence community ‘no holds were barred.’ Under NSC-10/1 an Executive Coordination Group was established to review, but not approve, covert project proposals. The ECG was secretly tasked to coordinate the alien projects. NSC-10/1 & /2 were interpreted to mean that no one at the top wanted to know about anything until it was over and successful.
Taking over of the control of the US by cabal/deep State.

It was intended that this buffer serve as a means for the President to deny knowledge if leaks divulged the true state of affairs. NSC-10/2 established a study panel which met secretly and was made up of the scientific minds of the day. The study panel was not called MJ-12. Another NSC memo, NSC-10/5 further outlined the duties of the study panel. These NSC memos and secret Executive orders SET THE STAGE FOR THE CREATION OF MJ-12 ONLY FOUR YEARS LATER.
“SECRETARY OF DEFENSE JAMES FORRESTAL OBJECTED TO THE SECRECY. He was a very idealistic and religious man. He believed that the public should be told. James Forrestal was also one of the first known abductees. When he began to talk to leaders of the opposition party and leaders of the Congress about the alien problem he was asked to resign by Truman. He expressed his fears to many people. Rightfully, he believed that he was being watched. This was interpreted by those who were ignorant of the facts as paranoia. Forrestal later was said to have suffered a mental breakdown. He was ordered to the mental ward of Bethesda Naval Hospital. In spite of the fact that THE ADMINISTRATION HAD NO AUTHORITY TO HAVE HIM COMMITTED, the order was carried out. In fact, it was feared that Forrestal would begin to talk again. He had to be isolated and discredited. His family and friends were denied permission to visit. Finally, on May 21, 1949, Forrestal’s brother made a fateful decision. HE NOTIFIED AUTHORITIES THAT HE INTENDED TO REMOVE JAMES FROM BETHESDA on May 22. Sometime in the early morning of May 22, 1949, agents of the CIA tied a sheet around James Forrestal’s neck, fastened the other end to a fixture in his room, then threw James Forrestal out the window. The sheet tore and he plummeted to his death. James Forrestal’s secret diaries were confiscated by the CIA and were kept in the White House for many years. Due to public demand the diaries were eventually rewritten and published in a sanitized version. The real diary information was later furnished by the CIA in book form to an agent who published the material as fiction.
THE NAME OF THE AGENT IS WHITLEY STRIEBER and the book is ‘MAJESTIC’. James Forrestal became one of the first victims of the cover-up.
“The live alien that had been found wandering in the desert from the 1949 Roswell crash was named EBE. The name had been suggested by Dr. Vannevar Bush and was short for Extraterrestrial Biological Entity. EBE HAD A TENDENCY TO LIE, and for over a year would give only the desired answer to questions asked. Those questions which would have resulted in an undesirable answer went unanswered. At one point during the second year of captivity he began to open up. The information derived from EBE was startling, to say the least. This compilation of his revelations became the foundation of what would later be called the ‘Yellow Book.’ Photographs were taken of EBE which, among others, I was to view years later in Project Grudge.
“In late 1951 EBE became ill. Medical personnel had been unable to determine the cause of EBE’s illness and had no background from which to draw… Several experts were called in to study the illness. These specialists included medical doctors, botanists, and entomologists. A botanist, Dr. Guillermo Mendoza, was brought in to try and help him recover. Dr. Mendoza worked to save EBE until June 2, 1952, when EBE died. Dr. Mendoza became the expert on at least this type of alien biology. The movie E.T. is the thinly disguised story of EBE.
“In a futile attempt to save EBE and to gain favor with this technologically superior race, the United States began broadcasting a call for help early in 1952 into the vast regions of space. The call went unanswered but the project, dubbed SIGMA, continued as an effort of good faith (Note: Apparently in this effort to kiss-up to a more technically advanced race of creatures these government officials forgot EBE’s infernal “tendency to lie”, and instead continued to believe what they WANTED to believe… that this was a sure may to satisfy their insatiable appetite for super technology, and that these creatures were benevolent – in spite of the fact that human body parts were found on board at least two of their craft.
In our opinion these officials deserve whatever harmful actions may have been taken against them by these creatures as a result of establishing a ‘relationship’ with what was obviously a malevolent alien race for mostly selfish motives. It is not certain whether this particular alien was one of the mantis-like “Infernals” or one of the reptilian “Sauroids” who apparently are subject to them.
However the movie ‘CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND,’ which whitewashed the actual malevolent nature of the aliens to an incredible degree, depicted BOTH the small saurian ‘gray’ type beings and the long-armed ‘mantis’ like creatures as working together. As we’ve said it seems that the desire of the secret government to obtain the occult-technology of these particular ‘aliens’ was one of their main motivations for establishing a WORKING contact
with the saurian grays instead of with the more benevolent though protective human-alien races,
even if it meant–as we shall soon see–the sellout of their fellow humans beings to obtain this. This ‘forbidden fruit’ of super-technology would apparently allow the recipients to live like ‘gods’ over the rest of humanity – Branton).

Other contributing factors in the formation of the global economy are government policies that restructured capitalism through laws deregulating and liberalizing economic activity (148). The global economy has, of course, catapulted the scale of capitalism;

However, as Castells also points out, the global economy, “is not a planetary economy … because it does not embrace all economic processes in the planet, it does not include all territories, and it does not include all people in its workings, although it does affect directly or indirectly the livelihood of all humankind” .

Within weeks of the pandemic outbreak, it had become apparent that the standard practice of putting COVID-19 patients on mechanical ventilation was a death sentence; 76.4% of COVID-19 patients (aged 18 to 65) in New York City who were placed on ventilators died. Among patients over age 65 who were vented, the mortality rate was 97.2%
The recommendation to place COVID patients on mechanical ventilation as a first-line response came from the World Health Organization, which allegedly based its guidance on experiences and recommendations from doctors in China. But venting COVID patients wasn’t recommended because it increased survival. It was to protect health care workers by isolating the virus inside the vent machine
Data suggest around 10,000 patients died with COVID in NYC hospitals after being put on ventilators in spring 2020. Other metropolitan areas also saw massive spikes in deaths among younger individuals who were at low risk of dying from COVID. It’s possible many of these deaths were the result of being placed on mechanical ventilation
The WHO must be held accountable for its unethical recommendation to sacrifice suspected COVID patients by using ventilation as an infection mitigation strategy — especially considering they’re now trying to get unilateral power and authority to make pandemic decisions without local input
Showing how the WHO’s recommendation to put patients on mechanical ventilation resulted in needless death among people who weren’t at great risk of dying from COVID is perhaps one of the most powerful talking points a country can use to argue for independence and rejection of the WHO’s pandemic treaty.
The One Health joint plan of action itself is pure word salad. It tells us nothing, really, other than it’s about forming a global coalition to “drive change” and transform life at the “global, regional and country level” under the guise of “health.”
