which are low frequent types like anger, stress, isolation, pain to name a few. Our world is controlled by STS beings and here to feed off negative emotions. So our artificial build structure/organization build/constructed in a way to get maximal yield.
Mammals are social being like to enjoy and experience a wide range of different emotions but hamstring in this expect due to structure/organization placed here by the overseers 5STS Aliens. In addition setting us up against each others organizing things like conflict and wars using the Media. Hereby using matrix/assimilated official and interbreeds.
First of all, it is well that you understand some of our purposes so that you may more fully co-operate. I cannot tell you the hard times you will face if you resist us.
We have ways of dealing with resisters.
I am only telling you this now, since it is much too late to turn things around. The days of putting a stop to us have long since past. We have full control of the earth and its finance, along with the major media propaganda, and there is simply no way any nation or power can defeat us.

In this way we can keep the people unbalanced and always facing controversy which is very helpful to us. Have you not seen the talk show spectacle? Some of you believe we are the liberals and the good people are the conservatives.
In reality, both serve our purposes. Each camp merely serves with the stamp of our approval but they are not allowed to present the real issues.
By creating controversy on all levels, no one knows what to do. So, in all of this confusion, we go ahead and accomplish what we want with no hindrance.

Consider the President of the United States. Even though he regularly breaks every known check on his power, no one can stop him. He goes ahead and does whatever we want him to do anyway. The Congress has no power to stop him.
He does what we want since he knows if he does not, because of his rather dark character, we can have him removed in a moment’s time. Is not that a rather brilliant strategy on our part? You cannot take us to court because you can’t see us and the courts are our servants as well. We run everything, yet, you do not know who to attack.
I must say this hidden hand is wonderfully devised and without any known historical precedent on this scale. We rule the world and the world cannot even find out who is ruling them.

This is truly a wonderful thing. In our media we present before you exactly what it is we want you to do. Then, as if in a flash, our little servants obey. We can send American or European troops to wherever we like, whenever we like, and for whatever purpose we like, and you dutifully go about our business.
How much more evidence do you need? We can make you desire to leave your homes and family and go to war merely at our command. We only need to present some nonsense to you from the president’s desk or on the evening news and we can get you all fired up to do whatever we like. You can do nothing but what we put before you.
YOUR VAIN ORGANIZATIONS
And, let us consider your religions and the “moral majority.” The “moral majority” is neither moral nor is it in the majority. We have delighted to use this wet noodle of a movement to make ridiculous the Christian faith. The silly men who run that organization always end up with egg on their faces*. We have always put them in defense of themselves as we have so successfully done with the NRA. We can make it seem by our media propaganda that the National Rifle Association is actually the New Radical Attackers.

Have we not turned the American conservative movement on its ear? If it serves our purposes we can use the conservatives to turn the liberals on their ear. It makes no difference to us but it serves to make you believe there are two sides struggling for their particular position. This helps to make things seem fair and free since everyone has a voice. Actually, there is only one side now with all kinds of masks on, but you are unable to penetrate our purposes.
You see, we can do whatever we like and you can do nothing about it. Does it not seem reasonable that you simply obey and serve us?* Otherwise, you get eaten up in the resistance you suppose will liberate you.

You cannot be liberated. Imagine how you can. We supply your fuel for your cars. We can turn it off whenever we like claiming that there is some sort of fuel shortage. What if your car breaks down? You cannot get parts for it without us. We supply all the money you use. At any whim of our desire we can stop the money supply or cause a complete crash all together. We can then order the president to declare all money worthless and that we will have to have new money. All of your stashes of cash will go up in smoke in a moment’s time.
Don’t you need food? If necessary, we can cause a trucker’s strike which would stop deliveries of food to your local store. We can starve you whenever we like. You only have food because we have provided it to you from our table.
During the great depression we controlled the food. We heaped mountains of food behind fences and let it rot. The hungry were then made to work in our labour camps even though there was enough and more to feed them. Do you really think you can beat us? You say you will hoard gold coins so you will still have money in the time of the crash. We can simply pass a law which outlaws the possession of gold as we have done in the past. If we find gold in your possession, we would simply confiscate it and put you in prison for breaking the law.
While in prison you would be required to work in one of our prison industries. We have so formed a picture of the labour camps in our prisons these days that no one seems to object to them. We tell people that murderers should pay for their own keep.
No one seems to consider that we have the power to put tomato growers there also. We can pass laws that prohibit gardens and then make up some scientific reason why you may only buy food from our sources. If someone sees you growing tomatoes, they will report you to us and then we will have you in our fields working for us. Oh, silly nationalists, there is no escape for you, for since long before you were born, we were planning your capture. Your teachers and ministers have been forming your thoughts for us for generations now. You have no idea how to pull out of our influence short of suicide. Go ahead and commit suicide, it will only help us to deal with the excessive population. You cannot hurt us, find us, or even imagine what we are up to.

We run Hollywood. The movies such as Terminator and Armageddon, along with a great host of others, were simply created to get you thinking according to our directions. You have been made to delight in violence so that when we send you off to kill some bad man we have put before you, you move without a whimper.
We have placed violent arcade games in your malls to prepare your young minds in the art of battle. We have made you to view our armies and police as the good forces and you submit to things that were unthinkable just a few decades ago. Our artful programs, are all designed to help you submit and even help the New World Order.
Star Trek, and other such creations, have taught you to simply obey orders from the new international rulers. Oh, silly people, you thought you were being entertained, while you were actually being educated. Dare I use the words, “brainwashed” or “mind control?” By the way, have you seen the new Star Wars?
What a masterpiece of mental manipulation. Humans confer with nondescript beasts of all shapes and sizes and they confer in English. I wonder where those space beasts learned English. Oh, the simplices of the mind of the citizen. He never considers he is being taken into fairyland. We have placed advertisements for Star Wars almost everywhere you go. You will find them in Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Taco Bell and a host of our institutions of commerce.
There is something we want you to learn from this movie. Or, perhaps it could be said, there is something we do not want you to learn, from Episodes 4-6. Either way, we will have what we want in the whole affair.

Of course, to keep you off guard we have instructed our elected officials to appear to be correcting the evil of our violence. President Clinton is now speaking against violence in Hollywood movies. This will not solve the problem, but will only make the people believe the problem is being worked on. Sex and violence are the very best powers to use to help us gain our advantage.
How the people loathe to give up their sex and violence, so we place all they want before them. In this way, we keep them so occupied they do not have the integrity or brain power to deal with the really important matters which are left entirely in our hands. President Clinton has been very helpful to us. We knew of what character he was before we placed him as president. Exposing him was very helpful in adjusting the moral habits of the youth downward. This is to our advantage.
Even more agreeable to us were the vain efforts of those who thought they could remove him against our will. He is useful to us and he will not be removed by anyone until we are ready to have him removed. Excuse me if I seem to be mocking your system of beliefs, but they are rather outdated. Have you no eyes to see your vain liberties and your righteous pontifications are nothing before us? You can only do what we say you can do. We remove presidents when we are ready and the leader we set up will be there until it serves us to have another.
At that time we place our proposed leader before you and you vote for what we want. In that way we give you the vain voting exercise in the belief you had something to do with placing your president in office.
We use the nations for what we want to use them for. Everyone knows that they must yield to us or die. Fortunately, we have had a few resisters such as Saddam and Milosevic that have been helpful in showing the world leaders what we will do to them if they do not submit.
There is only glory in following our purposes and doing what we say. If one does not, there will be such a sad and tragic result. I would really have you spared of such an end. But, then, again, if you are not spared, it is of no consequence to us. We will use you to alleviate some of the overpopulation problem.
YOUR SILLY REBELLION AGAINST OUR DOMINION
Some of you have thought you could stop us by placing a bomb in one of our abortion clinics or in a government building. Silly souls! How can that hurt us?
All that does is give us an example to use so that we might place more controls and heavy burdens on the population. We love it when you rebel and blow something up. You are our reason for making more laws against all those things which might contribute to your freedom from us. If someone did not blow something up on occasion, we would have no justification in placing more hedges about you. Can’t you see how impossible it is for you to resist us? The more you wriggle, the more we squeeze.

Our kingdom is the kingdom of money. Excuse me, but I must confess that we are the rulers of the kingdom of non-money. You must see the humour in that statement. We have given you a piece of paper or some numbers on a computer screen that we have termed money. It is backed up by nothing and proven by nothing but what we say it is. We create it from nothing, we print it, we loan it, we give it its value, we take its value away. All things that have to do with money are in our hands. Think of it, what is it that you can do against us without money? If you try to resist, we can cancel your credit or freeze your accounts.
Your cash is easily confiscated. We have made so many rules in the realm of living that you cannot live without money.
Camp on government land and you must move in two weeks. You cannot grow much of a garden in two weeks. Many of our wilderness trails are entered by permit only. We have passed laws that do not allow you to live in trailers over a certain period without moving to another location. Have you not thought it ridiculous that we will allow a man to live in a box full time but we will not allow a man to live in an RV full time unless he is in a taxpaying campground?

OUR UNFATHOMABLE MYSTERIES
Our recent war in Serbia has many purposes to it but we do not speak of these things openly. We let the talk show hosts blather all sorts of nonsense but none of it touches the core. First of all, there is a wealth of natural resources in Kosovo that we must have complete control of. Kosovo has large supplies of uranium in its soil and uranium is very helpful to our regime. Also, it suits us to keep all such minerals out of the hands of potential enemies.
Milosevic has not been helpful in giving those resources into our hands so we simply make things difficult for him until he does. Even now victory over Yugoslavia is imminent.
We are reducing that proud nation to the level of humility we require from all people. After the war, if Mr. Milosevic does not sufficiently humble himself, we will take him to the world court charged with war crimes. We made up that term; rather ingenious, don’t you think? How could there be such a thing as a war crime?
The very nature of war is that the rules are off. It is so entertaining to watch the nations try to fight war according to the laws we have placed before them. The only war crime there really is only involves the crime of being against us. Anyone against us is violating our law. As you have seen when someone is for us we do not care what they do. Was not Nelson Mandela a bomb-toting terrorist who killed many of his enemies? We made a hero of him.
We observe no laws when it comes to war. We do what we want, when we want and where we want. We can starve nations to death, we can ruin civilians and any other horror for which we would take our enemies to court. Look at our example.
We bomb Serbia out of its wits, bomb Kosovans out of their homes, poison their rivers and streams, turn off their electricity making a grand crisis in that country, and then we masterfully make it appear it is all Mr. Milosevic’s fault and he needs to go to court for it. It is the same way we made our inferno at Waco look like Mr. Koresh’s fault. Then there was our chief villain, Saddam with all of his weapons of mass destruction. Bad men are a dime a dozen and we can conjure one up whenever it suits us. This is really quite funny when you think of it.
I am not one who is usually given to humor, but I do catch myself laughing sometimes at the absolute absurdity of the notions we place before you and you readily accept.
Do you wonder that the leaders of the world tremble at our presence? They know they have no power except the power we give them. We have no fear of Russia or China for we are already in full control of their system of things. China knows that we can freeze any number of its corporations in America and all of its capital at the stroke of a pen.
We want you to be in the system. When you are buying a house, we not only receive the tax revenue to use for our purposes, but we gain large increases from the interest on the loan. You may pay for your house two or three times over from the interest alone. The interest is also taxed which is again placed for use in those sectors of influence we choose.
We do not want you to escape free and that is why we have made it as we have. You are our property. We will not permit you to buy or sell unless you submit to our mark of authority*. If you go to court against us, we will wear you out there and in the end you will lose. If you use violence, we will end up having you in one of our labor camps, more specifically called prison industries. You need our money, our entertainments, our fuel, and our utilities to function and if you don’t have them, you feel deprived. By this, you are made to yield to our will.

Biden’s pursuit of a “new world order” did not originate with him, but has been the goal of globalists for generations. And now this goal is close to fruition.

On March 21, 2022, speaking as president of the United States, Joe Biden told executives of the Business Roundtable, “Now is the time when things are shifting and there’s going to be a new world order out there, and we’ve got to lead it.” Inquiring minds might be inclined to ask, “What is this ‘new world order’ that Joe Biden insists ‘we’ve got to lead’”? Probably very few average Americans, struggling to make ends meet in the new Biden inflation economy, have even heard of these remarks, which were not widely reported in the mainstream media. However, for political observers familiar with globospeak and Biden’s long history as a globalist, his comments, while concerning, were far from surprising.
After all, as this magazine has reported many times, Joe Biden, while serving as Senate judiciary chairman, wrote an opinion piece published by The Wall Street Journal on April 25, 1992 titled “How I Learned to Love the New World Order.”
The content of his op-ed, which was as startling as the title, proposed to “breathe life into the U.N. Charter” by strengthening the powers of the United Nations, including providing it with permanent military forces.
Context is all-important here. Recall that this op-ed by Biden (a globalist Democrat) was timed to provide bipartisan reinforcement for the same New World Order messaging then being dispensed regularly by President George H.W. Bush (a globalist Republican), who repeatedly called for a “new world order” based on“ a reinvigorated United Nations.”
In the 30 years between his Wall Street Journal op-ed and his Business Roundtable address, Biden has weighed in on the matter of building a New World Order (NWO) — in both word and deed — more than a few times. There is, for example, his speech to the U.S. Export-Import Bank conference in Washington on April 5, 2013, in which he declared: “The affirmative task we have now is, uh, is to actually, um, create a new world order, because the global order is changing again. And the institutions and roles that worked so well in the post-World War II era for decades, they need to be strengthened.”
Yet another example is Biden’s speech before the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on January 18, 2017, three days before the Obama/Biden administration relinquished the White House to the incoming Trump administration. Rather than using the term “new world order” in this address to the global billionaire elites and their allies among the ruling political and pundit classes, Biden instead made seven urgent appeals for defense of “the liberal international order.” Again, inquiring minds might ask, what does he mean by this, and what is it that he “loves” about the NWO?
But don’t expect to get any answers from the punditocracy, since the so-called journalists in the establishment media cartel never bother to explain the significance of these utterances — unless it is to lecture us against falling for “conspiracy theories” by seeing something sinister in this terminology.
The Key Players
In globalist parlance, the phrases “new world order” and “liberal international order” are interchangeable, along with frequently used variations such as “new international order” and “multilateral world order.”
The two most prominent organizations promoting this vision of “world order” are the U.S.-based Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the Swiss-based World Economic Forum (WEF). The CFR has been around for more than 100 years (since 1921) and the WEF more than 50 years (since 1971), and they have been joined at the hip in the promotion of ever more government control — at all levels, but especially at the international level.
Both organizations — along with dozens of sister organizations — have recruited a formidable fifth column among the elites of business, finance, politics, media, academia, think tanks, and tax-exempt foundations. Their ultimate objective?
Simple: World government (with them in control, of course), although they often resort to hiding behind the softer sounding euphemism of “global governance,” which has a less-alarming tone and is less likely to rile the masses.
Abundant evidence shows all their anodyne appeals to global peace, prosperity, and brotherhood disguise a truly malevolent design to sweep away all constitutional checks and balances and establish a worldwide absolute tyranny.
There should be no question whatsoever about this, since the World Economic Forum, in 2020, released its astoundingly brazen game-plan titled The Great Reset. In that audacious program, the WEF’s would-be world rulers have dropped their masks to outline their totalitarian agenda to “reset,” i.e., restructure, the entire planet — economically, politically, socially, biologically, morally, and spiritually.
The NWO is inseparably tied to the organized push for world government, usually through the continued piecemeal enhancement of the United Nations and its vast array of aligned agencies (World Trade Organization, World Health Organization, World Bank, International Criminal Court, IMF, UNICEF, etc.) as well as through the simultaneous boosting of regional entities such as the European Union and NATO.
The plan was, and is, gradually to confer more and more regulatory control, along with executive, legislative, judicial, police, and military powers, to regional and global entities until national sovereignty becomes a fiction and nation-states become totally subservient units of an omnipotent World State.
In his aforementioned speech to the WEF, Biden regurgitated stale globalist boilerplate about the alleged benefits of the UN, EU, NATO, and the “liberal international order.” “After World War II, we drew a line under centuries of conflict,” Biden said, and “we built institutions and alliances to advance our shared security.” Moreover, he claimed, “Our careful attention to building and sustaining a liberal international order — with the United States and Europe at its core — was the bedrock of the success the world enjoyed in the second half of the 20th century.”
Similarly, in his address to the Business Roundtable, he told this assemblage of CEOs of some of America’s largest corporations that, since World War II, “we’ve established a liberal world order” and now we must unite the rest of the world behind it. Employing a favorite CFR talking point, he declared “we are at an inflection point” in world history. And adopting the WEF’s Marxist “stakeholder capitalism” argot, he opined: “We can’t afford to prioritize shareholders at the expense of your stakeholders.” The audience to which he was talking was largely already on board with his message. The Business Roundtable (BRT) is notoriously globalist in orientation, with many of its leading CEOs being CFR members and many of the companies they represent being CFR “corporate members” and WEF “corporate partners.” CFR members on the BRT board of directors include Jamie Dimon (JPMorganChase), Jane Fraser (Citi), Dan Schulman (PayPal), and Robert F. Smith (Vista Equity Partners), while the CFR corporate membership roster includes such globalist heavyweights as Bank of America, AT&T, Cisco, Shell, ExxonMobil, Facebook, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, United Airlines, Wells Fargo, Microsoft, Google, American Express, Deere, Walmart, FedEx, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Merck, Toyota, and Salesforce.
The impressive WEF/CFR stable of individual and corporate members represents a veritable Who’s Who of American Big Business, Big Finance, Big Pharma, Big Tech, and Big Media, so the uninitiated might innocently assume that these folks would support policies and political candidates favoring America and free enterprise. That would be a very wrong assumption, since the globalist millionaires and billionaires running these corporate operations are first and foremost “internationalists” who consider themselves “global citizens” rather than American, British, German, or Dutch citizens.
Moreover, rather than being free-market capitalists who favor open competition, they are “crony capitalists” — corporate oligarchs like their counterparts in Communist China and Russia — who prefer the favored treatment, monopoly privileges, and state contracts that big government provides. Incredibly, some of the richest “capitalists” on the planet — Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Mark Zuckerberg, George Soros, Larry Fink, and Ray Dalio, to name a few — warmly embrace the butchers of the Chinese Communist Party and have been helping build the Beijing regime into the global economic juggernaut and military threat to world peace that it has become. The Genesis of the New World Order
The modern plot to establish a “New World Order” has its origins during the last quarter of the 18th century. In 1776, Adam Weishaupt of Bavaria created one of history’s most ambitious and most successful plots. Weishaupt founded a secret society that he named the Order of the Illuminati, signifying the “illuminated” or “enlightened” ones.
Weishaupt’s undertaking was something different in history; its target wasn’t a country or a group of countries — it was the entire world. The goals of his Illuminati can be distilled to the destruction of six main pillars of any healthy nation: He targeted for demolition:
1) all ordered government,
2) private property,
3) inheritance,
4) patriotism,
5) family (with attacks on marriage and proposed communal education of children.
6) religion and morality.
Weishaupt’s choice of the name “New World Order” for his extremely ambitious undertaking became a signal used by participants in the plot and, additionally, by individuals who sought to join in the sinister cabal.
Adam Weishaupt Bavarian Illuminati 1776 European Conspirator-in-chief: Adam Weishaupt founded the Bavarian Illuminati in 1776, with the goal of overthrowing European society and culture and replacing it with a new secular socialist order.
Much of what is known about Weishaupt and the Illuminati comes from two meticulous works by two eminent scholars working separately and unknown to each other. One of those scholars was Britain’s Professor John Robison, a distinguished author of college textbooks and secretary of the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
His travels throughout much of Europe saw him earn friendship with many European counterparts who were either Illuminists themselves or trainees about to be welcomed into Weishaupt’s creation. In addition, Robison collected many important memoirs, letters, and legal documents relative to the Illuminati. In 1798, he published his book Proofs of a Conspiracy Against All the Religions and Governments of Europe. In that same year, 1798, the French priest Augustin Barruel, who had fled his homeland during the murderous scourge of the French Revolution and its blood-drenched years, authored his own findings in a magisterial four-volume work entitled Memoirs Illustrating the History of Jacobinism.
The Jacobins (who took their name from the Jacobin Club in Paris) were the most bloodthirsty faction during the French Revolution. As Barruel, Robison, and others have shown, key Jacobins were Illuminists and were carrying out Weishaupt’s subversive schemes. Barruel’s work was translated into several languages and had telling impact, though not decisive enough to terminally combat what he and Robison had condemned.
Dr. James H. Billington and Rabbi Marvin S. Antelman also provide detail as to the Illuminati’s sinister workings that not only instigated the French Revolution but ushered in the modern revolutionary age. Professor Billington taught history at Harvard and Princeton and was the librarian of Congress from 1987 to 2015. He was also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. His book Fire in the Minds of Men: Origins of the Revolutionary Faith, a massively documented 700-page tome published in 1980, expounds on the role Illuminism played in the French Revolution.
He particularly draws out previously neglected or unknown information on the Illuminist connections of Count Mirabeau, Nicolas Bonneville, Sylvain Marechal, and others. Billington also challenges the claim by other historians that there is no ideological or organizational link between the French Revolutionists and modern communism, pointing to hitherto neglected communism of Bonneville, Restif de la Bretonne, Louise-Sebastion Mercier, and others.
The late Rabbi Marvin Antelman brought an entirely fresh and deep understanding to the history of Weishaupt, Illuminism, the French Revolution, and the global Communist Revolution. An Orthodox Jew and chief justice of the Supreme Rabbinic Court of America, Antelman was also a consummate scholar and an adamant opponent of Marxism and all its permutations. Among the important revelations unearthed in his research were the vital roles played by Jacob Frank, Moses Mendelssohn, Abraham Geiger, and other Illuminist, atheist Jews who were laboring to subvert Judaism while working hand-in-hand with Illuminist, atheist gentiles who were working to subvert Christianity. Rabbi Antelman presented this pathbreaking research in his two-volume opus titled To Eliminate the Opiate (1974 and 2002).
Forced to defend himself and his creation from incriminating testimony given to Bavaria’s government officials by several university professors at Ingolstadt and some residents of the city, Weishaupt fled northward to Saxe-Gotha, where he continued to lead the Illuminati. He actually saw his effectiveness grow when his relocation was wrongly considered by many as the end of his sinister endeavor. Such an error on the part of his enemies enabled him to continue spreading his plotting and recruiting throughout much of the world.
Weishaupt died in 1830, and leadership of the worldwide plot soon fell into the hands of Giuseppe Mazzini, the leader of Italy’s Alta Vendita, the highest lodge of Italy’s Masonic Carbonari Movement. The plot against civilization has continued ever since, played out by different characters and through different organizations throughout the West, including in America.
Illuminism in America
Illuminism and its goal of a New World Order even gained adherents in newly independent America. Soon after leaving the presidency in 1787, George Washington received and obviously read a copy of Robison’s Proofs of a Conspiracy. In a 1798 thank-you letter to its sender, Reverend G. W. Snyder of Frederickstown, Maryland, Washington wrote, “Reverend Sir: It was not my intention to doubt that the doctrine of the Illuminati had not spread in the United States. On the contrary, no one is more satisfied of this fact than I am.” Then, on February 28, 1799, in an additional letter expressing gratitude to Boston’s Reverend Jedidiah Morse, the now-retired Washington sent his thanks for receiving a copy of Morse’s sermon given in Boston’s North Church on May 9, 1798. In that thorough survey of Illuminati progress already achieved, Morse capably condemned the plot while noting that it had already formed numerous branches in America. Other clergymen were doing their best to alert their congregants about the serious threat posed by the Illuminati.
Evidence of the Illuminati’s presence in America additionally came to light when resistance to a new federal tax on liquor prompted some angry citizens in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to create what was labelled the 1794 “Whiskey Rebellion.” These upstarts were guided by members of the so-called Democratic Clubs, a name given them by Jacobin operatives already busy in America. Their efforts led President Washington to state, “I consider this insurrection as the first formidable fruit of the Democratic societies.” To their amazement, the military forces sent by the president to put down the insurrection found French Revolutionary flags flying over the Harrisburg courthouse. Piecing matters together, John Jay, our nation’s first chief justice, warned, “The Jacobins are still more numerous, more desperate, and more active in this country than is generally supposed.”
Weishaupt’s Legacy
In the United States, steady centralization of power at the federal level has, in tandem with a breakdown of numerous pillars of a healthy society, brought our nation closer each year to the goals sought by Weishaupt and his minions more than two centuries ago. In short, creation of the long-sought-after “New World Order” has proceeded, not only in Europe but in America and other nations of the Western Hemisphere, as indicated by a wide collection of individuals who have made a point of publicly using the term.
Joe Biden has adopted not only the Illuminist “New World Order” phraseology of the World Economic Forum, but also the WEF slogans “Build Back Better,” “Great Reset,” and “Fourth Industrial Revolution.” More importantly, he has adopted the globalist program of the WEF and the CFR, most particularly the totalitarian agendas embedded in their Covid-19 and “climate change” schemes. The John Birch Society: Combating the NWO In the September 1972 monthly Bulletin sent to John Birch Society members and other subscribers, JBS founder Robert Welch reminded all of the serious threat facing mankind and the need to expose and defeat its promoters. Echoing numerous individuals who sought to combat Illuminati goals, he wrote: “This plan is to establish … the novus ordo seclorum for which a self-perpetuating inner circle of Conspirators has been working and scheming relentlessly during some six generations.” In the October 1974 Bulletin, he warned that Illuminati plans “include conversion of the United States into a socialist nation and the merger of that enslaved segment of mankind with other nations into a New World Order.”

Washington’s wisdom: George Washington knew of the presence of the Illuminati in early America, and he put down the Whiskey Rebellion started by an Illuminist faction.
These stark warnings issued by Welch weren’t the first of his alerts sent to John Birch Society members. They amounted to an additional call for combating the plot by educational action on the part of his followers. Sneers and counterattacks aimed at JBS and its members have only led to increased efforts to awaken fellow Americans. The Society has always believed that widespread exposure of the Illuminati’s plot could terminate its effectiveness, cancel its nefarious plans, and repudiate those involved in it.
Efforts over the years to spread awareness about the plans and personnel who continue to carry out the designs of Illuminati founder Weishaupt and his successors have slowed the progress of the plotters, but the threat remains. A crippling blow could be dealt to the evildoers and their determined efforts to terminate freedom for mankind and independence for nations if the United States would terminate its membership in the United Nations.

New World Order Promoted by Influential Individuals
In July 1968, while serving as New York’s governor, Nelson Rockefeller (CFR) campaigned to win election as president of the United States. His oft-repeated pledge employed a slogan claiming he would work toward creation of “a new world order.”
In his syndicated column for May 21, 1971, James Reston (CFR) of The New York Times approvingly wrote that then-President Richard Nixon “would obviously like to preside over the creation of a new world order.” Reston wasn’t alone in pointing out Nixon’s desire.
During his extended visit to Communist China in February 1972, President Nixon (CFR) hosted a banquet for Chinese officials. During his remarks, he praised Chinese leader Mao Tse-tung for “the hope that each of us has to build a new world order.” Mao, as is well-known, is one of history’s bloodiest murderers.
The April 1974 issue of Foreign Affairs, the publication of the Council on Foreign Relations known for promoting world government at the expense of independence, published an article by former State Department official Richard N. Gardner (CFR) titled “The Hard Road to World Order.” He boldly called for a “house of world order” to be built by creating “an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece.”
In October 1975, a group led by prominent author and commentator Henry Steele Commager (CFR) enlisted more than 100 members of Congress to sign a new “Declaration of INTER-dependence” that would replace our 1776 Declaration of Independence. The proclamation stated, “Two centuries ago our forefathers brought forth a new nation; now we must join with others to bring forth a new world order.” In a flood of letters and calls to the signers of this document, members of The John Birch Society condemned the willingness of so many elected officials to support such a pledge, and it was quietly withdrawn from consideration.
In 1976, U.S. author Gary Allen wrote a small book entitled Kissinger, The Secret Side of the Secretary of State. In it, the career of Henry Kissinger (CFR) as an agent for the Rockefeller family’s efforts to deliver America and other nations to their control is capably presented. Allen pointed to Kissinger’s oft-repeated use of the term “new world order” from his days at Harvard University as a student and then a professor to his appointment as U.S. Secretary of State. Allen summarized his subject’s history by noting that the man could “hardly finish a paragraph, much less a whole speech, without using this key phrase two or three times.”
On October 12, 1979, many U.S.-based newspapers reported that Cuba’s communist leader Fidel Castro angrily demanded creation of a “new world order” during his two-hour speech to the UN’s General Assembly at UN headquarters in New York City.
On December 7, 1988, Soviet dictator Mikhail Gorbachev called for creation of a “new world order” during his speech delivered at United Nations headquarters in New York.
On February 5, 1990, Washington Post staff writer Don Oberdorfer (CFR) summed up ongoing world developments by stating, “A new world order is taking shape so fast that governments as well as private citizens find it difficult to absorb the gallop of events.”
President George H.W. Bush frequently indicated that the invasion of Iraq by U.S. military forces in 1991 had the underlying purpose of building a New World Order led by the United Nations. Samples of his subversive comments include the following:

Invitations to attend a special June 13, 1991 “President’s Dinner,” sent by President Bush, Vice President Quayle, and numerous Republican members of both the House and Senate, contained a plea to help the president establish the “new world order.” The invitation was sent to GOP contributors who had aided GOP politicians in winning elective office.
In a May 17, 1991 speech sponsored by the leftist World Affairs Council in San Francisco, former Soviet foreign minister Eduard Shevardnadze told several thousand attendees that reliance on the United Nations was essential in order to “build a new world order.”
In his June 6, 1991 speech in Oslo, Norway, when he accepted the Nobel Peace Prize, Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev stated, “To me, it is self-evident that if Soviet perestroika succeeds, there will be a real chance of building a new world order.”

On the one hand, the location of the self that the Anunnaki attack seems closely linked to consumerist notions. Thus the global economy is significant, not only for it inclusivity, but also for its significant and shifting exclusions, marginalizations, and hidden bypasses fraught through its great grid or network of power relations. Revolutionary or reactionary, however, these theories are inimical to the governing elite and represent a tradition of oppositional practice. As Knight puts it, “conspiracy theory has become the lingua franca of a countercultural opposition that encompasses a vast spectrum of political thinking from the committed to the casual”.
An initial difficulty in seeing the vampire as a symbol of the ruling class – capitalist or otherwise – lies in the diverse variations taken on by vampires in different places and times. As Brian Frost puts it,
“the vampire is a polymorphic phenomenon with a host of disparate guises to its credit”.
Among the various legendary “guises” of the vampire inventoried by Frost are spirit vampires, astral vampires, psychic vampires, animal vampires, and real-life vampires who are, “sadistic criminals … urged on by a physical craving for blood”.
Complicating the picture is the fact that Bram Stoker’s character of Count Dracula, who for many encapsulates the aristocratic ethos of the vampire, “lacks precisely what makes a man ’noble’: servants. Dracula stoops to driving the carriage, cooking the meals, making the beds, cleaning the castle” (Moretti 90).
Furthermore, in some of the earliest European vampire legends, the undead feed off the living members of their own families (Murgoci 18), which at first glance mitigates the social-class dynamic often conjured up in the image of aristocratic vampires draining the lifeblood of their locals.
There is, nevertheless, a critical and even radical dimension to the figure of the vampire, who, as a parasite, circulates as a political metaphor. The word vampire has from the start been used in oppositional literature as a symbol of an exploiting class, government, industry, or institution. A decade, “after the introduction of the word ’vampire’ in an English publication in 1732, (an account of the investigation of Arnold Paul in Serbia) … a serious utilization of the vampire as a political metaphor occurred in Observations on the Revolution of 1688 (… published in 1741)” which identified foreign investors as “’Vampires of the Publick’” (Melton 538).
Only “a few years later, in 1764, Voltaire, in his Philosophical Dictionary,” refers to “vampires” as “’stock-jobbers, brokers, and men of business who sucked the blood of the people in broad daylight’” (538).
But it was Marx who first suggested that the vampire can be interpreted as a metaphor of capitalism and who also implied a method for this interpretation. In volume one of Capital (1867), he writes that, “capital is dead labour, which, vampire-like, lives only by sucking living labor, and lives the more, the more labour it sucks” (342).
Extrapolating on this analogy, Franco Moretti provides a reading of Bram Stoker’s Dracula, writing,
“If the vampire is a metaphor for capital, then Stoker’s vampire, who is of 1897, must be the capital of 1897”.(92).

The history and definition of psycho-politics
Although punishment for its own sake may not be entirely without recompense, it is, nevertheless, true that the end and goal of all punishment is the indoctrination of the person being punished with an idea, whether that idea be one of restraint or obedience. Well tried, refined and intensively used in the former soviet union and now to be combined with AI control and punishing/influences of individuals in media like Face-book.
In that any ruler has, from time beyond memory, needed the obedience of his subject in order to accomplish his ends, he has thus resorted to punishment. This is true of every tribe and state in the history of Man. Today, Russian culture has evolved more certain and definite methods of aligning and securing the loyalties of persons and populace, and of enforcing obedience upon them. This modern outgrowth of old practice is called psycho-politics.
The stupidity and narrowness of nations not blessed with Russian reasoning has caused them to rely upon practices which are, today, too ancient and out-mode for the rapid and heroic pace of our time. And in view of the tremendous advance of Russian Culture in the field of mental technologies, begun with the glorious work of Pavlov and carried forward so ably by later Russians, it would be strange that an art and science would not evolve totally devoted to the aligning of loyalties and extracting the obedience of individuals and multitudes.
Thus we see that psycho-political procedures are a natural outgrowth of practices as old as Man, practices which are current in every group of men throughout the world. Thus, in psycho-political procedures there is no ethical problem, since it is obvious and evident that Man is always coerced against his will to the greater good being it the State, group, Elite, whether by economic gains or indoctrination into the wishes and desires of the State/future owners/slaves.
Basically, Man is an animal. He is an animal which has been given a civilized veneer. Man is a collective animal, grouped together for his own protection before the threat of the environment. Man is subject to certain desires and needs which are as natural to his being as they are to that of any other animal.
Man, however, has the peculiarity of exaggerating some of these beyond the bounds of reason. This is obvious through the growth of leisure classes, pseudo-intellectual groups, the “petit bourgeoisie,” Capitalism, and other ills.
It has been said, with truth, that one tenth of a man’s life is concerned with politics and nine-tenths with economics.
Without food, the individual dies. Without clothing, he freezes. Without houses and weapons, he is prey to the starving wolves. The acquisition of sufficient items to answer these necessities of food, clothing and shelter, in reason, is the natural right of a member of an enlightened State.
An excess of such items brings about unrest and disquiet. The presence of luxury items and materials, and the artificial creation and whetting of appetites, as in Capitalist advertising, are certain to accentuate the less-desirable characteristics of Man.
The individual is an economic organism, in that he requires a certain amount of food, a certain amount of water, and must hold within himself a certain amount of heat in order to live. When he has more food than he can eat, more clothing than he needs to protect him, he then enters upon a certain idleness which dulls his wits and awareness, and makes him prey to difficulties which, in a less toxic state, he would have foreseen and avoided. Thus, we have a glut of being a menace to the individual.
It is no less different in a group. Where the group acquires too much, its awareness of its own fellows and of the environment is accordingly reduced, and the effectiveness the group in general is lost.
The maintaining of a balance between gluttony and need is the province of Economics proper, and is the fit subject and concern of the Communist State.
Desire and want are a state of mind. Individuals can be educated into desiring and wanting more than they can ever possibly obtain, and such individuals are unhappy. Most of the self-willed characteristics of the Capitalists come entirely from greed. He exploits the worker far beyond any necessity on his own part, as a Capitalist, to need.
In a nation where economic balances are not controlled, the appetite of the individual is unduly whetted by enchanting and fanciful persuasions to desire, and a type of insanity ensues, where each individual is persuaded to possess more than he can use, and to possess it even at the expense of his fellows.
There is, in economic balances, the other side. Too great and too long privation can bring about unhealthy desires, which, in themselves, accumulate in left action, more than the individual can use. Poverty, itself, as carefully cultivated in Capitalist States, can bring about an imbalance of acquisition. Just as a vacuum will pull into it masses, in a country where enforced privation upon the masses is permitted, and where desire is artificially whetted, need turns to greed, and one easily discovers in such states exploitation of the many for the benefit of the few.
If one, by the technologies of psycho-politics, were to dull the excessive greed in the few who possess it, the worker would be freed to seek a more natural balance.
Here we have two extremes. Either one of them are an insanity. If we wish to create an insanity we need only glut or deprive an individual at long length beyond the ability to withstand and we have a mental imbalance.
A simple example of this is the alternation of too low with too high pressures in a chamber, an excellent psycho-political procedure. The rapidly varied pressure brings about a chaos wherein the individual will cannot act and where other wills then, perforce, assume control.
Essentially, in an entire country, one must remove the greedy by whatever means and must then create and continue a semi-privation in the masses in order to command and utterly control the nation.
A continuous hope for prosperity must be indoctrinated into the masses with many dreams and visions of glut of commodity and this hope must be counter-played against the actuality of privation and the continuous threat of loss of all economic factors in case of disloyalty to the State in order to suppress the individual wills of the masses.
In a nation under conquest, such as America, our slow and stealthy approach need take advantage only of the cycles of booms and depressions inherent in Capitalistic nations in order to assert of more and more strong control over individual wills.
A boom is as advantageous as a depression for our ends, for during prosperity our propaganda lines must only continue to point up the wealth the period is delivering to the selected few to divorce their control of the State. During a depression one must only point out that it ensued as a result of the avarice of a few and the general political incompetence of the national leaders.
The handling of economic propaganda is not properly the sphere of psycho-politics but the psycho-politician must understand the economic measures and Communist goals connected with them.
The masses must at last come to believe that only excessive taxation of the rich can deliver them of the “burdensome leisure class” and can thus be brought to accept such a thing as income tax, a Marxist principle smoothly slid into Capitalistic framework in 1909-1913 in the United States. This, even though the basic law of the United States forbade it and even though Communism at that time had been active only a few years in America. Such success as the Income Tax law, had it been followed thoroughly could have brought the United States and not Russia into the world scene as the first Communist nation. But the virility and good sense of the Russian peoples won. It may not be that the United States will become entirely Communist until past the middle of the century, but when it does it will be because of our superior understanding of economics and of psycho-politics.
The Communist agent skilled in economics has as his task the suborning of tax agencies and their personnel to create the maximum disturbances and chaos and the passing of laws adapted to our purposes and to him we must leave this task. The psycho-political operator plays a distinctly different role in this drama.
The rich, the skilled in finance, the well informed in government are particular and individual targets for the psycho-politician. His is the role of taking off the board those individuals who would halt or corrupt Communist economic programs. Thus every rich man, every statesman, ever person well informed and capable in government, must have brought to his side as a trusted confidant, a psycho-political operator.
The families of these persons are often deranged from idleness and glut and this fact must be played upon, even created. The normal health and wildness of a rich man’s son must be twisted and perverted and explained into neurosis and then, assisted by a timely administration of drugs or violence, turned into criminality or insanity. This brings at once someone in “mental healing” into confidential contact with the family and from this point on the very most must then be made of that contact.
Communism could best succeed if at the side of every rich or influential man there could be placed a psycho-political operator, an undoubted authority in the field of “mental healing” who could then by his advice or through the medium of a wife or daughter by his guided options direct the optimum policy to embroil or upset the economic policies of the country and, when the time comes to do away forever with the rich or influential man, to administer the proper drug or treatment to bring about his complete demise in an institution as a patient or dead, as a suicide.
Planted beside a country’s powerful persons the psycho-political operator can also guide other policies to the betterment of our battle.
The Capitalist does not know the definition of war. He thinks of war as attack with force performed by soldiers and machines. He does not know that a more effective if somewhat longer war can be fought with bread or, in our case, with drugs and the wisdom of our art. The Capitalist has never won a war in truth. The psycho-politician is having little trouble winning this one.
Chapter 4 – State goals for the individual and masses. (Collectivist)
Just as we would discover an individual to be ill, whose organs, each one, had a different goal from the rest, so we discover the individuals and the State to be ill where goals are not rigorously codified and enforced.
There are those who, in less enlightened times, gave Man to believe that goals should be personally sought and held, and that, indeed, Man’s entire impulse toward higher things stemmed from Freedom. We must remember that the same peoples who embraced this philosophy also continued in Man the myth of spiritual existence.
All goals proceed from duress. Life is a continuous escape. Without force and threat, there can be no striving. Without pain, there can be no desire to escape from pain. Without the threat of punishment, there can be no gain. Without duress and command, there can be no alignment of bodily functions. Without rigorous and forthright control, there can be no accomplished goals for the State.
Goals of the State should be formulated by the State for the obedience and concurrence of the individuals within that State. A State without goals so formulated is a sick State. A State without the power and forthright wish to enforce its goals is a sick State.
When an order is issued by the Communist State, and is not obeyed, a sickness will be discovered to ensue. Where obedience fails, the masses suffer.
State goals depend upon loyalty and obedience for their accomplishment. When one discovers a State goal to be interpreted, one discovers inevitably that there has been an interposition of self-willedness, of greed, of idleness, or of rugged individualism and self-centered initiative. The interruption of a State goal will be discovered as having been interrupted by a person whose disloyalty and disobedience is the direct result of his own mis-alignment with life.
It is not always necessary to remove the individual. It is possible to remove his self-willed tendencies to the improvement of the goals and gains of the whole. The technologies of psycho-politics are graduated upon the scale which starts somewhat above the removal of the individual himself, upward toward the removal only of those tendencies which bring about his lack of co-operation. It is not enough for the State to have goals. These goals, once put forward, depend upon their completion, upon the loyalty and obedience of the workers. These, engaged for the most part, in hard labors, have little time for idle speculation, which is good. But, above them, unfortunately, there must be foremen of one or another position, and one of whom might have sufficient idleness and lack of physical occupation to cause some disaffecting independence in his conduct and behaviour.
Psycho-politics remedies this tendency toward disaffection when it exceeds the common persuasions of the immediate superiors of the person in question.
An examination of loyalties
If loyalty is so important in the economic and social structure, it is necessary to examine it further as itself.
In the field of psycho-politics, loyalty means simply ‘alignment.’ It means, more fully, alignment with the goals of the Communist State. ( Collectivists/NWO)
Musk’s acquisition of Twitter Disloyalty means entirely mis-alignment, and more broadly, mis-alignment with the goals of the Communist State. When we consider that the goals of the Communist State or greater good to the best possible benefit of the masses, we can see that disloyalty, as a term, can embrace Democratic alignment. Loyalty to persons not communistically indoctrinated would be quite plainly a mis-alignment.
The cure of disloyalty is entirely contained in the principles of alignment. All that is necessary to do, where disloyalty is encountered, is to align the purposes of the individual toward the goals of Communism, and it will be discovered that a great many circumstances hitherto distasteful in his existence will cease to exist.
A heart, or a kidney in rebellion against the remainder of the organism is being disloyal to the remainder of the organism. To cure the heart or kidney it is actually only necessary to bring its activities into alignment with the remainder of the body.
The technologies of psycho-politics adequately demonstrate the workability of this. Mild shock of the electric variety can, and does, produce the re-cooperation of a rebellious body organ. It is the shock and punishment of surgery which, in the main, accomplishes the re-alignment of a disaffected portion of the body, rather than the surgery itself. It is the bombardment of X-Rays, rather than the therapeutic value of X-Rays which causes some disaffected organ to once again turn its attention to the support of the general organism.
While it is not borne out that electric shock has any therapeutic value, so far as making the individual more sane, it is adequately brought out that its punishment value will create in the patient a greater co-operative attitude. Brain surgery has no statistical data to recommend it beyond its removal of the individual personality from amongst the paths of organs which were not permitted to co-operate. These two Russian developments have never pretended to alter the state of sanity. They are only effective and workable in introducing an adequate punishment mechanism to the personality to make it cease and desist from its courses and egotistical direction of the anatomy itself. It is the violence of the electric shock and the surgery which is useful in subduing the recalcitrant personality, which is all that stands in the road of the masses or the State.
It is occasionally to be discovered that the removal of the preventing personality by shock and surgery then permits the regrowth and re-establishment of organs which have been rebelled against by that personality. In what a well-regulated state is composed of organisms, not personalities, the use of electric shock and brain surgery in psycho-politics is clearly demonstrated.
The changing of loyalty consists, in its primary step, of the eradication of existing loyalties. This can be done in one of two ways. First, by demonstrating that previously existing loyalties have brought about perilous physical circumstances, such as imprisonment, lack of recognition, duress, or privation, and second by eradicating the personality itself.
The first is accomplished by a steady and continuous indoctrination of the individual in the belief that his previous loyalties have been granted to an unworthy source. One of the primary instances in this is creating circumstances which apparently derive from the target of his loyalties, so as to rebuff the individual.
As part of this there is the creation of a state of mind in the individual, by actually placing him under duress, and then furnishing him with false evidence to demonstrate that the target of his previous loyalties is, itself, the course of the duress. Another portion of this same method consists of defaming or degrading the individual whose loyalties are to be changed to the target of his loyalties, i.e., superiors or government, to such a degree that this target, at length, actually does hold the individual in disrepute, and so does rebuff him and serve to convince him that his loyalties have been misplaced. These are the milder methods, but have proven extremely effective. The greatest drawback in their practice is that they require time and concentration, the manufacture of false evidence, and a psycho-political operator’s time.
In moments of expediency, of which there are many, the personality itself can be rearranged by shock, surgery, duress, privation, and in particular, that best of psycho-political techniques, implantation, with the technologies of neo-hypnotism. Such duress must have in its first part a defamation of the loyalties, and in its second, the implantation of new loyalties. A good and experienced psycho-political operator, working under the most favorable circumstances, can, by the use of psycho-political technologies, alter the loyalties of an individual so deftly that his own companions will not suspect that they have changed. This, however, requires considerably more finesse than is usually necessary to the situation. Mass neo-hypnotism can accomplish more or less the same results when guided by an experienced psycho-political operator. An end goal in such a procedure would be the alteration of the loyalties of an entire nation in a short period of time by mass neo-hypnotism, a thing which has been effectively accomplished among the less-usable states of Russia.
It is adequately demonstrated that loyalty is entirely lacking in that mythical commodity known as ‘spiritual quality.’ Loyalty is entirely a thing of dependence, economic or mental, and can be changed by the crudest implementations. Observation of workers in their factories or fields demonstrates that they easily grant loyalty to a foreman or a woman, and then as easily abandon it and substitute another individual, revulsion, at the same time, toward the person to whom loyalty was primarily granted. The queasy insecurity of the masses in Capitalistic nations finds this more common than in an enlightened State, such as Russia. In Capitalistic states, dependencies are so craven, wants and privations are so exaggerated, that loyalty is entirely without ethical foundation and exists only in the realm of dependency, duress, or demand.
It is fortunate that Communism so truly approaches an ideal state of mind, for this brings a certain easiness into any changing loyalties, since all other philosophies extant and practiced on Earth today are degraded and debased, compared to Communism. It is then with a certain security that a psycho-political operator functions, for he knows that he can change the loyalty of an individual to a more ideal level by reason alone, and only expediency makes it necessary to employ the various shifts of psycho-political technology. Any man who cannot be persuaded into Communist rationale is, of course, to be regarded as somewhat less than sane, and it is, therefore completely justified to use the techniques of insanity upon the non-Communist.
In order to change loyalty it is necessary to establish first the existing loyalties of the individual. The task is made very simple in view of the fact that Capitalistic and Fascistic nations have no great security in the loyalty of their subjects. And it may be found that the loyalties of the subjects, as we call any person against whom psycho-political technology is to be exerted, are already too faint to require eradication. It is generally only necessary to persuade with the rationale and overwhelming reasonability of Communism to have the person grant his loyalty to the Russian State. However, regulated only by the importance of the subject, no great amount of time should be expended upon the individual, but emotional duress, or electric shock, or brain surgery should be resorted to, should Communist propaganda persuasion fail. In a case of a very important person, it may be necessary to utilize the more delicate technologies of psycho-politics so as to place the per son himself, and his associates, in ignorance of the operation. In this case a simple implantation is used, with a maximum duress and command value.
Only the most skilled psycho-political operator should be employed on such a project, as in this case of the very important person, for a bungling might disclose the tampering with his mental processes. It is much more highly recommended, if there is any doubt whatever about the success of an operation against an important person, to select out as a psycho-political target persons in his vicinity in whom he is emotionally involved. His wife or children normally furnish the best targets, and these can be operated against without restraint. In securing the loyalty of a very important person one must place at his side a constant pleader who enters a sexual or familial chord into the situation on the side of Communism. It may not be necessary to make a Communist out of the wife, or the children, or one of the children, but it might prove efficacious to do so. In most instances, however, this is not possible.
By the use of various drugs, it is, in this modern age, and well within the realm of psycho-political reality, entirely too easy to bring about a state of severe neurosis or insanity in the wife or children, and thus pass them, with full consent of the important person, and the government in which he exists, or the bureau in which he is operating, into the hands of a psycho-political operator, who then in his own laboratory, without restraint or fear of investigation or censor, can, with electric shock, surgery, sexual attack, drugs, or other useful means, degrade or entirely alter the personality of a family member, and create in that person a psycho-political slave subject who, then, on command or signal, will perform outrageous actions, thus discrediting the important person, or will demand, on a more delicate level, that certain measures be taken by the important person, which measures are, of course, dictated by the psycho-political operator.
Usually when the party has no real interest in the activities of decisions of the important person, but merely wishes to remove him from effective action, the attention of the psycho-political operator need not to be so intense, and the person need only be passed into the hands of some unwitting mental practitioner, who taught as he is by psycho-political operators, will bring about sufficient embarrassment.
When the loyalty of an individual cannot be swerved, and where the opinion, weight, or effectiveness of the individual stands firmly in the road of Communist goals, it is usually best to occasion a mild neurosis in the person by any available means, and then, having carefully given him a history of mental imbalance, to see to it that he disposes of himself by suicide, or by bringing about his demise in such a way as to resemble suicide. psycho-political operators have handled such situations skillfully tens of thousands of times, within and without Russia.
It is a firm principle of psycho-politics that the person to be destroyed must be involved at first or second hand in the stigma of insanity, and must have been placed in contact with psycho-political operators or persons trained by them, with a maximum amount of tumult and publicity. The stigma of insanity is properly placed at the door of such persons’ reputations and is held there firmly by bringing about irrational acts, either on his own part or in his vicinity. Such an activity can be classified as a partial destruction of alignment, and if this destruction is carried forward to its furthest extent the mis-alignment on the subject of all loyalties can be considered to be complete, and alignment on new loyalties can be embarked upon safely. By bringing about insanity or suicide on the part of the wife of an important political personage, a sufficient mis-alignment has been instigated to change his attitude. And this, carried forward firmly, or assisted by psycho-political implantation can begin the rebuilding of his loyalties, but now slanted in a more proper and fitting direction.
Another reason for the alignment of psycho-political activities with the mis-alignment of insanity in that insanity, itself, is a despised and disgraced state, and anything connected with it is lightly viewed. Thus, a psycho-political operator, working in the vicinity of an insane person, can refute and disprove any accusations made against him by demonstrating that the family itself is tainted with mental imbalance. This is surprisingly effective in Capitalistic countries where insanity is so thoroughly feared that no one would dream of investigating any circumstances in its vicinity. psycho-political propaganda works constantly and must work constantly to increase and build up this aura of mystery surrounding insanity, and must emphasize the horribleness of insanity in order to excuse non-therapeutic actions taken against the insane. Particularly in Capitalistic countries, an insane person has no rights under law. No person who is insane may hold property. No person who is insane may testify. Thus, we have an excellent road along which we can travel toward our certain goal and destiny.
Entirely by bringing about public conviction that the sanity of a person is in question, it is possible to discount and eradicate all of the goals and activities of that person. By demonstrating the insanity of a group, or even a government, it is possible, then, to cause its people to disavow it. By magnifying the general human reaction to insanity, through keeping the subject of insanity, itself, forever before the public eye, and then, by utilizing this reaction by causing a revulsion on the part of a populace against its leaders or leaders, it is possible to stop any government or movement.
It is important to know that the entire subject of loyalty is thus as easily handled as it is. One of the first and foremost missions of the psycho-politician is to make an attack upon Communism and insanity synonymous. It should become the definition of insanity, of the paranoid variety, that “A paranoid believes he is being attacked by Communists.” Thus, at once the support of the individual so attacking Communism will fall away and wither.
Instead of executing national leaders, suicide for them should be arranged under circumstances which question their demise. In this way we can select out all opposition to the Communist extension into the social orders of the world, and render populace who would oppose us leaderless, and bring about a state of chaos or mis-alignment into which we can thrust, with great simplicity, the clear and forceful doctrines of Communism.
The cleverness of our attack in this field of psycho-politics is adequate to avoid the understanding of the layman and the usual stupid official, and by operating entirely under the banner of authority, with the oft-repeated statement that the principles of psychotherapy are too devious for common understanding, an entire revolution can be effected without the suspicion of a populace until it is an accomplished fact.
As insanity is the maximum mis-alignment, it can be grasped to be the maximum weapon in severance of loyalties to leaders and old social orders. Thus, it is of the utmost importance that psycho-political operative infiltrate the healing arts of a nation marked for conquest, and bring that quarter continuous pressure against the population and the government until at last the conquest is affected. This is the subject and goal of psycho-politics, itself.
In rearranging loyalties we must have a command of their values. In the animal the first loyalty is to himself. This is destroyed by demonstrating errors to him, showing him that he does not remember, cannot act or does not trust himself. The second loyalty is to his family unit, his parents and brothers and sisters. This is destroyed by making a family unit economically non-dependent, by lessening the value of marriage, by making an easiness of divorce and by raising the children whenever possible by the State. The next loyalty is to his friends and local environment. This is destroyed by lowering his trust and bringing about reportings upon him allegedly by his fellows or the town or village authorities. The next is to the State and this, for the purposes of Communism, is the only loyalty which should exist once the state is founded as a Communist State. To destroy loyalty to the State all manner of forbidding for youth must be put into effect so as to disenfranchise them as members of the Capitalist state and, by promises of a better lot under Communism, to gain their loyalty to a Communist movement.
Denying a Capitalist country easy access to courts, bringing about and supporting propaganda to destroy the home, creating and continuous juvenile delinquency, forcing upon the state all manner of practices to divorce the child from it will in the end create chaos necessary to Communism.
Under the saccharine guise of assistance to them, rigorous child labor laws are the best means to deny the child any right in society. By refusing to let him earn, by forcing him into unwanted dependence upon a grudging parent, by making certain in other channels that the parent is never in other than economic stress, the child can be driven in his teens into revolt. Delinquency will ensue.
By making readily available drugs of various kinds, by giving the teen-ager alcohol, by praising his wildness, by stimulating him with sex literature and advertising to him or her practices as taught at the Sexpol, the psycho-political operator can create the necessary attitude of chaos, idleness and worthlessness into which can then be cast the solution which will give the teen ager complete freedom everywhere – Communism.
Should it be possible to continue conscription beyond any reasonable time by promoting unpopular wars and other means, the draft can always stand as a further barrier to the progress of youth in life, destroying any immediate hope to participate in his nation’s civil life.
By these means the patriotism of youth for their Capitalistic flag can be dulled to a point where they are no longer dangerous as soldiers. While this might require many decades to effect, Capitalisms short term view will never envision the lengths across which we can plan.
If we could effectively kill the national pride and patriotism of just one generation, we will have won that country. Therefore, there must be continual propaganda abroad to undermine the loyalty of the citizens in general and the teen-ager in particular.
The role of the psycho-political operator in this is very strong. He can, from his position as an authority on the mind, advise all manner of destructive measures. He can teach the lack of control of this child at home. He can instruct, in an optimum situation, the entire nation in how to handle children – and instruct them so that the children, given no control, given no real home, can run wildly about with no responsibility for their nation or themselves.
The mis-alignment of the loyalty of youth to a Capitalistic nation sets the proper stage for a realignment of their loyalties toward Communism. Creating a greed for drugs, sexual misbehavior and uncontrolled freedom and presenting this to them as a benefit of Communism, will with ease, bring about our alignment.
In the case of strong leaders amongst youthful groups, a psycho-political operator can work in many ways to use or discard that leadership. If it is to be used, the character of a girl or boy must be altered carefully into criminal channels and a control by blackmail, or other means, must be maintained. But where the leadership is not susceptible, where it resists all persuasions and might become dangerous to our Cause, no pains must be spared to direct the attention of the authorities to that person and to harass him in one way or another until he can come into the hands of the juvenile authorities. When this has been effected, it can be hoped that a psycho-political operator, by reason of child advisor status, can, in the security of the jail and cloaked by processes of law, destroy the sanity of that person. Particularly brilliant scholars, athletes and youth group leaders must be handled in either one of these two ways.
In the matter of guiding the activities of juvenile courts, the psycho-political operator entertains here one of his easier tasks. A Capitalistic nation is so filled with injustice in general that a little more passes without comment. In juvenile courts there are always persons with strange appetites whether these be judges or police man or women. If such do not exist, they can be created. By making available to them young girls or boys in the “security” of the jail or the detention home and by appearing with flash cameras or witnesses one becomes equipped with a whip adequate to direct all the future decisions of that person when these are needed.
The handling of youth cases by courts should be led further and further away from law and further and further into “mental problems” until the entire nation thinks of “mental problems” instead of criminals. This places vacancies everywhere in the courts, in the offices of district attorneys, or police staffs which could then be filled with psycho-political operators and these become the judges of the land by their influence and into their hands comes the total control of the criminal, without whose help a revolution cannot ever be accomplished.
By stressing this authority over the problems of youth and adults in courts one day the demand for psycho-political operators could become such that even the armed services will use “authorities on the mind” to work their various justices and when this occurs, the armed forces of the nation then enter into our hands as solidly as if we commanded them ourselves. With the slight bonus of having thus a skilled interrogator near every technician or handler of secret war apparatus, the country, in even of revolution, as did Germany in 1918 and 1919 will find itself immobilized by its own Army and Navy fully and entirely in Communist hands.
Thus the subject of loyalties and their re-alignment is in fact the subject of non-armed conquest of an enemy.

How the Censorship Industry Works, and How We Can Stop It

The House controls the purse strings of the federal government, so the House Appropriations Committee has the power to end the funding of government-sponsored censorship
In this video, I interview Mike Benz, executive director for the Foundation for Freedom Online. Benz started off as a corporate lawyer representing tech and media companies before joining the Trump administration, where he worked as a speech writer for Dr. Ben Carson, the former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and President Trump.
He also advised on economic development policy. He then joined the State Department as Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Communications and Information Technology. There, he ran the cyber desks at state, meaning all things having to do with the internet and foreign policy.
“This is toward the end of 2020, which was a really fascinating time to witness the merger, in many respects, of big government and big tech companies themselves,” he says. “I had grown up, I think, like many Americans, with a belief that the First Amendment protected you against government censorship.
The terms of engagement that we had enjoyed from 1991, when the worldwide web rolled out, until 2016, the election in the U.S. and Brexit in the U.K., which is, really, the first political event where the election was determined, in many respects, by momentum on the internet.
There was that 25-year golden period where the idea of being censored by a private sector company, let alone the government, was considered something, to me, very deeply anathema to the American experience.
What I witnessed at the State Department — because I was at the desk, basically, that Google and Facebook would call when they wanted favors abroad, when they wanted American protection or American policies to preserve their dominance in Europe, or in Asia or in Latin America.
And the U.S. government was doing favors for these tech companies while the tech companies were censoring the people who voted for the government. It was a complete betrayal of whatever social contract typically underlies the public-private partnership.”
The Internet Was Founded by the National Security State
Ostensibly, the rapid expansion of censorship started post-2016, but you can make a strong argument that the internet was never intended to remain free forever. Rather, the intention for it to be used as a totalitarian tool was likely baked in from the start when the national security state founded it in 1968.
The worldwide web, which is the user interface, was launched in 1991, and my suspicion is that the public internet was seeded and allowed to grow in order to capture and make the most of the population dependent upon it, knowing that it would be the most effective social engineering tool ever conceived. Benz comments:
“I totally agree … A lot of people, in trying to understand what’s happening with the net censorship, say ‘We had this free internet, and then suddenly there was this age of censorship and the national security state got involved at the censorship side.’
But when you retrace the history, internet freedom itself was actually a national security state imperative. The internet itself is a product of a counterinsurgency necessity by the Pentagon to manage information during the 1960s, particularly to aggregate social science data. And then, it was privatized.
Opening it up to all comers in the private sector, it was handed off from DARPA [the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency] to the National Science Foundation, and then went through a series of universities on the infrastructure side.
And then, right out of the gate in 1991, you had the Cold War coming to an end, and then simultaneously, you had this profusion of Pentagon-funded internet freedom technologies. You had things like VPNs, encrypted chat, TOR.
All of the early internet freedom technologies of the ‘90s were funded by the Pentagon, the State Department, and developed by the intelligence community, primarily, as a way of using internet freedom as a means to help dissident groups in foreign countries be able to develop a pro-U.S. beachhead, because it was a way to evade state-controlled media.
This was, basically, an insurgency tool for the U.S. government, in the same way that Voice of America and Radio Free Liberty, and Radio Free Europe were tools of the CIA in the Cold War, to beam in, basically, pro-U.S. content to populations in foreign countries in order to sway them towards U.S. interests. It was a way of managing the world empire.
The internet served the same purpose, and it couldn’t be done if it was called a Pentagon operation, a State Department or CIA operation. But all of the tech companies themselves are products of that. Google started as a DARPA grant that was obtained at Stanford by Sergey Brin and Larry Page.
In 1995, they were part of the CIA and NSA’s [National Security Agency’s] massive digital data program. They had their monthly meetings with their CIA and NSA advisers for that program, where the express stated purpose was for the CIA and NSA to be able to map so-called ‘Birds of a feather’ online … so that they could be neutralized.”
How It All Began
As noted by Benz, the idea of having the intelligence community map political “Birds of a Feather” communities in order to either mobilize or neutralize them was (and still is) justified in the name of counterterrorism. Nowadays, as we’ve seen during the pandemic, it’s used to control public discourse, suppress truth, and promote propaganda angles.
The technology used to control public discourse is an artificial intelligence (AI) technique called natural language processing (NLP). It’s a way of aggregating everyone who believes a certain thing online into community databases based on the words they use, the hashtags, the slogans and images.
“Emerging narratives, all manner of metadata affiliations, all that can be aggregated to create a topographical network map of what you believe in and who you’re associated with, so that it can all be turned down in a fast, precise and comprehensive manner by content moderation teams, because they’re all birds of the same feather,” Benz explains.
“The fact that this grew out of the U.S. National Security state, which is running the show, essentially, today, to me says that there’s a continuation between the internet freedom and internet censorship. They simply switched from one side of the chess board to the other.”
For clarity, when Benz talks about the “National Security State,” what he’s referring to are the institutions that uphold the rules-based international order. Domestically, that includes the Pentagon, State Department, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), certain aspects of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the 17 intelligence agencies.
Of those, the Pentagon, State Department and the intelligence community (IC) are the three central ones that have managed the American world empire since the 1940s. None of them are supposed to be able to operate domestically, but in a sense their power has expanded so much that they essentially control domestic affairs.
As explained by Benz, the Pentagon, State Department and IC are not supposed to be able to operate domestically. “But in a sense, they really control domestic affairs, because their power has expanded so much that they’ve developed an extraordinary laundering apparatus to be able to fund international institutions that then boomerang back home and effectively control much of domestic political affairs, including discourse on the internet.”
As for the CIA, it was created in 1947 under the National Security Act. It was created as a cloak-and-dagger mechanism, to do things the State Department wanted done but couldn’t get caught doing due to the diplomatic repercussions — things like election rigging, assassinations, media control, bribery and other subversion tactics.
The Birth of Hybrid Warfare
Benz continues his explanation of how and why internet censorship emerged when it did:
“So, there’s the U.S. National Security State, and then there’s the transatlantic one involving NATO. The story of Western government involvement in internet censorship really started after the 2014 Crimea annexation, which was the biggest foreign policy humiliation of the Obama era.
Atlanta’s School of Foreign Policy was deeply inflamed by this event and blamed the fact that there were these breakaway Russia-supporting entities in Eastern Ukraine and Crimea on a failure to penetrate their media, and this idea that hearts and minds were being swung towards the Russian side because of pro-Russian content online.
NATO then declared this doctrine of so-called hybrid warfare — this idea that Russia had won Crimea not by a military annexation, but by winning, illicitly in a sense, the hearts and minds of Crimeans through the use of their propaganda. And the doctrine of hybrid warfare, born in 2014, was this idea that war was no longer a kinetic thing.
There hadn’t been a kinetic war in Europe since World War II. Instead, it had moved sub-kinetic into the hearts and minds of the people. In fact, NATO announced a doctrine after 2014 called ‘From tanks to tweets,’ where it shifted its focus, explicitly, from kinetic warfare to social media opinions online.
Brexit, which happened in June 2016 … was blamed on Russian influence as well. And so all of these institutions that argued for control over the internet in Eastern Europe said, ‘Well, it needs to come now. Now it’s an all-of-Europe thing.’
When Trump was then elected five months later, explicitly contemplating the breakup of NATO, all hell broke loose. This idea that we need to censor the internet went from being something that was touchy and novel, in the view of Pentagon brass and State Department folks, to something that was totally essential to saving the entire rules-based international order that came out of World War II.
At the time, the reasoning was, Brexit, in the U.K., was going to give rise to Frexit, in France, with Marine Le Pen and her movement there. Matteo Salvini was going to cause Italexit In Italy, there’d be Grexit in Greece, Spexit in Spain, and the entire European Union would come undone, just because these right-wing populist parties would naturally vote their way into political power.
They would vote for working-class, cheap energy policies that would make them more closely aligned with Russia naturally, because of the cheaper oil prices, or cheaper gas prices. Then, suddenly, you’ve got no EU, you’ve got no NATO, and then, you’ve got no Western military alliance.
So, from that moment, after Trump’s election, immediately, there was this diplomatic roadshow by U.S. State Department officials, who all thought they were getting promotions in November 2016. They thought they were going to get promoted from the State Department to the National Security Council. Turns out, they all got fired, because someone with a 5% chance of winning ended up winning that day.
So, they took their international connections, their international networks around the Atlanta Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, the entire think tank, quasi-intelligence, quasi-military, government-funded NGO soup, and they did this international roadshow, starting in January 2017, to convince European countries to start censoring their internet …
Out of that came NetzDG [Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz, the Network Enforcement Act] in Germany, which introduced a necessity of artificial intelligence-powered social media censorship.
All of that was, essentially, spearheaded by this network of State Department and Pentagon folks who then used their own internal folks in the government to procure government grants and contracts to these same entities. Eventually, they all rotated into those tech companies to set the policies as well.”
Threat From Within
So, to summarize, the infrastructure for worldwide internet censorship was largely established by IC veterans who were forced out by the Trump administration, and that infrastructure was then used to catalyze the international censorship response during COVID in late 2019, early 2020. Benz continues:
“Right. And those veterans were not alone. The full story is not just the shadow security state and exile. The fact is this. The Trump administration never had control of its own defense department, State Department or intelligence community.
It was the intelligence community that, essentially, drove his first impeachment, that drove a two-and-a-half year special prosecutor investigation that rolled up 12 to 20 of Trump’s closest associates. You had a chief of staff there who was hiding the military figures from the government. The careers at state threatened the political appointees from the inside. I experienced that myself.
This permanent aspect of Washington, with unfireable careers in high places, combined with a turf war in the GOP [Republican Party] between the populist right and the neo-conservative right, with the neo-conservative right having many well-placed Republicans in the Defense Department, State Department, in IC, to thwart the previous president’s agenda there, allowed this political network and exile, on the censorship side, to work with their allies within the government to create these censorship beach heads.
So, for example, that’s how they created the Department of Homeland Security’s … first permanent government censorship bureau in the form of this entity called CISA [the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, founded in November 2018], which is supposed to just be a cybersecurity entity.
It was done because of media and intelligence community laundering of a never-substantiated claim that Russia had potentially hacked the 2016 election, hacked the election machines or voting software, or might be able to do so in the future, and so we need a robust armed-to-the-teeth DHS unit to protect our cybersecurity from the Russians.
It’s the mission creep of the century. After the Mueller probe ended in June 2019, this unit, CISA, within DHS [Department of Homeland Security] — which had set up all of this, and which is only supposed to do cybersecurity — said ‘Well, if you squint and look at it, discourse online is a cybersecurity threat because if it undermines public faith or confidence in our elections, and it’s done using a cyber nexus, i.e., social media post, then that’s a form of cybersecurity threat, because democracy is essential to our security.’
And so you went from this cybersecurity mission to a cyber censorship bureau, because if you tweeted something about mail-in ballots in the 2020 election, that was deemed to be a cyber attack on critical infrastructure, i.e., elections.
When they got away with that in 2020, DHS then said, ‘Well, if you squint and look at it, public health is also critical infrastructure.’ So, now, DHS gets to direct social media companies to censor opinions about COVID-19.
Then they worked their way into saying the same thing about financial systems, financial services, about the Ukraine war, about immigration. It got to the point where, by late 2022, the head of CISA declared that cognitive infrastructure is critical infrastructure.”
Cracks only appeared after Republicans got a majority in the House of Representatives in November 2022 and Elon Musk acquired Twitter. Public support for government also dwindled as Musk’s release of the Twitter Files revealed the extent of government’s involvement in the censoring of Americans.
So far, though, public awareness hasn’t changed anything. The very entities that once stood for internet freedom, like the National Science Foundation, are still actively funding and furthering government censorship activities.

They were developed by the intelligence community as an insurgency tool — a means to help dissident groups in foreign countries to develop a pro-U.S. stance and evade state-controlled media. Now, these same technologies have been turned against the American public, and are used to control public discourse
In the past, censorship was a laborious task that could only be done after the fact. Artificial intelligence has radically altered the censorship industry. AI programs can now censor information en masse, based on the language used, and prevent it from being seen at all
One of the most effective strategies that would have immediate effect would be to strip the censorship industry of its government funding. The House controls the purse strings of the federal government, so the House Appropriations Committee has the power to end the funding of government-sponsored censorship
Benz first became “gripped by the stakes of what was happening on the internet” in August 2016, after reading a series of papers discussing the use of NLP to monitor, surveil and regulate the distribution of information on social media based on the words used.
“DARPA provided tens of millions of dollars of funding for this language processing, this language chunking capacity of AI in order, ostensibly, to stop ISIS recruiting on Facebook and Twitter,” Benz says.
“As part of the predicate for putting military boots on the ground in Syria, there was a lot of talk about ISIS coming to the U.S., and they were recruiting on Facebook and Twitter. And so the Pentagon, DARPA and the IC developed this language spyware capacity to map the dialectic of how ISIS sympathizers talk online, the words they use, the images they share, the prefixes, the suffixes, all the different community connections.
And then, I saw that this was being done for purposes of domestic political control instead of foreign counterterrorism, and the power that it has. It is what totally changed the internet forever. Before 2016, there was not the technological capacity to do mass social media censorship. That was the age of what censorship insiders like to call the whack-a-mole era. Censorship was reactive.
It was done by forum, by moderators, essentially. Everything had to be flagged manually before it could be taken down, which meant millions of people had already seen it, or it had already gone viral, it had already done its damage, so to speak, and you were just cutting off the backend with an act of censorship.
You could never have a permanent control apparatus in that setting, because there would always be a first mover advantage to whoever posted it. What AI censorship technology breakthroughs enabled after 2016 was a kind of nuclear weapon, if you will, on the censorship side, to be able to end the war immediately.
You don’t need a standing army of 100,000 people to censor COVID. You need one good developer, working with one manic social scientist who spends her entire life mapping what Dr. Mercola says online, and what he’s talking about this week, what his followers are saying, what they’re saying about this drug, or what they’re saying about this vaccine, or what they’re saying about this institution.
All of that can be cataloged into a lexicon of how you talk. And then, all of that talk can just be turned down to zero. At the same time, they can super amplify the language that they themselves are doing. So it gives a God-like control to a tiny, tiny, tiny minority of people who can then use that to control the discourse of the entire population.
What’s also so terrifying about the National Security State’s involvement in this is, when they discovered the power of this by mid-2018, they began to roll it out to every other country in the world for purposes of political control there — to the Ghana desk, to the Ecuador desk, to Southeast Asia, all over Europe.”
Can We Get Out of the Grip of Censorship?
At the time of this writing, we’re in a lull. The COVID pandemic has been declared over and aside from the Russia-Ukraine conflict, there are no major political crises going on that warrant heavy censorship. The networks and technologies for radical suppression are already in place, however, and can be turned up at a moment’s notice.
We’ve also recently seen just how easy it is for alternative media to be infiltrated and upended, so the fact that there are alternative platforms doesn’t guarantee that future censorship efforts will fail.
“There are so many threat vectors,” Benz says. “There are a lot of questions about what’s going on, for example, at Project Veritas, with how quickly it ousted James O’Keefe after releasing the most viral video ever, on Pfizer. It was about one week later — after their biggest accomplishment, perhaps, ever — that it was totally overthrown.
A similar thing has happened with Fox News with [the firing of] Tucker Carlson, the most popular cable TV host in the country — the guy who gets three times more concurrent viewership than CNN, in the opposing spot. Institutions can absolutely be penetrated and co-opted when enough pressure is applied.”
Transatlantic Flank Attack 2.0 Underway
As mentioned earlier, the U.S. censorship really began with NATO. Benz refers to this as the transatlantic flank attack. Basically, when U.S. intelligence want to impact the internet domestically, they first work with their European partners to enact regulatory changes in Europe first. This then ends up spilling into the U.S. market, and the IC appears to have had nothing to do with it.
The first transatlantic flank attack took place in early 2017 with the NetzDG. We’re now under transatlantic attack again, through the Digital Markets Act. This law, Benz says, will make it very difficult for Rumble and other free speech platforms to maintain that posture during the next pandemic. Once these platforms are forced to comply with the Digital Markets Act on the European side, the changes will be felt everywhere.
Cause for Cautious Optimism
While Benz remains hopeful that solutions to global censorship will present themselves, he still recognizes that the forces at play are enormous and the risks are high.
“It’s one of these things where the more you see what we’re up against, the more sobering it becomes. I think you need to maintain hope in order to maintain energy, to maintain momentum. With momentum, weird things can happen, even if you’re not supposed to win. Strange things break, or take a life of their own, or resurface.
All the little weaknesses of the system get tested, simply by a momentum here and there. For example, Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter is probably the reason that the GOP got over the hump in doing all of these congressional investigations into the government’s role in censorship.
They felt like they had an ally at Twitter, that they had billionaire backing. There was a waterfall, cascade impact. So, I am hopeful. DHS is on the run right now. They purged their website of all their domestic censorship operations that they listed and were loud and proud about for two whole years after the catastrophe of the disinformation governance board in April 2022.
They already had a Ministry of Truth at DHS. They just gave one hypothetical board the wrong name. They didn’t call it the CISA. They made the mistake of calling it by the right name, and that’s what ended the entire political support for the underlying apparatus.
So, the importance of an Orwellian name is essential for maintaining the political support. But I guess what I’m trying to say is, I’m hopeful, and I’m honored to be a part of this rebel fleet of folks trying to take on the empire behind the censorship situation.
But having seen, in so many iterations the toolkit they use, it is a medieval torture toolkit that can do strange things. Pressure can do strange things, even to great people. And so I’m cautiously optimistic.”
Essential Internet Backbone Is Not Politically Neutral
In my view, internet decentralization is one key innovation that could break the grip of censorship. That said, other aspects, such as cybersecurity, must also be reinvented.
CloudFlare, for example, a content delivery and cloud cybersecurity service, basically controls the internet because they protect online businesses and platforms from hackers using Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks. Without it, you cannot survive online if you’re a big business. Even with a decentralized internet, CloudFlare might still be able to exert control by leaving sites open to DDoS (distributed denial of service) attacks.
Disturbingly, CloudFlare got political for the first time after 2016, when it decided to remove protection from a site called Kiwi Farms, which expressed anti-transgender views. As a result, the site had to move over to a Russian server to get back online.
Basically, U.S. citizens had to look for internet freedom in Russia because their architecture could not be supported in the U.S. — all because a government-integrated backbone of the internet made a political decision, likely at the behest of the IC.
“If there is another pandemic, for example, and there’s a push for certain medical interventions or countermeasures that certain sites don’t go along with, the CloudFlare, absolutely, could be a weapon in that respect,” Benz says.
“One of the things I found so troubling is that CISA, this DHS censorship agency, after the 2020 election set up a private sector liaison subcommittee for mis- and disinformation policies in the private sector. It was a seven-person subcommittee, with all of the top censorship experts at the University of Washington and Stanford.
Vijaya Gadde, the former head of censorship at Twitter, was a part of this board. I thought it was very troubling that the CEO of CloudFlare was also one of the seven people on the DHS censorship board.”
Major Challenges to a Decentralized Internet
Benz continues:
“To proceed to the various challenges to a decentralized internet, when you move up the stack of censorship … they can move up to cloud servers, to payment processors, and even to things like CloudFlare and your infrastructure protection.
In the early era of censorship, there was a rebuttal by censorship advocates that if you don’t like what private sector companies are doing, start your own social media companies. Build your own Google, build your own YouTube, build your own Facebook, build your own Twitter.
And then, what started to happen as censorship got completely insane, when it went from being troubling to disturbing, to saturating … you started to see these alternative social media platforms like Gab and Parler … that tried to escape the content moderation policies with Big Tech. But what started to happen is, those social media companies, like Parler, were completely destroyed.
Parler was de-platformed from, basically, the entire internet, when the president had just moved there, after being kicked off Twitter. That was a very instructive moment, and one that censorship insiders have reflected on, I should say, many, times as a moment of, ‘Should we have done that? We did it, but it costs us a lot of political capital.’
Parler was kicked off of Amazon Web Services. They were kicked off of all of the banks. They were banned from email providers. They could not hook to the internet, essentially, to even maintain the ability to post anything there. So, it went from build your own social media company to build your own bank.
Now you need to build your own bank and get a banking license for the payment processors. You need to build your own email distribution. You need to build your own cloud servers.
You need to build your own software service providers. And, eventually, are you going to need to lay your own subsea cables across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans? The social media companies didn’t invent the internet. They are superimposed on Pentagon infrastructure.”
The House Needs to Defund the Censorship Industry
Without doubt, there will be another crisis, whether it be another pandemic or war or something else, that will send the censorship machine into full gear yet again. Right now we’re in a lull, so this is the time to think ahead and get prepared. The question is, what can we do? How do we prepare and fight back?
According to Benz, one of the most effective strategies that would have immediate effect, and could be done right now, would be to strip the censorship industry of its government funding. He explains:
“Right now, there’s a Republican controlled House. The advantage of the House is that it controls appropriations, the purse strings of the federal government. If the House Appropriations Committee took seriously the government subsidization of censorship networks in the private sector, you could defund the speech police, even though, on the AI side, it only takes one good coder to be able to take out an entire political philosophy.
The fact is, they can only do that job because of an army of social science folks across 45 different U.S. colleges and universities who get paid. There are tens of thousands of them who are paid through the National Science Foundation, through DARPA grants and State Department grants, to map communities online as a matter of social science, and then provide that to the computer scientist to censor it.
My foundation, the Foundation for Freedom Online, has detailed $100 million, just in the past 18 months, that have gone from the federal government institutions directly into social media censorship insiders. Censorship is not an act anymore, it’s an industry, and you can cripple their capacity building.
When you pump it full of money, you go from having a couple of people do it, to tens of thousands of people doing it. The censorship capacity is built on an infrastructure of an industry that relies on government to pay for it, and it relies on government to spearhead their penetration into the institutions.
Right now, there are about eight different congressional committees trying to solve this problem from different aspects. I’ve personally briefed eight different congressional committees … But only a few of those committees are taking it seriously enough to pursue the issue deeply, and where that will shake out remains uncertain.
CISA worked with dozens of social media companies and private sector cutouts to launder censorship from the government into the private sector, but the institution I worked with more than anyone was the University of Stanford, the Stanford Internet Observatory in particular.
Jim Jordan’s Weaponization Subcommittee just subpoenaed Stanford for what I call the perfectly preserved First Amendment crime scene. Stanford meticulously kept logs of all of its censorship activities with government officials for the COVID-19 pandemic, and for two election cycles.
They detailed 66 narratives that they censored online, having to do with everything about vaccines, efficacy of masks, opposition to lockdown mandates. And then, they had a fourth category for conspiracy theories, basically anything that someone said about the World Economic Forum, or Bill Gates.
They’re now refusing to comply with that subpoena. But the stakes keep getting escalated, because who’s going to enforce that subpoena? Steve Bannon, regardless of your opinion of him, just got indicted for not complying with a subpoena, but is this Justice Department going to pursue criminal penalties against Stanford, for withholding congressional subpoena for their government?
This is for their government, because they were the formal partners. They had a formal partnership with the DHS. That stuff should be FOIA-able, first of all. You shouldn’t even need a subpoena for it. The only reason you can’t FOIA it is because they laundered it through Stanford. Standord holds the records rather than DHS.
I tried to FOIA that from DHS, and DHS says, ‘We don’t have it, even though they were our communications.’ So this is the way the CIA structures in an operation, through a web of cutouts and offshore banks, so you can never really get transparency. They’re now doing that for the censorship industry at home …
Whether they will continue to raise the stakes is now a terrifying open issue. And the fact that it’s the inside guys who are running the censorship situation means there may be other tactics that need to be pursued here, which is why I talked about, simply, going to the appropriations committee and zeroing it out, so you don’t even need to enforce subpoenas, necessarily.”
Building a Whole-of-Society Solution
As explained by Benz, the censorship industry was built as a so-called whole-of-society effort. According to the DHS, misinformation online is a whole-of-society problem that requires a whole-of-society solution. By that, they meant that four types of institutions had to fuse together as a seamless whole. Those four categories and key functions are:
Government institutions, which provide funding and coordination
Private sector institutions that do the censorship and dedicate funds to censorship through corporate-social responsibility programs
Civil society institutions (universities, NGOs, academia, foundations, nonprofits and activists) that do the research, the spying and collecting of data that are then given to the private sector to censor
News media/fact checking institutions, which put pressure on institutions, platforms and businesses to comply with the censorship demands
What the Foundation for Freedom Online is doing is educating people about this structure, and the ways in which legislatures and the government can be restructured, how civil society institutions can be established, and how news media can be created to support and promote freedom rather than censorship.

When I look at your blog in Ie, it looks fine but when opening
in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up!
