NASA Hinting about Mars Becoming Terra-Formed?

The first thing I thought about when I heard this major news story about Mars slowly becoming more inhabitable is the revelation by Dr. Michael Wolf several years ago that the Star Visitors are engaged in a project to terra-form(make Earth-like) Mars. The Visitors have the technology to alter climate and atmosphere on a planetary basis.

This Reuters and Associated Press news wire story was given big play. I read such big-news treatment as another piece of the government’s Public Acclimation Program, this time through NASA, to ready the public for formal acknowledgment of Star Visitor presence.

It is interesting what the story does not say, too. Why do planetary scientists state that Mars’s ice caps are melting beyond seasonal fluctuations? They have not been studying

Mars long enough to know its macro-cycles of variation.

Indeed, hard-nosed Earth scientists try to reject the global-warming phenomenon by claiming that we haven’t

studied Earth climatology long enough to be sure that recent warming is not a macro-cycle fluctuation. Why the sudden certitude that Mars’s ice caps are undergoing a permanent

melting? Although the story includes the obligatory skeptic debunking the report, the story clearly goes with the NASA (Malin Associates contractor) report.

Indeed, Malin himself forecasts surface water on Mars at the rate atmospheric thickening is going. And Caplinger states that, instead of Mars’s previously reported status as a planet where you would freeze and asphyxiate outside a

spacesuit, we can look forward to a time when you can walk Mars wearing a coat and breathing its atmosphere.

Not mentioned, of course, in this report is Dr. Wolf’s other revelation that the U.S. has a tiny forward Station on

Mars, staffed by astronauts from a secret space program operated by a military black project agency. Nor the fact that the Star Visitors have a long-term presence on Mars.
Why are the Star Visitors terra-forming Mars? Is it another ace-in-the-hole to assure that human survivors of a global ecological or war catastrophe could have another planet on which to make a new start? (Like the Zeta Reticulan ace-in-the-hole program of creating some human-Visitor hybrids to reseed Earth with, in case the current crop of humans blow ourselves up.)
Or is Mars an “escape hatch”, a place the Visitors might evacuate humans to, in case that incoming asteroid cannot be deflected, or the return of the Tenth Planet damages Earth severely?
Or perhaps we are seeing a bit more of Visitor Ethic: “A
planet is a terrible thing to waste.” Just as they bioengineered modern human from primate stock about 350,000 years ago, to hasten the time when intelligent life could work out its destiny on this Earth, the Visitors may want to hasten Mars’ recovery from the past catastrophe that ripped away most of its atmosphere and boiled off its oceans, and give Mars another chance to harbor intelligent life.
With the restoration of Mars to habitability comes the moral imperative that we not treat it as the latest bit of real estate to wantonly develop. Instead, we must adopt the new Fifth World ethic of treating EVERY ecosystem as a sacred zone of life, to be handled with careful stewardship.

Study Suggests Mars Ice Caps Eroding By PAUL RECER, AP Science Writer
WASHINGTON (AP) – Vast fields of carbon dioxide ice are eroding from the poles of Mars, suggesting that the climate of the Red Planet is warming and the atmosphere is becoming slightly more dense.
Experts say that over time such changes could allow water to return to the Martian surface and turn the frigid planet into a “shirt-sleeve environment.”
Michael A. Caplinger, a scientist with Malin Space Science Systems, said that if the rate of carbon dioxide erosion from the Mars poles continues for thousands of years, `then it could profoundly amend the climate of Mars.”
“You would go from having to wear a spacesuit to just wearing a coat and an oxygen atmosphere,” said Caplinger.
Caplinger is co-author of a study appearing in the journal Science that analyzes photos of Mars taken by an orbiting spacecraft. The photos were taken in 1999 and in 2001, a period of time that represents one Martian year. Mars is farther from the sun than the Earth and it takes the Red Planet about 23 months to complete one year, a single solar orbit.
Observers have long known that in the Martian winter there is a snow of carbon dioxide caused as temperatures plunge and the gas freezes out of Mars’ thin atmosphere.
But the new study suggests that a dense cap of frozen carbon dioxide thought to be permanent at each of the Mars poles may not be all that permanent, said Caplinger.
It is eroding away at a rapid pace and is going to continue to do that,” said Caplinger. “This is not a seasonal change.”
He said the photos suggest that the polar caps are dense slabs of frozen carbon dioxide that may have been deposited over centuries, much like the way seasonal snow on Earth accumulates to form a glacier.
“This stuff has been there for quite a while,” he said.
“It is packed down and very smooth. We don’t see evidence that it is blowing around or drifting.”
Instead, said Caplinger, the glacier-like carbon dioxide ice is eroding, rather like the way a glacier melts on Earth.
The key clue, he said, comes from examining the light patterns on pits at the Martian south pole. Comparing pictures taken a Martian year apart show that the pits are getting wider and deeper as a result of the retreat of the carbon dioxide ice, said Caplinger.
As the C02 ice erodes, it adds carbon dioxide to the Martian atmosphere, causing the “air” to get thicker over time. This would enable the planet to hold more of the sun’s heat and, perhaps, eventually warm the whole planet enough for water to return to the Martian surface.
Caplinger said it is not known if there is enough carbon dioxide in the polar caps to bring about such an atmospheric change.
But his co-author, Michael C. Malin, said in a statement that if the atmosphere of Mars becomes dense enough, it would “permit liquid water to persist at or near the surface.”
Other studies have shown that Mars was once awash with great basins of water, but the water is thought to have disappeared or become subsurface ice as the planet cooled and developed a thin C02 atmosphere.
Some experts suggested that any speculation about a Martian climate change is premature.
“This is a really neat observation,” said Allan H.
Treiman of the Lunar and Planetary Institute in Houston.
But he said the pictures span a time too short to make predictions about permanent changes in the Mars climate.
“We don’t have enough data on Mars to draw any clear onclusions about climate change,” he said.

In 1966 a well-known engineer released a book with information that could impact everyone on earth. But before anyone could read it, it was classified by the CIA.

We only learned of its existence a few years ago because of a Freedom of Information request.

The CIA only released 57 pages of the original 284-page manuscript. And those pages have been, in the CIA’s own words, “sanitized”.

Why does the CIA think this book is so dangerous that they had to hide it from the public for 60 years; and continue to hide most of it?

Is it possible that the earth is attempting to “heal” itself?

Could it be that to some extent “global warming” is more-or-less an “excuse” that is being used to justify huge expenditures for subterran and exterran “bases” for secret government use and part of such as in the “Alternative” scenarios?.

This is of course, even if true, no reason to destroy this planet, as pollution of the air, water and earth IS something which could lead to an eventual devastation of this Earth.
A symposium was held in 1957 which was attended by some of the great scientific minds then living. They reached the conclusion that by, or shortly after, the year 2000 the planet WOULD self-destruct due to increased population and man’s exploitation of the environment WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM GOD OR THE ALIENS.

“By secret Executive order of President Eisenhower, the JASON Scholars were ordered to study this scenario and make recommendations from their findings. The JASON Society CONFIRMED the findings of the scientists and made three recommendations called ALTERNATIVES 1, 2, AND 3.”

Survival and migration of certain percentage of humans like cream of the crop or corruption or may be both to MARS before the Pole Shift and the future Cataclysm in the Earth!

Alternative One: Elimination of a huge portion of world population. They are in the process of doing that. If they are not able to execute population thinning will be blamed on acts of terrorism.

Alternative Two: To build many underground bunkers, as large as small towns, to protect the Shadow government in seclusion until the surface population thinning was finished. They have built over 200 such “underground cities”.

Alternative 3:To build a “transfer station” on the backside of the Moon, build an underground base on Mars and remove a certain limited “Noah’s Ark” cross section of Earth’s population, artists, scientists, engineers, writers, etc., to Mars as a survival colony in the event of “catastrophe” on Earth.

We now know that carbon-dioxide is the raw material plants need in combination with water and sunlight to produce food or hydrocarbons( First part of the food chain.)

The higher the carbon di-oxide content in our air the more abandoned growth/produce. Also that the carbon-di oxide content has not been much lower and currently about 0.04 %, and up to more than 1% in earth past with abundant plant growth. Also that the percentage of CO2 in the Marse atmosfer many times that of the earth and in adition very cold. “Alternative 3 was to exploit the alien and conventional technology in order for a select few to leave the earth and establish colonies in outer space.
I am not able to either confirm or deny the existence of ‘batch consignments’ of human slaves, which would be used for the manual labor as a part of the plan.
The Moon, code-named ADAM, was the object of primary interest, followed by the planet Mars, code-named EVE.

I am now in possession of official NASA photographs of one of the moon bases. I believe that the Mars colony is also a reality (Note: There are some who suggest that “global warming” may not actually be taking place as believed, and that this “scare” is based largely on computerized models or simulations which have not always coincided with actual temperature variations.

Is it possible that the earth is attempting to “heal” itself?

Apparently they opted for mass genocide which they believed would keep the population to a manageable minimum, not wishing to give up the political and economic control which they possessed and which would to a large degree be lost if they openly gave this super- technology freely to the masses.

Pro-abortion activist-leader and ‘Planned Parenthood’ founder Margaret Sanger betrays her own devotion to the Globalist genocidal policies and insensitivity to women’s rights, especially non-Aryan women’s rights–not to mention the constitutional rights to ‘life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness’ on the part of multi-millions of children–in the following words from her first book ‘PIVOT OF CIVILIZATION’.

In reference to free maternity care for the poor she states: “Instead of decreasing and aiming to eliminate the stocks that are most detrimental to the future of the race and the world it tends to render them to a menacing degree dominant.”

And in reference to her ‘Negro Project’ of the late 1930’s, which aimed at recruiting black ministers, physicians and political leaders for birth control and sterilization in the black community, Sanger wrote:

We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Cooper continues:”The joint U.S. and Soviet leadership dismissed Alternative 1 BUT ORDERED WORK TO BEGIN ON ALTERNATIVES 2 AND 3 VIRTUALLY AT THE SAME TIME.

Some stories have it that humans derived the three scenarios themselves, but the stories coming from sources closer to the heart of the matter point to alien suggestions on these alternatives.

This is correct. Why would humans decide to locate on other planets to escape pollution or nuclear fallout, when the have neither the means to travel to other planets, the capability of sustaining themselves there, or a pollution situation dire enough to be frantic about escaping from?

As the high level government contacts were strongly in the Service-to-Self orientation, they saw all this as their escape, their alternatives, and were not at any time thinking about humanity in general. Service to themselves meaning being a predator, other names you could use woud be psychopath, sociopaths, narcist/matrix beings.

What the aliens truly sought was to subvert these humans to sink more and more deeply into the Service-to-Self orientation. To some degree, and with some humans, they succeeded.

Alternative 3 is suspected as having been implemented, as Alternatives 1 and 2 have been.
The United States government went underground, at Mount Weather and numerous other spots, as has been documented to the satisfaction of even the skeptical reader.
This fact is not even being denied by the government any more.
Portions of the government, and we are here speaking of rogue CIA officers, set out to trim and prune the Earth’s humanity to their liking.

Thus we have the AIDs and Ebola viruses, as well as various wars and conflicts which the CIA always seems to be at the center of. Likewise, Alternative 3 was implemented, but as the populace can’t get up to the surface of other planets, this cannot be demonstrated to the satisfaction of skeptics. Of course, there are clues such as the tight controls placed over transmissions from probes, and the odd malfunction of the Mars probe just as it was about to hit pay dirt.
As the populace cannot get at the facts, and as we are not currently restrained by any agreement with the government on this matter, and as there are not currently any Service-to-Self aliens involved on this issue whereby we would be restrained by the Rules of Engagement.

We will tell you about Alternative 3

As with the other Alternatives, the particulars of this alternative were something the Service-to-Self aliens contacting the government were familiar with. They are currently parked on the surface of planets in your Solar System – Mars, the Moon, and a dead planet in orbit opposite your Earth, ( Ceres?) which you never see as the Sun blocks your view. They sent representatives of the US and other governments up to these places, to demonstrate that such a living arrangement was hospitable. Matters soon went amuck, however.
Soon the human guests became stressed in the heavy Service-to-Self environment. Most of the guests were simply 3rd Density spirits, weighing and balancing and trying on for size the two choices in spiritual orientation – Service-to-Self or Service-to-Other.

Here, far from home, they found themselves watching, continuously, on a daily basis and with no respite, the harsh reality of life in the Service-to-Self community. Stress diseases cropped up among the humans, ulcers and heart palpitations and arthritic pains. They became distracted in their work, stricken with headaches and vague feelings of weakness.
The Human commanders, paranoid about living away from the Earth to begin with, attributed all this to planetary factors such as gravity, air pressure, air composition, or perhaps strange rays that were not measurable on their instruments.
The plan was abandoned, and the humans who participated were exterminated. Their bodies were not returned to Earth, nor should one look for this to happen.
One should recall that the members of the various governments who were participating were strongly in the Service-to-Self orientation themselves, and had no hesitation on eliminating their human volunteers, whom they had so warmly congratulated just weeks before.

Those in the Service-to-Self orientation are not noted for being truthful.
The Moon was one of the planets occupied by humans as a result of the implementation of Alternative 3.

As the Moon is so close to the Earth, so reachable, the alien installations on the Moon have been a source of endless fascination by amateur astronomers with telescopes and vivid imaginations.

Can humans see these installations? They cannot, as they are on what is termed the dark side of the Moon which never faces the Earth. However, the astronauts landing on the Moon correctly noticed traces of activity, a surprise to them, and made comments which were instantly broadcast to the rapt audience participating in this historic landing worldwide, the general populace.

The astronauts were silenced in the usual manner, and all forthcoming broadcasts have not been live. Do humans reside in the installations on the Moon? No.
These were abandoned when Alternative 3 was abandoned. Ambassador from the Service-to-Self orientation reside in 3rd Density on the Moon when they are not out and about on the surface of the Earth, responding to The Call as given by various humans.

Ourselves, the Zetas, live in 3rd Density directly on the surface of the Earth, as has been explained, and do not reside in 3rd Density on Mars or the Moon or any other planet in your Solar System that you are currently aware of, including the Earth’s dead twin orbiting opposite the Earth.

We were not involved in the Alternative 3 installations, as we are the Service-to-Other Zetas. The two groups do not mix

In 1966 a well-known scientist release a book with information that could impact everyone on Earth but before anyone could read it was classified by the CIA we only learned about it a few years ago.

When it was Declassified but the CIA only released 57 pages of the original 284 page manuscript and those pages have been in the cia’s own words sanitized!

Now why does the CIA think this book is so dangerous that they had to hide it from the public for 60 years and continue to hide most of it.

Well it’s because the man who wrote it describes the end of the world in 1966 former McDonald Douglas engineer Dr Chan Thomas released a book called The Adam and Eve story now that title might sound like he’s being cute but he’s actually being literal.

This book is about the end of the world as we know it ah hey what’s up is this one of those stories where you Scar the hell out of us didn’t you wrap it up with a happy ending?

Well you’re right no if I soil my bow again you got to remember to edit that out they didn’t know you had an accident you just told them well Thomas presents evidence of a coming shift in the Earth’s poles that creates a cataclysm and Thomas says these pole shifts are cyclical that on regular intervals a disaster wipes out almost all human life and we start over again in the Stone Age.
He says we’re actually the sixth Advanced civilization to evolve on Earth there may have been even more civilizations than that have been here but the further back you go the harder it is to know for sure because some of these civilizations occupied continents that no longer exist.

Now Thomas isn’t the first scientist to publish this theory in 1958 almost 10 years before the Adam and Eve story. Charles hapgood published the Earth’s shifting crust which discussed the Earth crustal displacement hypothesis this Theory says that sometimes the Earth spins really fast and the continents are rearranged when hap could proposed the idea of continental drift it was called pseudoscience but hapgood had his supporters in fact Albert Einstein wrote the forwards for two of his books. Now of course we know that hapgood was right the continents do move they drift apart and collide together over and over again and have done so for almost 4 billion years.

Pangia was the supercontinent that broke apart to form the land masses that exist today but before Pangia there was a supercontinent ganana which existed for 400 million years before gandana there was pinosa before that rodinia Colombia Atlantica Arctic kenland Ur and valara these were all super continents that eventually broke apart and reformed.

After working with Einstein and a few other scientists Charles hapgood released the book The Path of the pole as an update to his previous theories. In this book hapgood suggested that the Earth’s poles are constantly moving again this piece of pseudo science was eventually proven.

True hapgood believed that a pole shift between 15 and 40° occurred around 9600 BC or 11,600 years ago.

Younger D younger dras now the per Rees map is something that has baffled scientists for hundreds of years on the PES map is the continent of Antarctica but Antarctica wasn’t discovered until 1820 and per Reese claimed the information on his map came from much older Maps. If Charles hapgood was right and the Earth’s axis was shifted 15° from where it is now Antarctica wouldn’t be completely
covered in ice. Hap good believed an Ice Age civilization long forgotten mapped the coast thousands of years ago the many of hapGood’s theories have proven to be true.

The Ice Age pole shift is still controversial we do know the poll shift over time we also know the continent drift over a very long period of time but Dr Chan Thomas in his book The Adam and Eve story says the shift happens in less than a day
Chant Thomas describes in detail what this will be like and it’s worse than any Hollywood disaster movie ever conceived far worse chant Thomas begins his book with a chapter that describes exactly what we’ll experience during this pole shift event.
But before we get into it now might be a good time to hit pause and grab fresh underwear I’ve learned to listen to him when he says that with a rumble so low as to be inaudible then fueling into a thundering Roar the earthquake starts only it’s not like any earthquake in history in California
mountains shake like ferns in a breeze a mighty Pacific rears back and piles up into a mountain of seawater. More more than 2 mil High then starts its race Eastward the wind attacks shredding everything in supersonic bombardment the mountain of Pacific seawater follows the wind
Eastward burying Los Angeles and San Francisco as if they were but grains of sand.

Across the continent the Thousand mph wind WS Unholy dant everywhere mercilessly and here’s why there’s such violent wind the Earth spins about 1,000 mph we don’t feel this because everything is spin together the land the water the atmosphere.

Now Thomas says that when the pole shift happens the earth’s air and water continue to spin but the land masses stop in many places the Earth’s molten sublayer breaks through and spreads a sea of white hot liquid fire in a fraction of a day all vestages of civilization are gone and the great cities Los Angeles San Francisco Chicago Dallas New York Boston are nothing but legends.
Barely a stone is left where Millions walked just a few hours ago now think of what would happen if you were in a car going a thousand miles per hour that suddenly stopped now think of what would happen if a large city going 1,000 mph suddenly stopped. Skyscrapers would collapse millions of
people would be thrown around like they were in a food processor very few people would survive that but survivors are the Unlucky ones because moving across the country at the speed of sound is a 2 m high wall of water mud and debris south of America finds the Andes not high enough to stop the violence in less than a day.
The entire continent is burned by molten Earth fire buried under miles of violent Seas then turned into a frozen hell everything freezes man Beast plant and mud in less than 4 hours.
When the shift happens the land on Earth stops moving so the sun stops moving in the sky that means one side of the Earth is going to get really hot and the other side really cold a temperature drop of 180° that means even the warmest parts of the planet are going to be 80° below zero.
Everything is frozen solid within 4 hours Europe cannot escape the Alps Pyrenees whirls are Shunk in then heed even higher when the wall of seawater strikes western Africa and the Sands of the Sahara vanish. The fury Marches On for 6 days during the sixth day the ocean starts to settle the Bay of bangal basin just east of India is now at the North Pole. The Pacific Ocean just west of Peru is at the South Pole new ice caps begin to form in the new polar areas Greenland and Antarctica now rotating equatorially emerge with verdant tropical foliage Thomas is predicting a 90° shift to the Earth’s axis basically turning the planet on its side the poles move to the equator and the equator moves to the poles New York lies at the bottom of the Atlantic covered by unbelievable amounts of mud.
Of San Francisco Los Angel Angeles Chicago Dallas and Boston not a trace is left the cataclysm has done its work and drives the pitiful few who survive into a new stone age We join Noah Adam and Eve Atlantis Mew and Olympus and Jesus joins Osiris to Aur Zeus and Vishnu.

In the first chapter of his book Dr Thomas paints a terrifying future but How likely is it in the next few chapters Thomas goes on to not only prove his pole shift is possible that it’s happened before and will happen again very soon in fact there are signs that it may have already begun.

Every culture has a flood myth abrahamic religions have Noah’s flood the Mayans have the hudan flood where the word hurricane comes from ancient Hawaiians have the nuu flood the samarians wrote about a flood in Gilgamesh. Europe Asia Pacific Islanders and native tribes from All Over America
they all talk about a great flood that cleansed the Earth so civilization could start again.

Now one myth is just folklore two myths are a coincidence 40 flood myths this starts to look less like a myth and more like actual history.
Now in this channel we typically associate great floods with the end of the last ice age the younger dras and core samples provide solid evidence that this happened but what’s interesting is Thomas said the last great flood wasn’t 11,500 years ago but 6,500 years ago. Now in the 1960s there was very little if any proof of this but a few years ago archaeologists found evidence of the gyu
flood myth in China, evidence of a great flood has been found in the Mediterranean and in the Black Sea. These discoveries put the flood between 6,500 and 7,000 years ago more recent than the younger dras and right when Thomas says it happened chant Thomas provides the dates of other floods the young Adas is about 11,500 years ago before that a flood 18,500 years ago and this is exactly the time when the bearing land bridge went underwater.
Before that 29,000 years ago which was the end of the Wisconsin glacial period And before that 43,800 years ago.

But Global floods aren’t controversial we know they happened what is controversial is the claim that advanced civilizations existed before each of the floods.
Mainstream archaeology and paleontology say the first civilization emerged in Mesopotamia 6,500 years ago but what if that was just the last reboot no like the Batman movies exactly.

The Dark Knight Rises is the best one can we discuss Batman later I’m trying to talk about the end of the world here oh that’s why I keep interrupting coward when we look at the erosion around the
base of the Great Sphinx we see patterns that were formed by running water vast amounts of water moving at tremendous speeds but if this is water erosion that means the Sphinx was created before the
last flood 6,500 years ago which is before the emergence of the Egyptian civilization.

Archaeologists hate that idea and they really hate the idea that the Sphinx was built over 10,000 years ago but there’s other evidence of a cataclysmic pole shift specifically of a great mud flood and a sunken continent do you mean I mean Atlantis.

It’s chant Thomas makes some pretty extreme claims in the Adam Eve story extraordinary claims need extraordinary evidence in his dialogues Plato famously introduced the world to Atlantis the
advanced utopian society that was destroyed in a cataclysm now until definitive proof of Atlantis is found it will continue to be considered a mythical land. But that won’t and shouldn’t stop people from looking for it there’s a geological feature in northwest Africa called the reot structure also called the eye of the Sahara. It’s about the right size and shape for Atlantis Plato described the
city as concentric rings with a Waterway flowing out but even among Atlantis Believers there’s debate about whether this is a man-made structure or a natural one.

But what I find fascinating is near the eye of the Sahara and all over the planet you’ll see large ripples in the landscape now on the ground these look like Rolling Hills but they’re actually about 50 ft High the size of a five-story building and they were caused by water a lot of water.

This is one of the craziest things you’ll ever see these ripples repeated ripples in an area where there’s nothing else like it this is the Fingerprints of the flood.
That’s what it is wow the water here Joe that did this the way to visualize this is to again begin to think of tsunami here what you have to visualize is a tsunami sweeping over the land that’s over 1,000 ft deep and it’s sweeping down over this land at probably 2 or 300 million cubic feet per second which is an inconceivable amount of water but Atlantis isn’t the only place lost to this disaster.
On the other side of the world we have another Lost Continent this is called the land of Mew is described by Augustus Le plon and later by James church ward both of whom translated very old texts from the Maya and India both of these cultures on opposite sides of the world describe a vast continent in the Pacific that reached Hawaii in the north and as far south as Easter Island
and as far west that it almost reached the islands of Japan.

James Bramwell and William Scott Elliot both proponents of this Theory claim the continent was destroyed in a cataclysm 11,500 years ago there’s that date again the yonaguni monument off the coast of Japan is said to be the underwater ruins of Mew Nadal in Micronesia is considered to be the southern part of Mew the site is full of structures made of enormous logs of volcanic rock nobody knows who built this or how but their society was Advanced.

Just recently lar Imaging from the air shows that at one time Nadal had an artificial irrigation system that could bring fresh water to Residence all over the area. The eastern part of Mew is Easter Island and there could be evidence of a cataclysm there on Easter Island are the M statues and you’ve seen these it’s lots of heads about a thousand actually and most people don’t realize that these statues have bodies buried deep underground so there are two options one whoever built the statues first dug holes then buried 30t tall 80 ton statues up to their necks then filled in the holes. Two the statues were completely above ground but at some point were buried by something and look at Easter Island it’s a tiny island in the middle of nowhere at one point 12,000 people live there where did they come from. Mainstream anthropology says that people from poesia took a canoe out thousands of miles in the middle of the Pacific and hoped for the best but if the continent of me was real then theycould have just walked there this could also explain why Polynesian languages share similarities to Greek and maybe why on Easter Island they worshiped a sunod called Raa which is awfully close to the Egyptian sun god Rah. And the connections don’t stop there there are similarities between Greek Egyptian and even Indian gods as if all these cultures intermingled or came from a single Source.
Chantas lays out some good evidence for the cyclical cataclysm Theory but the big questions are how and when will it happen well you’re not going to like the answer Dr Chan Thomas lays out a compelling argument for a coming Global cataclysm but when well to answer that we have to understand how it happens in the story of Adam and Eve Thomas includes a diagram showing the cross-section of the earth and a description of the process. The process of a cataclysm is known now look at the cross-section of the earth inside the front cover you’ll see two molten layers the orange ones the important one is the thin molten layer starting 60 Mi down extending 60 Mi deeper to 120 Mi below the surface of the Earth. The thick deep molten layer starting 1,800 Mi down at the bottom of the mantle and extending 1300 Mi deeper is the arar seismology has proven these two orange layers to be molten and they are white hot over 2500°F.

Now Dr Thomas was able to predict seismic activity all over the world inside the Earth the electrical and magnetic structure of the Interior makes the layers act as if they were near solid as long as the magnetic and electrical structure of the earth maintains its orderliness.

It keeps rotating on axis in a normal manner every few thousand years the magnetic and electrical orderliness in the shallow molten layer is disorganized to the extent that the shallow molten layer
is allowed to act as a free liquid which then serves as a lubricant for the ice caps to pull the shell around the Earth’s interior so as to have the ice caps shift about 90° into the torrid Zone.
When this event occurs the layer beneath the earth’s crust turns from solid to liquid then the land masses can slide around freely and the weight of the ice caps then Yanks the Earth off axis in
one qu to 1/ half a day the geographic poles move to the torrit zone and all hell lets loose well that’s an understatement the atmosphere and the Earth’s oceans don’t shift with the shell they just keep on rotating west to east and at the equator that speed is about 1,37 mph so while the shell shifts with the poles going to the Equator the winds and oceans continue Eastward
blowing and flooding across the Earth at supersonic speeds inundating en continents with water miles deep destroying everything with which man has ever dealt including himself.
That’s a summary of the process oh when is all this supposed to happen I need time to get a steel reinforced bow well Chan Thomas updated his prediction in 1993 and said the shift would happen in 7 years around the year 2000.

He mentioned that Nostradamus and Edgar Casey made the same prediction yeah but that’s over do.

So should we Panic well let’s address a few items in the book and see how they compare with known
science but first let’s clear up a few things I told the story based on what’s In the book and in the Articles and videos floating around the web the videos aren’t completely accurate first you’ll hear that Chant Thomas is a made-up name because the subject matter was so explosive he wrote the book under
a pseudonym well this isn’t true Dr chant Thomas was a real person Chan is a nickname his full name was Dr chony Powers. Thomas he was born in Missouri in 1920 and passed away in 1998 he was married and had children and grandchildren he was an electrical engineer and he did work for McDonald Douglas he even appeared as a UFO expert in a documentary in the 90s and he was on Johnny Carson on April 7th 1965 with Ava Gabor well.

No point in this story that I think we’d end up with Johnny Carson and AA Gabor Dr Thomas wrote A Few books some about the coming cataclysm he wrote about ESP UFOs he wrote one book on how to teach yourself natural child birth wait what does he know about child . Now I’m not a biologist but I don’t think Ben don’t go there another thing you’ll hear is that the book was originally 284 pages but the CIA only released 57 of those pages not true nah the original book was 57 Pages if you look at the table of contents the conclusion begins on page 45 and some people will say the CIA is withholding documents because pages are missing like page 8 page 18 page 20 and a few others.

Well they’re missing because they’re the opposite sides of title pages in the original book. They’re blank and I could show you this someone has a copy so the CIA document is the whole thing oh then why classify it well that’s a bit of a mystery what was classified. Was the book and inner office memo with a shopping list for some tools and car parts and a folded up article snipped from People magazine well that’s pretty random yeah if I had to guess this document was in the possession of a case worker and it was classified just as a matter of course in 1966 the year it was classified Dr Thomas was working at McDonald Douglas on UFO and anti-gravity technology he also worked as a project
engineer at Bell Labs on a missile guidance system. Chant Thomas was known to be highly intelligent but very eccentric the classified documents were probably part of background report or maybe someone just keeping an eye on them. You’ll hear that the book was banned but it wasn’t just this one document was classified there were copies in circulation he also published follow-ups in 1971 and 1993 and neither was classified.
As for the content of the book itself Thomas doesn’t provide any solid evidence he makes a lot of deductions from old texts some of which are pretty big leaps and it seems like he’s borrowing ideas from other catastrophists like hap good Emanuel velikovsky and a few others but he’s cherry-picking his favorite Parts without giving specifics for example his theory about the ice caps knocking the
Earth off axis well that comes from hapgood’s first book.

But after working with Scientists including Albert Einstein hapgood issued a follow-up book that explains how he got that wrong, but Dr Thomas he sticks with the story and the liquid crust bit he talks about he says the Earth’s magnetism and electricity become disrupted he offers no evidence or even an explanation of how it happens just that it does now there are ice score samples from the eastern part of Antarctica that show it’s been covered in ice for at least 1.5 million years now granted the western side of the continent is a little trickier because it may not have always been covered in ice but either way we know for certain it’s been down there for a long time.

When chant Thomas released an expanded version of the book in 1993 he didn’t make any corrections or provide any new evidence but he did have chapters on ESP on UFOs and on ngels it doesn’t read as scientific at all in fact it’s a hot mess he jumps all over the place without a cohesive narrative it feels like he gathered a bunch of ideas he had over the years and then threw them into one final book.

So two questions was Dr Chan Thomas a serious researcher no but is there evidence to support some of his claims there is now.
I don’t believe Dr chony Powers Thomas was a serious researcher whether he really had ESP or not I’d rather not get into it but some of the claims he makes in his book have been proven possible.
We know that Global floods have happened the evidence is everywhere but these floods specifically from The Young Adas were not from the oceans they were from the rapid melting of glaciers still they were destructive they really did create tsunamis 1,000 ft high and they really raised the sea level hundreds of feet. He says the temperature drops so much and so quickly that everything is
instantly frozen solid he talks about woolly mammoths being Frozen with buttercups in their mouths now this is is true mammoths have been discovered that were frozen in the middle of eating.

Now it takes a long time to freeze a steak but the flash freeze a mammoth those conditions would have to be extreme according to Thomas seismic activity is one of the reasons the Earth’s axis shifts.

This is also true NASA found that the big Indonesian earthquake in 2004 shifted the North Pole about 25 cm East and the Earth’s rotation sped up which decreased the length of a day by 2.7 micros.
And 2010 an earthquake in Chile did the same thing the Earth’s axis shifted and the day was shortened again in Japan the following year it happened again um is this a concern?

Not really no earthquakes speed up the earth a little bit but the moon slows it down things stay pretty well balanced the shifts aren’t anything to worry about now the shifting magnetic poles that is a concern.
We know the Earth’s poles flip-flop North becomes South and vice versa and geologically speaking it happens a lot it’s happened hundreds of times on average the time between shifts is about 300,000 years but we haven’t shifted in almost 800,000 years.
So we’re way overdue now how do we know it flipped well because when lava cools it creates a record of the orientation of past magnetic fields like a tape recorder record sound o that’s pretty cool.

Actually the poles are always moving in the early 1990s the North Pole was drifting about 9 m per year but that’s been steadily increasing in fact GPS is updated periodically to account for this but GPS is being updated every 5 years then every year and now every 6 months.

The pole is now drifting at almost 40 m per year and the Earth’s magnetic field is weakening quickly these are signs that a shift could be coming so what then is that the end of the world.
Well Life Will Go On animals that navigate using geomagnetism will be confused but in a generation or two they’ll figure it out animals that don’t use magnetism probably won’t notice a difference.

The geologic record shows no major die offs during pole shifts and our species has lived through a few shifts the past 3 million years and we’re still here but oh no but our ancestors didn’t have satellites or GPS or planes a lot of our technology is going to go Haywire but code can be Rewritten and software can be patched the real danger is in between the shifts as we approach a pole shift.
The Earth’s magnetic field gets Tangled Up and extremely weakened this leaves us vulnerable to solar activity solar winds storms coronal mass ejections these are bad without our magnetic field to protect us.

Satellites will get fried if they’re not hardened rates of cancer will increase dramatically and if you think climate change is a problem now climate change is not a problem now yeah it is. Don’t be a sheep either way the climate will be very unpredictable but the biggest danger is our power grids high enough solar activity could knock out all electricity on Earth for days or weeks maybe months in some places to say there will be civil un rest is a huge understatement when Dr Chan Thomas released his book The Adam and Eve story it was dismissed as pseudoscience but in the 50 or so years since it was published a lot of his claims can be proven it would seem that in some cases the difference between pseudo science and real science is just time and if just a fraction of Dr Thomas’s predictions come true our time is running out;

We have had Laura on our platform more than any other speaker and she’s definitely a huge part of portal Ascension and our growth.
Kind of I feel like we kind of grew together because we started in 2008 connected with Laura 2010 and 11 and that was really the Milestone moments. Even my first live conference the cosmic reunion conference in 2012 which was the biggest milestone for PTA going to the next level.

Laura was the speaker there so we’ve been on this journey together and she’s truly one of um one of the people that I really appreciate so much. Not only being on Port attention but her as a person and our connection to her I love her and all the work she shares.
I’m beyond excited for that Cru everybody so again Galactic Origins cruise.com sign up with Laura Eisenhower and I’m not going to do an intro for Laura today because I’ve done that before. Because this is part two so let’s go ahead and just bring Laura on show and first question is;
I guess the intro question is there an off Colony civilization a breakaway civilization on Mars.
Well apparently so because I was recruited to go to it I haven’t been there um and it’s funny a lot of people uh who have heard of me haven’t really delved into my work who I mean who haven’t really delved in my work might confuse me for somebody that did. A 20 in back there and no that’s not the case.
I was pre-targeted though to go to Mars with uh the target date being 2012 and this connects somehow to Alternative three scenario that was um proposed to the Eisenhower Administration and it’s considered a fictional story there’s been documentaries about it um but it it’s nothing that anybody has really taken seriously.
But this is something that was presented along with of course Alternatives one and two and I’ll just tell you a little bit about that alternative one focused on using nuclear devices to blast holes in the stratosphere where heat and pollution could Escape into space.

Alternative two aimed to build a network of underground cities and tunnels where mankind selected Elite could survive along these lines. Phil Schneider mentioned that 131 deep underground military bases exist in the US 4,000 worldwide.

Alternative three dealt with the secret space colonization program on Mars for the same purpose as
alternative two which played into my experience with a failed attempted recruitment this experience was the jall that compelled me to create and claim my desired timeline scenario.

Alternative four which is based on the organic Ascension timeline and the power of the human Spirit triumphing over controller forces that already exists and is what I’ve always felt prepared for. So um and that’s what I desire and that’s what we deep down all desire we don’t need some outer authority to tell us um you know what the future holds and and we’re constantly being bombarded with it. But it’s done in sections right so when people talk about the first wave
well is there going to be a second wave a third wave?

Where you know there is you know this agenda 2030 and different rollouts of events that take place to you know engineer this timeline you know we think of 911 or all these particular events that take place that are leading us down this course where um these trigger events and fear tactics are uh kind of hooking us into this potential uh apocalyptic.

You know scenario or new world order whatever you want to call it so um alternative three had to do with in light of this being the trajectory that they want to take Humanity down compromising the surface humans in whatever way uh these are the ones that we’re facing.

But was there something different um along the way well it’s sort of like when they pull out plan A B CDE e there’s already there’s always like something that they’ll come together and decide okay this is our next um uh this is this will be our next uh attempt to try and sabotage the human race.

How many different cards they’re going to play and which ones they play I don’t know they have a deck and there are reasons behind maybe the ones that they choose but I really feel Eisenhower’s Administration and you know the proposed Alternatives have a lot to do with um maybe how this has shifted and we’re getting something a little bit different than would have been if the alternative three scenario was more alive and more something that was taking place.

It’s not to say that that alternative is gone because there are colonies on Mars and there’s activity on Mars people have done 20 in backs and things like that. But it’s slowly kind of disintegrating as being such a possibility. That um it’s in the unknown Realms of not being accessible to humans so whistleblowers experiencers secret space program participants me and exposing my recruitment to Mars definitely has shifted the timeline because if we didn’t know all of that we wouldn’t be working um the energies based.

In uh what has been brought to light we’d be really just in the dark and anything in the dark doesn’t give us the opportunity to make choices so that’s why disclosure has to do with exposure and um uh getting all this information available so that we know what we’re up against and know what we’ve been dealing with. What’s hiding behind the curtain so this alternative three scenario um supposedly in Eisenhower’s Administration. I’ve been told by more than one remote viewer and when I worked with different psychics it’s become a common theme that I helped Eisenhower’s Administration with the Venetians to warn him about the Grays and about some things that he ended up being blamed for and to help him uh and that Administration set up some things as a counteraction to uh the ISC Nazi Draco Alliance agenda.
That being the Earth Alliance the white hats and I force and and also his connection with a group of
star beings that spoke about a migration of souls coming in that would be uh the change that we want to see.
That it wasn’t going to come from the governments that there would be a group of us uh and not just in this particular migration but in many uh at different stages along the way but this would be a huge one in 1952.

That was really to offset an unconditional surrender agreement that took place under Truman which was the real treaty that put everything in the hands of three-letter organizations in mj12 to um start to use this alien Tech in a negative way.

To um you know create the spiritual warfare the social engineering and all these different tactics being used to um steer things in a certain direction.
So ah so me agreeing to come in was intercepted and what’s that before you incarnated you’re talking about yes so during the our Administration supposedly I was a part of helping that Administration as a guide like and I can’t say for certain but I’ve been told this more than once so I don’t Focus that part so much on.
When I share this but just to shed light on the fact that I do have a book that was given to me by a Native American woman that did say that Eisenhower uh was told that a uh family member would
come in to expose the truth that his speech warned us about and that um it was from the Guardians that this member of the family would come in. When the book was handed to me the woman said they’re talking about you because you’re exposing all this stuff and this alternative three and this Mars Recruitment and blah.

So I have the ebook that I was given and it never got published but it talks about the star beings Eisenhower was in communication with the migration of souls um that came in and one you know coming in to his family as well and that’s why we all work together we all have different positions we all have different missions and so because that was intercepted and because they knew that this was going to happen there’s been a mass targeting on all of us that have come in to bring about truth to expose things that they don’t want us to know.

So they’re sort of a catch 22 I don’t know how you want to say it but when they found that out that a member of the family that somebody would come in as a member of the family to do this they use Looking Glass Technologies to come up with a plan to intercept this from happening by taking me off Planet because this alternative three scenario was already set up.

They decided to bring a family member in to go off planet to be used instead of be on earth to expose these sort of things but it was because I was targeted that it helped me to expose these sort of things which I feel was a part of the strategy. So if they knew that I was coming in and alternative three had been set up uh to establish these Mars colonies maybe a good way for me to do my role here was to be exposed to it.

So I would know what is really going on and I’d be able to shed light on it and begin to talk to the other individuals that have served on March on the 20 in backs that were in I force or UMC USMC special section and that have um you know been a part of the earth Alliance like Dan Cooper who I met who’s helped me to understand these things so a lot of synchronicities you know unfolded to help me to gather information to bring about my peace to all of this.
I have my own you know independent well larger picture soul Journey just like anybody else but what I feel tasked with uh to assist him and his administration and the person that he is, is to help crush the false narratives that have placed the blame on him for signing treaties with the Grays when it actually wasn’t him it was done behind his back.
So that has been very necessary because when we look at disclosure if we’re functioning on false history Rewritten history and deceptions how are we going to experience disclosure.

Without it uh putting us in another predicament of further enslavement or you know manipulation that we don’t want or need. So I just look at it like we’re all working together we’re all putting
out on the table everything that we’ve learned we all have our different roles we’re all putting the puzzle pieces together.

So I was pre-targeted before I came in because he was told that a family would come in and
actually one of the defectors from the Mars recruiters told me that he was briefed about me being born so a lot of attention has been put on me like okay we’re waiting for her to come in and now
that she’s here uh let’s try and divert her let’s try and you know also uh trip her up and so there’s been a lot of different tactics to Target.

You know me and many others and making it very very difficult to bring this information forward so in 2006 I was approached by a man who I thought I was meeting in an organic way after feeling a lot of
attention of Weaponry on me and feeling a lot of downloads and a lot of assistance from him Eisenhower uh and other beings from a very small age like when I was a child.

And it was too much for me um to process or to understand I just didn’t know like what was going on but I was constantly you know getting you know downloads and I had this inner curiosity and passion and . To you know uncover what the heck’s going on like what is happening here and just looking at the larger picture of everything and sort of um you know realizing like okay like I knew so much
of this that I’m now um expressing.
When I was younger but I couldn’t make sense out of it until I went through the actual experiences.

But you know there’s that sort of like being for you kind of KN in your soul this is what you’re going to do this is what you’re going to be up against but you have amnesia a bit you’re in a baby into a childhood body. There was communication coming in to warn me about what was to come that
kind of triggered that remembrance of oh gosh okay this is what I’m going to be up against this is why I’m here so by the time I met this person I knew to not go along with what he was presenting.

But through the use of looking GL uh Looking Glass Technologies they located him and I in a
past life and they knew that we had a union so they were able to use him as bait because they had pulled him into this myab situation and began to control him. And give him this false abduction
experience and artificial telepathy to make him feel like a hero in pushing this whole let’s go to Mars scenario within this group called The Avary which is connected to mj12.

So they were kind of using him and set him up to meet me and I thought I was meeting him in an organic way we ended up getting together but he was going to these secret meetings and I was asking questions about it and I’m not telling the story very well due to exhaustion and I’ve told the story so many times. So you though you’re tell pretty well okay good so uh you know and and they were monitoring like my reactions so when I started to be like no they would kind of like all right let’s kind of let that issue go let them cultivate the love because that is what’s going to make her want to go wherever he goes so they would kind of be quiet for a while and the topic wouldn’t be brought up to the point where we ended up um moving in together.
And then the topic came back up they’re like oh now we got her and I had my small kids and you know got pretty intense about you know we need to go to Mars and this and that and as I was hearing about this I was taking note of all the names that were coming up and all the people he was talking to. The email exchanges and I began to dig real deep and I was just following that intuition like as much as it seems like this is for your protection and this and that we got to leave the Earth and evacuate and to a certain degree okay yes it makes sense to the protect the human genome in the event of catastrophic events.

We’ve gone through that in history before it makes sense but here’s what’s wrong we’re dealing
with Chemtrails we’re dealing with geoengineering we’re dealing with a lot of Weaponry that engineers and simulates um and produces catastrophic events that are not natural.

These weapons need to be called out this agenda is not necessary because we are on a mother earth that is taking us into Ascension and that is what I was way more prepared with coming in as what my mission and role is to be a part of this with many others that understand this.

That you know but had to kind of get through a major blocking point to why that would be difficult for all of us um and so many people that have been experiencers in the SSP and many individuals that have had this level of targeting you know we’ve all had to just come to grips with that and expose it to dismantle the facade.

That it was presented to us as so I didn’t go through the trauma based mind control I wasn’t in any of these projects Eisenhower wasn’t involved in any of the SRA or Illuminati stuff but um it was like gonna be a family member that would come through saying things that my aunts and uncles and mother couldn’t because it had to skip a generation.
So like it seemed like the timing would be right and I don’t know why I was picked or why I volunteer some I’m like oh man what was I thinking um but it’s been to you know just shed light on timelines are being engineered we are being led to believe things that we’re choosing to consent to because it seems like the right thing to do because that’s what we’re being told.

And this is where you know my own Awakening of my own truth frequency um you know really needed to come in because what do I have to go on except for my gut instinct except for the dreams that I’m having except for the guidance that I’m getting except for you know the strong and clear messages coming from my higher self telling me what I need to do and trusting that in order to say I
cannot go and there’s no way I’m going.
To go to the point where they said well if you don’t we’re gonna take you anyway you know and so this is very not well told but doing the best I can um I eventually you know refused uh told him about this dream I had and how I had a choice and it was coming from like a voice from the sky like God like.
Um I was either going to be taken off in the ship and go to Mars or be here on Earth and I chose Earth and I landed and there’s this planetary alignment and everything started to glow and the
energy was you made the right choice or it just felt peace in my heart and I woke up and when I told him they knew because they were monitoring everything.

And he told me that uh they began to you know realize like all right we don’t have her we can’t capture her and he began to panic and freak out we ended up breaking up um all sorts of Mayhem began
to happen one time he unplugged all our devices all the batteries of our computer our cell phones everything did everything electronic in any part of our home or in the vicinity or the home
that I had moved into because I was right down the street I couldn’t live with him anymore.

He said this is why you’re targeted when we met when you thought we met organically I was you were a mission I was tasked with finding you there to draw you in and um I don’t know if I can trust these folks but I can only tell you and just that’s all that you need to know.

Then he plugged everything back in denied he ever said anything but that was enough for me to know wow okay I was a mission I thought I just met him in a natural way um we probably would have met in a natural way but what they did was intercept it use Looking Glass Technologies to locate us
so they could control the way that we met, so they could take a couple that would naturally come together uh and take it off planet to be used and to recede something there on Mars.

Now um there it doesn’t mean that there isn’t a part of that agenda that makes some kind of sense but that is not why I came in and so I feel like this agreement with Eisenhower to come into this family was to face it head on and to be given that choice.

They didn’t know what I was going to do you know maybe she will go along with it but that I would be given the guidance and the protection and the intuitive Soul memory of that agreement to be able to handle this targeting and this um Recruitment and the partner coming in and the personal relationship
and the emotions that come with that and the children to um to not go in that direction and to bring as like as much to light about what I understood as possible.

And this is why you know all my presentations are about um the organic Ascension timeline because the thing in calling this out along with many others is that um this alternative three scenario is like what uh would mean iff some go off planet and some go into underground bases what does that mean for surface Earth.

They’re kept in the dark they don’t know about the dark Technologies and the artificial timelines they’re just going along with like whatever catastrophic event uh they’re just voting people into office they’re part of this Matrix Game and none of this is coming to the surface.

For people to you know have an Awakening so this Great Awakening is part of the organic you know Corrections of creation for us to experience but it has to come through Us in breaking down the programs and the control mechanisms that would hijack us from experiencing something that the planetary system is creating for herself.
Right you know you can’t overtake you know Mother Earth you know but you can compromise and let and explode it. But if we can be a part of this healing process we can help anchor in this energy we can help you know protect this.

You know physical Planet by bringing in you know Souls that are part of the higher expressions of ourself before we fall into this lower density and that’s where the star seeds come in star seed missions like you and others that you bring into this community you know we all came in together to do exactly what we’re doing.
And your platform and what you do is the greatest SPH holder. I know that is bringing together the team that is this migration. That he was talking about or that the star beings were talking about so that’s what’s so brilliant about you is because it’s like without portal to Ascension.
How would we be having these conversations I can’t think of uh a more powerful Archive of speakers and information and you holding the ground for so much love and unity and just this Christ consciousness so you know what a role that you’re playing right so we all have our particular roles and we’re doing it. I never heard the whole story like that because when we started working together I just knew about that you’d been recruited for the Mars program and that was all I knew and then we just got into all the work that’s the history right and the history defined.

You in order for you to start doing your work and then we just went right into what’s the step you know what I mean?

So I really appreciate that you had opportunity to tell me this today when what year was this when was like the heat of this it was 2006 but the targeting has been like my whole life.
Very difficult yeah and um and then when I finally was like H I just cannot like create anything it’s just there’s this energy on me and it was wild that I ended up at a clairvoyant Institute I was going to go to an herbal school but they didn’t have enough applicants.

I just kind of bumped into this psychic Institute and some of the psychic women that had been there for years uh like helped me to understand what was going on they helped me understand the psychotronic weapons the targeting uh I thought it was like Karma.

I’m like what you know what have I done to deserve like all this man it’s like no like the whole another thing is going on here and you know it it’s just almost like I think a lot of us find that it’s almost too hard to believe. So we NE you know we it’s hard to really like take seriously but that’s more like my Surface personality just because it’s not anything I can easily talk about.
But deep in my soul I absolutely take it seriously it’s like all I know it’s all I came in here for but you know am I able to communicate it to my high school friends or my parents.

No I just kind of like yeah Lord’s crazy it’s like yep yep sure you know and but I know deep down I know deep down but I might kind of play along because it’s a lot easier than like no sit down let me tell you about it.

It’s like no it’s not the right time, I got to write a book got to find my people my you know that are all doing it um because I know that yeah where is that going to lead uh they’re going to force some medication on me take me to a looney bin and I was even thinking like because it does sound crazy and I and I wanted to you know be a skeptic to myself.
I’m not just gonna like ride this like it’s you know the truth but it proved itself to me because I knew all this as a child and I was just following my instinct my curiosity and my intuition and I was getting the downloads and I was like all right.
All right but I was finding a neutrality to it so I wouldn’t get attached to it but when enough came my way through synchronicities to say yes this is real this is true this is what’s happening.

When I was confronted with the Recruitment and with the person I was that much more solid in myself to know how to handle it um without that validation it might have been a little bit more difficult but it was it was fortunate that I ran into the people that I did to really you know help me before. It came along because even the Clair voy Institute they’re like whatever attention is on you we cannot make it go away you know. They tried and they tried and they tried they’re like this is too much. I even worked with a shaman medicine person who tried to clear this and they’re like no goes beyond what we’re able to do. Like you’re gonna have to like confront it it’s way bigger than anything that A Healer can help you with.

So and this is you know it’s bigger picture because you know this is a planetary system that’s been invaded you know this isn’t something that you can just snap away with like you know a crystal or some sound healing. This is taking a whole group of us to come together to defy the divide and conquer tactics to be in unity together to pull together our resources of information of knowledge of
all the different pieces that we’ve been tasked with. Bringing light to and shedding light on to then you know re recover these lost memories of our Galactic history of our DNA of who we truly are.

What we don’t learn in schools what has been kept from us that make it so easy for people to go down the trajectory of this alternative three scenario and then find itself um being wiped out or being compromised into um you know what.

We’re seeing today so what’s happening today is in calling all this out and all of us doing this work it offers people way more of a choice than they would have had if we didn’t come down and do this and we didn’t play the roles that we play.

So it’s just helping on a physical plane of the earth uh level um not to say that you know we don’t have you know Earth past lives you know there was a strong calling to help anchor the mother Arc energies the so phonic energies that’s why I have a strong connection with the magdalin and the sophonic energy which also plays a part in you know agreeing to come in because you know that’s our divine blueprint.
And that’s a lot about what’s in my book it’s not about just somebody coming in as a Reincarnation of this particular being or that being we all hold this Divine inheritance within ourselves and our higher self has experienced um aspects of this to uh Reid identify with uh okay so I know I’m kind of rambling on here but there’s Al also that beautiful

Greetings star seeds we have a remarkable tale to tell today one that transcends the bounds of conventional wisdom.

For those who are prepared to broaden their Horizons and accept a more profound reality about our history this is the authentic account of Humanity’s Beginnings.

The sage Celestial beings known as Pleiadeans frequently impart insightful tales that arouse greater Consciousness.
Let’s take you on a historical Voyage tonight to discover the little known tale of earth and its first settlers the true tale which is
not included in textbooks or conventional teachings is distinct from the version of history that most people are familiar with.

The sage come to Earth in part to share this greater reality it’s acceptable to take your time because this communication is full

There were great and highly developed civilizations on Earth long before history was written despite the fact that many of these
creatures resembled humans The Twist is that they weren’t created on Earth every culture’s.

Knowledge Keepers tell the same tale their forefathers were drawn from the heavens and Advanced creatures from Five D star countries traveled to
Earth millions of years ago these were the pre-adamites the original Star seeds they included the great civilizations of Atlantis and Lemuria which were inhabited by creatures from the Lyra star system and the pleades.

These early space visitors were terraforms as well as explorers by bringing Advanced humanoid ancestors of Neanderthals and Homo erectus.

They readied Earth for Life modern humans or Homo sapiens are the result of the anunaki later genetic enhancement of these primitive creatures.

The Anunnaki were a humanlike fifth-dimensional species with a amazing technological and knowledge capabilities some of these creatures who
came from the Syria star system landed on Nibiru a renegade planet that traveled through our solar system in a lengthy orbit faction members of the anunaki visited Earth 445,000 years ago in search of valuable materials such as monatomic gold.

Why gold this element was part of the High Council of nibiru’s effort to fix the atmosphere on their Planet they might make a metallic barrier to screen
their house from the sun’s strong Heat by grinding monatomic gold into a fine powder interestingly the Anunnaki were exceptionally sophisticated and
adaptable due to their unusual genetic combination of human and reptile traits however their impact on Earth extended well beyond the exploitation of
Natural Resources they were essential to the evolution of modern human civilization.

From their looks to their longevity the Anoni were exceptional in every aspect not just their technical prowess imagine creatures who are
incredibly beautiful to look at taller than people and stronger than anybody else their profound knowledge of biology allowed these space travelers to survive for tens of thousands of years.

Their DNA’s telr which are protective caps at the ends of chromosomes never degraded like those of humans because of this their cells were able to divide
indefinitely; maintaining their youth eating the bread of life which were cakes made from white monatomic gold powder and drinking the
wine of Life which was infused with anunaki stem cells further increased their longevity more than just a resource this material monatomic gold was essential to their spiritual and physical development to preserve their pure lineage.

The Anunnaki married inside their Royal Dynasty the anunaki were strong and intelligent yet they also had flawed characters they possessed a strict
social structure large Egos and domineering characteristics because they believed that they were Gods with the right to rule.

These creatures frequently fought with one another which resulted in Fierce rivalries and even Wars on Earth. The royal family headed by the Dynasty’s
father King Anu is Central to their tale enlil and Ani his two sons were instrumental in forming Earth’s history these beings The Shining ones
who descended from Heaven to Earth. The subject of the legends about Gods wandering among people exercising extraordinary abilities and
determining the course of civilizations. The anunaki maintained exacting records They used clay and stone tablets to record everything that
happened during their time on Earth. These records provide a remarkable view into Earth’s Antiquity spanning hundreds of millions of years unfortunately after the devastating flood that occurred some 12,000 years ago a large portion of this old wisdom was buried beneath sedimentary layers in contemporary times.
Logically tens of thousands of these tablets have been discovered even still very little of it has been translated and many of the interpretations are
inaccurate or lacking details. The story revealed by the anunaki tablets is intriguing it resolves longstanding riddles and even contradicts accepted
historical accounts these documents for instance recount the Anunnaki initial Interstellar Voyage from Nibiru including their travel through the inner
planets the hammered bracelet of asteroid belts and their landing on Earth.
It is astounding how much detail there is the tablets make reference to sophisticated communication systems LCD like displays and navigational computers that enabled the Anunnaki to transmit messages back to Nibiru in order to provide a secure route across the asteroid belt.

Their starships were even outfitted with nuclear weapons these discoveries serve as a reminder that our history is far more nuanced and Rich than we have been taught. The Anunnaki left behind a legacy hat continues to arouse awe and Intrigue because they were more than simply ancient tourists they were the Builders of History.

What relevance do these old documents have for modern mankind then they suggest a fundamental connection between our species and the Stars one
that pushes es us to consider our Origins and identity more thoroughly.
Let’s travel back in time to the beginning of the most intriguing mysteries on earth a person by the name of alalu was the first anunaki visitor
from Nibiru alalu crashed onto one of Earth’s enormous oceans close to what is now Mesopotamia while aboard a spaceship traveling through space this area was referred to be Eden.

The anun alalo emerged from his vehicle and entered the alien world with cutting-edge equipment including a suit for atmospheric and water protection
and a breathing helmet shaped like an eagle’s Beak. He looked about alone on this alien world yet there were no humanlike creatures although it was a desolate and unexplored World it had potential.

alalu used Advanced devices to examine Earth’s water and air and found that they were suitable for life then came the momentous Revelation

tigers about.’ ‘Do not worry about me,’ I said, ‘Go in peace.’ I
paid him and he departed on his horse and left me there.”

“The meeting did not take place at 8:00 in the evening as indicated,
but more like 03:00 in the morning. I walked 50 meters in this
direction, and 50 meters in that, but I did not leave the site. I
kept looking at the clear and cloudless sky and waited until 03:00,
when suddenly 13 spacecraft of venous types arrived! only one small
one descended and landed on 3 ‘shoes’. Krhisnamrk disembarked
saying, ‘Brother, here!’ He told me to wait a minute.. .and then
said, ‘Now, come on, enter.’ And I did as invited. Inside, there
were two small beings. They were not like those of the Pleiades.
They must know different races. He told me that those did not come
from the Pleiades, but from ‘Mercury’, and they took me in that
small craft. The small craft sat on three legs, and had a diameter
of 4 to 5 meters, and was no more than 2 meters 20 high. It had two
levels inside. We now entered through a cabin that had a metal
stair, like in submarines, that went to the upper level which was
the control room. I did not see much of the ship as they transported
us to a mother-ship almost immediately.”

“I did not want to ask why such a long wait, though I was thinking
that I could have been attacked by a snake or a tiger. If I had been
bitten by one of the poisonous snakes, where could I go in the 5
minutes I would have to do something? the same with a tiger. Then I
remembered that I had not been bitten by even a mosquito, an
impossibility, unless the zone was protected in some way. Then I
thought that the reason for the long delay may have been a test of
my patience. They did not tell me this, but I had the feeling that
they had tested me to see how long my patience would last. I was
happy that I had passed their test. They opened the port and lowered
the ladder and we left the ship.”

“They explained that two of the strange craft, very different from
the others, with a bow structure some-thing like a great whale were
relieving(avhjelpe) the smog and air pollution of Bogota. I saw
another with a similar bow structure, and they said a ship like that
was the ‘whale’ that swallowed Jonah. These points of scripture kept
coming up, and I thought, ‘These extraterrestrials have certainly
had contact with many of our prophets. This may lead us to a new
concept of cosmic theology, as I told the Congress of Witchcraft,
where mankind may become truly united with the superior entities,
which we shall proudly call brothers when we ascend to that
understanding, when we make contact with these intelligence’s en
mass.”

“They did not let me off in the same place as they had picked me up
this time. They left me much closer and near the highway. I asked
them why they did not make contact with more people and with
governments, and they said I would have an experience that would
show me one reason why they were not doing this.”

“It was getting daylight, and must have been about 05:30 in the
morning when they brought me in the small craft with the three crew
members to let me off. In the farms of the plains many people get up
early to feed their animals and milk cows. The small craft made a
circle over some people below. There were two men milking cows in a
small shed behind a house. They saw the bright light and jumped up;
the cow kicked one and also knocked over the pail of milk, and both
men ran like they had seen the devil. We shot up rapidly behind some
clouds where they couldn’t see us. Then the farmer came out and the
two men pointed up, moving their arms excitedly. A woman came out
drying her hands and a child of about 8 years, and they all looked
up but couldn’t see anything. We were still in the cloud. ‘Observe
their reaction,’ said one. ‘Yes, no need to explain, we have caused
panic, but these people are farmers,’ I said. ‘Now we will try an
experiment with slightly different people,’ the ET said. And we flew
to the highway where we saw a truckload of cattle approaching.

We let it pass on. Behind it was a Jeep which we also let pass. Then
came a pick-up and an automobile, very close together 100 to 120
meters apart. We let them pass. ‘There comes a car alone, there is
no other within kilometers,’ the ET said. We took a position above
and held that so that I could see. I could see through an electronic
apparatus which they had, that inside the auto were two men wit
suitcoats and soft ties. One was driving while the other sat at his
side talking. In the rear seat another man had his collar turned up
and was sleeping. The gentlemen seemed to be cultured middle class
people from their dress and the appearance of their car. We
descended In front and hovered along side of the road. They were so
surprised to see us so unexpectedly that the two men in front opened
their doors to exit running.

The other knowing nothing of what was taking place, fell off the
seat when the driver hit the brakes. He stuck his head out of the
window and yelled something, because I saw his mouth open. When he
saw our craft parked above an to the side, he got out running and
tore (rev av)his coat trying to scramble through a barbed wire
fence.

‘That is the reaction of everyone,’ said my companion, ‘Do you think
that answers the question?’ ‘Brothers,’ I said, ‘though I know that
I am with you, and this is the second time we have met, and knowing
that you are living beings much advanced in evolution, there are
many things which still do not understand. I hope that in time I may
be able to do so.’ I felt very honored and considerably humbled
(Ydmyk). They continued giving me information up to the last
experience in Peru.”

NEW MEETING

“That took place on the 25th of July 1974, when Guadalupe and
Monserrat, professed spacemen, met me in Bogota. It was about five
in the morning, and I spent 45 minute in a spacecraft talking to
them. We remained on the ground in the spacecraft and did not fly.
This craft rested on three feet, and was of the Adamski type but
much smaller. It was not very big. This craft could not have been
more than 9 meters in diameter and no more than 2 meters -80 in
height. Those spacemen that I saw then – were no more than one and a
half meters tall. All of them were alike, light colored, and looked
much like those of the Pleiades but smaller. I have seen others from
Orion, Orton, Yamaru, Yonica, Yaraka and other places. Some of them
also had no women with them.

In the second encounter of the 18th of November, I saw two women,
and very beautiful they were, for a few minutes. And I saw at that
time, on the mother craft, a very strange being. I could not tell
whether it was a human or an automaton, but they permitted me to see
it. When I was talking with them in the ship, an automatic port
opened and one of them passed by. It had a large head like a
basketball with a transparent case. I thought I could see the
brains, and the veins and the organs, and the eyes were large and
moved like those of an iguana, and could look on all sides. It
walked like it was a robot, with a thin gray uniform and boots and
gauntlets of a dark blue and some colored buttons at the waist,
which was thin like a woman, which with their broad shoulders gave
them a triangular aspect. The door opened, there was a light, and it
entered. We all turned to look as I continued talking to them. I did
not ask about it. For the first time I saw a kind of symbol, on its
back, at the shoulder. Up to this time I had not seen any kind of
mark or symbol.

This was the first I had seen, and it was very strange. I have tried
to draw the symbol since then but I have forgotten one of the upper
parts. It was a kind of an “H’1 but it had something else above, and
I can not remember what it was. I had the feeling that they had let
me see this creature, to know that such did exist. I saw also a
gigantic being of 2 meters 80, whom they told me was a Jovian. He
never spoke to me, and he always kept his hands crossed. He watched
me with a smile the whole time and never said a single word. He
seemed to understand all.”

“A strange thing happened with my ball-point pen. I took out my pen
to sketch the solar system for a question that had come from an
anonymous letter delivered to the newspaper “El Tiempo” of Bogota.
The writer had allegedly(angivelig) made contact with beings that
looked like Hindus, who operated a flying saucer. They told him that
they came from a planet similar to Earth, that it was Earth’s twin
and occupied the same orbit, but on the opposite side of the sun,
for which we never saw it. I wanted to ask if there was such a
possibility, and I took out my pen and paper to sketch the orbit and
see if I could make them understand. When I produced the pen they
all displayed great curiosity, especially the Jovian. Krhisnamerk
told me to let him see it. He took it apart and examined it and then
gave it back. I asked why the pen was of such interest, and
Krhisnamerk said, ‘It is be cause we have one very similar, but you
must see it, and they produced one fastened by a line to the
table ‘Write something. Here are papers. I took the pages which were
almost transparent, and paused over them. ‘Write whatever you like;
make a sketch.’ Then this happened.

They asked me if I could paint the house where lived as a child, if
I could remember it, and I said yes. ‘But paint it, I can’t even
draw,’ I said. ‘Make any thing.’ I said I painted a butterfly when I
was a little boy in school, and they said do that then. So I began
by pressing the point, which was finer than ours, but the moment I
pressed the button the pen began to vibrate in my hand, and I heard
a small sound, and felt a slight vibration. But the most surprising
thing came the moment I began drawing the butterfly. It came out in
relief and in exact colors. I stared, ‘But how is this possible’ And
they laughed and explained, ‘Whatever you have your mind is captured
and sketched exactly as you think it, in colors, and in exact scale
and size. This apparatus captures exactly the vibration, the color,
the size of what you think and produces it accurately. The apparatus
receives the vital image and translates it then into a sketch. I was
stupefied, and I then understood their interest in my pen which
looked similar.”

“After that, on the 24th and 25th of December l974 they took me to
an energy vortices in the Andes. I was Caracas attending a
conference when they contacted and arranged a meeting. I boarded the
spacecraft between two small villages near Caracas. One is called El
Jui quito and the other, where many Germans live, is called Colonia
Tovar. From there they took me to the vortice five minutes. It was
in the uplands of Peru, at 4,200 meters altitude, between Marcahuasi
and Macchu-Picchu.

“These beings have submarine bases in lake Titicaca and under the
seas. I was taken to one of the bases the Mariana Trench. I am
writing a science fiction story to be able to detail what is going
on in the marine depths. By some manner I am going to give this
information to the world, and I believe the time has come. are going
to make, together with others in Venezuela, kind of census of the
public, of their opinions concerning flying saucers. If they accept
them, we want to know why. If they do not accept them, we also want
to know why. This will serve to measure the information that can be
released of that which we have. Little by little we hope to give
this information to the world, as much as it can accept, to prepare
them for the day when they shall also experience the UFOs, hoping
that they will not panic, and that they will be a little bit
prepared for what will happen.”

One may look around and see that we have availed ourselves of little
of the vast amount of knowledge and experience we could have
enjoyed. Even this little was too much for many, and for most of the
UFO clubs. Witness the treatment any contactee gets once he decides
to reveal even a little of what is happening to him. He would be
better off to have said nothing and to avail himself of these
experiences in silence, which is exactly what most of them do after
their first experience with the public. We may state that these
experiences have gone on for years, and the descriptions and
dialogue up to now would fill volumes. The undersea base in the
Pacific alone would take a whole volume to describe.

We have undertaken the task of translating Enrique Gastillo Rincon’s
full report on his contacts from the original Spanish to English for
your enlightenment. Our working title for that report is UFO CONTACT
FROM SHI-EL-LHO, the name which they called their home sun somewhere
in what we call the Pleiades.

EL TOCUYO, VENEZUELA

During 1977 to 1979, before moving from Venezuela to Puerto Rico,
Senor Ramon Rosa Alvarado had a series of unique experiences as an
observer in a local Venezuelan UFO Group which was being contacted
by UFOnauts who told the local contactee there that they came from
the PLEIADES.

At that time Alvarado and his wife were living near Giudad El
Tocuyo, Districto Moran, Venezuela in a sugar cane growing district.
Reports of strange disc-shaped aerial objects were occurring almost
every night. They would be seen approaching from below the crest of
a small sparsely vegetated mountain above the sugar came field, and
would fly about in the sky in all directions in a random fashion.
Word had gotten out about the almost nightly visits, and people from
all around began coming to the area to witness the phenomenon.

One night around eight P.M. Sr. Alvarado and his wife watched many
different colored glowing objects of luminous disc-form flying
shelter over the cornfields. They were of blue, green and amber
radiance and were estimated to be 15 to 20 feet in diameter. Ramon
counted 25 such craft on this occasion. Some of them approached
quite close, and some hovered low over the came tops and in other
places only a couple of feet above the ground. The upper level of
these operations was only about 400 to 500 feet above the ground
surface.

On this particular night the witnesses saw a large number of shiny
silver metallic balls, nonluminous but highly reflective, also
flying around in the dark sky. Though these spheres were not
luminous, they could nevertheless be easily seen in the light of the
other disc-shaped UFOs. The balls reflected the many lights of the
larger craft flying about. There may have been as many as several
dozen such shiny balls only a few inches to a few feet in diameter,
in several sizes. The silver balls kept moving rapidly and did not
stop and hover like the luminous disc-shaped larger craft.

On another night a few weeks later, Ramon and his wife joined a
group of about 80 people who had come to witness the phenomena. It
was a Wednesday evening (the objects seemed to be most active in mid-
week) and they had seen the lights below the top of the large hill.

Suddenly they saw three of the blue and green 15 to 20 foot diameter
glowing disc-shaped flying objects about 400 to 500 meters to the
north of their position. The objects were situated, one over the
river to the north near the left road, another to the right of dead
center, between the two roads, and a third over the cornfield across
the road to the right. As one of the witnesses started down the road
to the left with a Jeep, to get closer, the one to the far right
began to approach up the right road. Alvarado and his wife were
standing to the right and the light came slowly toward them.
Suddenly a ball of white light about one meter in diameter burst
into view in front of them and began to fly a tight vertical circle
about 12 to 15 meters in diameter only a few feet away. Mrs.
Alvarado fainted (besvimte)from fright.

Then a much larger round glow of light came on in the distance,
across the river towards the hill. It must have been huge, because
all of the disc-shaped craft and the white ball of light raced
toward it and went inside, and the whole thing rose and flew away as
one object. Before they departed, however, the disc-shaped luminous
craft on the right that was approaching up the road stopped, and an
array of horizontal light beams of several colors including blue,
green, violet, amber and orange came “ON” on top of the object and
radiated out horizontally. Then they began to rotate like helicopter
blades, in a counterclockwise direction. These light beams blinked
out before this object went toward the larger light in the distance
and went into it.

There was a principal witness in that vicinity whom these alien
visitors picked up and contacted directly. They addressed the
contactee in his native Spanish but they conversed among themselves
in another language. When he asked what language it was, they called
it IRDIM. They said it was a proto-Sumerian tongue used long ago on
Earth by their predecessors here, and that most other languages used
on Earth today were derived from it. They said that their ancestors
came from what we call the PLEIADES.

The spacebeings said that they lived lifespans of 1,000 to 1,200
years of our time in a single physical embodiment. They said that
they live simultaneously in the 3 dimensions we normally think of, –
plus a 4th dimension we know very little about at the present time.
They said that the laws of the 4th dimension are entirely different,
and that the speed of light in our dimension does not apply in the
physics there. They said that they simply shift all matter up to the
4th dimensional state and the laws of time and space change. They
have offered scores of detailed descriptions on very scientific
subjects, including other dimensions and other beings. Sr. Alvarado
estimated the contact notes and dialogue he has seen amounted to
several hundreds of pages.

These Pleiadians, like those visiting Switzerland also describe two
other planets in our Solar System no familiar to us today. They
called one of them Nemus an the other Siris (these are our spellings
from the phonetics used). They say that these planets will be found
in orbits between what we call Neptune and Pluto. The visitors to
Switzerland said they were both beyond the orbit of Pluto. The
visitors to Acaya said one was side and one outside the orbit of
Pluto. We are unable to account for these disparities, however the
fact that all spoke of only two may be significant. They all
mentioned undiscovered moons for the sub-suns Jupiter, Saturn,
Uranus and Neptune, and they have now been proved to be correct in 3
out of 4 and one still to be survey by close observation. They all
said that there were many inhabited planets in the vast Pleiades
systems.They were all aware of other human and non-human visitors to
our planet at this time, and each was in active contact with some of
those others.

A friend of one of the sugar farmers, Sr. Guillerr Torres of’
Hacienda Las Cruces, near Ciudad El Tocuy successfully photographed
one of the larger ships visiting this locality. It is seen as a
large lens-shape circular craft with a wide lowprofile transparent
translucent dome on top. It occasionally radiates light from the
rim, and some of this light is seen in the photograph. The skin
surface of the craft seems to be matt gray in color and has a
brushed metal finish. Two craft was an estimated 400 meters away
when the picture was made.

They all operated, used or shared bases of limited accessibility in
high mountain peaks and in equally inaccessible under ocean
locations.

The UFO Cosmonauts contacting the Colombians told that group that
they came from what we call the PLEIADES. To those there involved,
these new contacts were so mind-boggling and so profound, and so far
exceeded their internal knowledge of what was going on elsewhere in
the world that they carefully guarded their secret within their own
immediate circle for three years, and then only confided it to very
trusted friends in UFO research also. None of them or their friends
had ever heard of Eduard Meier.

Those in Switzerland, on the other hand, now conducted themselves in
a similar fashion.Stranger still, the Pleiadians, in neither case,
made any mention of contacts with the other groups of terrestrials,
and they even used different styles of equipment and spacecraft,
although at the same time, there were similarities in some respects.

Both groups used a variety of spacecraft for different functions.
Both the Swiss and the Colombian contactors employed part
organic/part mechanical creatures in labor operations aboard the
spacecraft, and both used a large mother-ship in space as an
operating base. Both had similar technological wonders aboard the
spacecraft that came to the surface of our planet, and in both cases
the environment aboard the mother-ship was 99% recyclable and almost
perfectly efficient, and the occupants lived long lives by out
standards. In both cases the cosmonauts seemed to be fully aware of
the ancient history of our Earth.

The Interviews

Where do you want to start?

Let’s start with the Phoenix Project.

It was a project that evolved out of the Philadelphia Project. it was a project that the Navy did in the 1930’s and 1940’s in an attempt to make ships invisible. They threw the switch one eventful day and the ship went into hyperspace. They had all sorts of problems with the people on the boat. It was a huge success as well as a huge failure – then they shelved it. Around 1947 it was decided to re-activate the project and it was moved to Brookhaven National Laboratories with Dr. John Von Neumann and his associates. Out of Phoenix I came Stealth technology, which I cannot talk about because of my job. It also produced all sorts of energetic little toys like the radiosonde.

What is a radiosonde?

Well, in all appearances it was a little white box that they attached to a balloon and sent up into the atmosphere. The government told people that it involved gathering weather data. It used a very unusual type of pulse modulation. In most cases they used a CW (continuous wave) oscillator and pulsed the signal. This turned out to be a very efficient conversion of electrical energy to etheric energy. I very recently started collecting radiosondes. I never saw a receiver. I found out that they were designed up at Brookhaven National Labs. I started to talk to people at Brookhaven and ran into a retired gentleman who used to work there. He told me that the design was originally done by Wilhelm Reich. That peaked my interest. The story goes that in about 1947 Wilhelm Reich handed the US Government a weather control device, a device that would do DOR-busting. Reich thought that if he could decrease the amount of DOR that storms would not be so violent. (DOR is the result of orgone energy coming into contact with an enclosed radioactive source. This produces a Deadly Orgone Energy – DOR – which threatens life. It is also produced in the atmosphere through other processes. The government sent the device up there into a storm and it did reduce the intensity of the storm. The government liked it, and they started another phase of the Phoenix project where they designed these “radiosondes” and started launching them in large numbers, maybe 200 to 500 per day. The radio in these things had a range of about 1oo miles. If they used so many of them, one would think that receivers for them would be common-place. I used to be a collector of radio receivers. I have over 100 in my personal collection. I have never seen a radiosonde receiver. I have heard of them but I have never seen them.

What are the frequencies used?

The frequencies used are 403 MHz and 1680 MHz. They used two different frequencies.

They are both on at the same time?

No. One or the other was used at any one time. The earlier ones used 403 MHz plus or minus 2 MHz. The later ones used 1680 MHZ, plus or minus 6 MHz. The “thermistor” in them had gold, silver, platinum and iridium in it. Reich used sensors that had gold and silver in them. The humidity element is a plastic plate with silver around the rim and conductive lines going across the plate. They put a very unusual mixture of chemicals on this plate. Unlike most humistors, the resistance went up as it got damp.

What we’re theorizing at this point is that the “thermistor” (temperature sensing) rod acts like a DOR antenna out-of-phase. The “humidity sensor” acts as an antenna for the orgone; The pressure sensor is essentially what they call a barrel switch, which is a pressure sensitive cycling switch. The device would destroy DOR and build up the orgone. The transmitter consisted of two oscillators, one of which would run at the carrier frequency (403 or 1680) and a second one which was a 7 MHz oscillator hooked into the grid of the carrier oscillator. The result was that the 7 MHZ oscillator would pulse on and off.

How does all this relate to what was going on with these other projects?

The government could not tell the public these were weather control devices. What we are seeing here is actually the genesis of what became the Montauk project, which was a combination of Wilhelm Reich’s work and the Philadelphia Experiment. There were two separate projects going on in Phoenix One. You had the invisibility aspect and you had the development of Wilhelm Reich’s weather control. Toward the end of the Phoenix project, by using some of Wilhelm Reich’s concepts and some of the transmission schemes used from the “radiosonde” project, they found that you could combine the two -factors and use them for MIND CONTROL. Government circles would have me say “mood alteration”, but mind control is what these idiots were doing.

That’s what the Montauk project was?

No. Phoenix One. After political circles found out about it they wanted it shut down. The people that were running it went to the military and proposed that they could use it to “influence the minds of the enemy”. The military loved the idea, and let them use the old Montauk Air Force Base. Among the equipment requested was an old SAGE radar unit, which was on the base. The base was shut down and everything was auctioned off. The group then moved in from the Brookhaven Labs. That began what we call Phoenix Two. They spent the first ten years, from about 1969 to about 1979, researching pure mind control. They started out by taking the output of the SAGE radar, modulating the special wave that Reich had showed them from the weather control process, and combined that with something noticed from the Philadelphia Experiment work. They transmitted about 406 MHz. It would hop around frequencies and change in phase. They used the amplidine concept where you have many stages pulse-modulated. BRF was from 10 cycles to 750 cycles. The pulse width could be varied anywhere from 10 to 75ms. The center frequency was 406MHz generated from a stay-low type function which was referenced from a zero-time function.

Was there any other modulation on this?

There was frequency hopping on it.

So Phoenix Two started in 1969?

Yes, in the period from 1969 to 1971. Phoenix One went from 1948 to 1968. The first part of the mind control project was to take an individual and stand them about 250 feet away from the antenna. The SAGE radar had a peak pulse power of .5 MW. The antenna had a gain of 30db. That means an effective radiated power of at least a gigawatt. It was nominally a gigawatt. Can you imagine what that would do to people? I think its amazing these people are still here. It does things like burn out brain functions, create neurological damage, scar lungs from heat, etc. They tried this with a number of people and there were few survivors.

Where did they get the volunteers for this?

They were just grabbing indigent people off the street and throwing them in front of the radar beam. That’s the sort of nonsense that the government loves to do.

Who was in charge of the project at this time?

Dr. John Von Neumann and Jack Pruett.

Any particular agency?

I’m not sure what the agency was. Now, somebody got the brilliant idea to put the subjects directly in line with the gain horn of the antenna. Lo and behold they got their result without burning the people up. They found out that by varying the phase modulation and the frequency hopping and the pulsing of the multiple phases that they could have profound effects on a persons mind.

How many people worked at this installation?

About 30.

Who authorized them use of the base?

The Air Force and the Navy. It was a joint project. There were both Navy and Air Force personnel involved. We have copies of the orders for the Air Force personnel.

What was the cover story for the base?

They had none. It was a derelict base.

It was abandoned. It was turned over to GSA as surplus around 1969 or 1970 when they shut down all the SAGE radar systems.

It was a “non-existent” operation. it was a perfect cover.

Where did they get the funding?

It was totally private.

Corporations?

It didn’t originally come from corporations, although it did in later phases. The original money came from the Nazi government.

This is Phoenix One?

No, this is Phoenix Two and Three. In 1944 there was an American troop train that went through a French railroad tunnel carrying $10 billion in Nazi gold which they had found. it was $10 billion at the 1944 price of $20 per ounce. The train was blown up in the tunnel. It killed 51 American soldiers. The gold turned up ten years later at Montauk. This has been verified. That money was used to finance the project for many years as the value of gold went uo. They spent all of it and ran out of money. That’s when they tapped on ITT, who funded it. ITT was owned by Krupp in Germany. In terms of personnel, many of the civilians and scientists there were all ex-Nazi’s who came from Germany both before and after the war ended. The project was under US Government surveillance. The intelligence community knew what was going on and the CIA monitored everything, as did other government intelligence agencies. The field of players who actually operated on the base was small, between 30 and 50. The funding was entirely private. After 1983, Senator Goldwater found out about it and started an investigation. He couldn’t find any trace of government funding. Pruett was the metaphysical director of the project. He was Air Force. After he left Dr. Herman C. Untermann took over. They had an electronics expert, Dr. Mathew E. Zerrett, who came over from Germany in 1946 with Werhner von Braun. Probably the reason that they ran out of money is that they had a total of 25 bases around the United States to support. The last of the bases shut down August 12, 1983. The base at Montauk, where all the stations got their zero-time reference from, shut down and the other two remaining bases went down with it.

What about some of the mind effects?

From what I recall of the program, as I was part of it, I was subjected to the mind control field not as I initially went into the program (because they wanted me initially for my sensitive abilities) but later. I was assigned to the indoctrination of the younger recruits. The first indoctrination turned out to be a disaster. I told them I didn’t want anything to do with the program, and they put me in front of this mind beam, and it did do damage to me. Finally, someone said, “shut it off, he isn’t going to give in to it” and they shut it off. Others were affected much more seriously than I was. The effects were generally really bad. It could burn your brains out. They would go out and pick kids between the ages of 12 and 16 off the street…

That’s where a lot of disappearing American kids went?

We estimate they took 10,000 American children off the street and brought them to Montauk, New Jersey. The total number of people that they pulled off the streets for the 25 stations was about 250,000. What the actual thrust of the program was in terms of all these kids is still a mystery. We still don’t know the answers. We know they were fully programmed for something. They were subjected to programming which eventually became more “humane” using advanced electronic techniques. The original programming was Reichian in nature and was more physical. Later they worked out techniques that used computers and electronic programming with the Reichian techniques that took very fast and had little side effects.

Are you aware of any people presently who have been through this?

I’ve run into people over the years. There is a very specific field identity pattern you can detect if you are sensitive enough. You can spot a person who has been through the Montauk program “five miles away”. it’s vary distinctive in the way that it’s been altered. I’ve spotted more than a dozen people in the Long Island, New York area.

What about Von Neumann?

He was still alive up until 1989. He has run into a problem with the government as well as other problems, such as a personality split in 1977, when he resigned as director and became a consultant. The government told everyone he died in 1956. The government is still interacting with him.

Were any of the Montauk subjects given psycho tropic drugs?

I don’t think so…

They used one drug which was used in connection with the Reich programming to make them more receptive. I don’t remember the name of it. The effect of the drug was that it would make you “horny as hell”.

Also euphoric at the same time?

Also euphoric, yes.

Did they get this mind-altering chair from the aliens?

The prototype came from the aliens. Beyond that we are uncertain. This chair was essentially a mind amplifier. The government would have specially trained individuals sit in the chair and generate thoughtforms, which would be amplified and transmitted. They could transmit the signal and put people in a pre-orgasmic state where they would be receptive to programming. It worked very well and they found other capabilities. They found that it could work in time. They had a psychically trained individual sit in the chair and generate a thoughtform of a vortex that connected 1947 and 1981. That’s exactly what they got – a time tunnel they could walk through. There was a series on television at one time that portrayed this concept fairly accurately. These were some of the earlier capabilities. They started going forward and backward in time. That was the last phase of the Phoenix project.

When did this time machine get going?

Around 1979 or 1980 it was fully operational. This transmitter had enough power to warp space and time. The individual in the chair would have to synthesize the vortex function because they didn’t have the technical capability to do that. It can now be mechanically synthesized. They did other things. They had the subject in the chair think of some creature, and the creature would materialize. They had the individual in the chair think of all the animals at Montauk point charging into town, and that’s exactly what happened. They almost had the power to create a being. The problem they had was that what they created only stayed as long as the mind amplifier was on. The power was somewhere between gigawatts and terrawatts. Tremendous power. The vortex could have a diameter of about five miles.

Can you describe what this looked like?

Its like looking into a peculiar spiral tunnel which was lit up down its entire length. You would start to walk into this thing and then suddenly you’d be pulled down it. You didn’t walk through it as such. You were more or less propelled through it. You could go anywhere in space and time.

Could you bring things back?

Yes.

Have you ever brought anything back?

Yes.

Could you continue your description of the tunnel?

Yes. The walls were solid but fluted. The tunnel was not straight but was a sort of corkscrew shape.

If someone turned off the power, would you be stuck in the destination time and space?

Yes. You’d be stuck there.

Did they send a lot of kids down the tunnel’?

Yes, but we don’t know what their goals were. They lost a lot of kids.

Since there is a time loop between however far you went back in the past through however far into the future, is everything fixed?

Yes.

One of the first things they did was send recruits forward to around 6030 AD. It was always to the same point. Somewhere in an abandoned city where there was a statue of solid gold. When they came back they were asked what they saw. Whether they were expecting to find a different answer from person to person is unknown. They would look into the vortex and make sure the environment would support life before they sent people. They took samples.

Are there potential futures that people could be sent to?

No. once you make the connection with the future the line becomes fixed to that point.

Can you change the present by sending someone to the past?

Yes. You can also change the present by sending someone into the future. Under certain conditions. The government is using existing time machines to go forward in the Montauk time line.

Are you saying that now the present can’t be changed because we have established a time-loop through the future and the past?

Yes. That means whatever everyone is doing between the most extreme past point and the future they will be doing forever.

What is the furthest anyone has traveled in the future?

10,000 AD.

So everything is locked in until 10.000AD?

Yes. It’s a dreamlike reality. No one has picked up a tangible future beyond 2012 AD. There is a very abrupt wall there with nothing on the other side.

Prophecies speak of earth changes around then.

Curious, isn’t it?

Can you project yourself two hours into the future and meet yourself?

Yes, but its very dangerous. The person who walked into the tunnel is out of phase with the person who comes out the other end. This did happen. The result is that the person just incinerates.

Did they ever give you a weapon in case you ran into anything negative?

They didn’t have to do that. The vortex could be arranged to follow the person, so that they could bring them back in if anything went wrong. They could see them on a viewer.

So they achieved a working time portal. At one point they had a situation where they had a “monster from the ID” type creature come through and everyone went into a panic. They shut the transmitter off. The creature ate people and equipment. They had to go back and shut down the unit in Philadelphia in order to shut off the unit in the future so they could stop this creature in 1983. This was on August 12,1983. The vortex locked on to the 12 August 1943 test and formed a loop. All this occurred because someone planted the thought in the mind of the operator in the chair to generate this creature. It was an effort to sabotage the project. A lot of people thought the project had gone too far. When I worked for them between 1971 and 1983 1 was so tired when I would get home from work. What they would do is that when I my mission was over they would return me to a point milliseconds before I left. It would appear from one perspective that I never left. Of course, after I stopped working there, all that stopped. Is there a reason that all these things happened?

If you go back into the Philadelphia experiment end of it, which was the beginning of the whole business, one can see from the way that thing was maneuvered that there was a higher force of some kind involved in setting the whole thing up …. because it never would have happened the way it did unless two obscure dates 40 years apart coincided between the two experiments: the project known as the Philadelphia experiment, or Project Rainbow, in 1943 and the Montauk project in 1983.

If I may interject something here. There is a point about two thirds of the way down the time tunnel where the person who is going through the tunnel perceives a large “thump”. The person’s consciousness leaves their body. There is a tendency to see things on a broader basis. I am sure there was some intelligence there. Looking back on my experiences, I’m sure there was some intelligence there. I would have trouble with the recognition of it. What they were trying to do at Montauk was to stabilize the perception process that would occur upon exteriorization from the body. They were trying to manifest that for some reason. We don’t know what their purpose was.

What was the role of the aliens in this whole thing, other than the prototype of the mental amplifier chair?

That would be the another part of this that we haven’t got into yet.

Let’s look at what the Philadelphia experiment got into in a technical sense. It was what started all this happening. It originally began back in the 1930’s in Chicago with three people. Dr. John Hutchinson Sr., who was the Dean of the University of Chicago, Nickola Tesla, and Dr. Kurtenaur, who was an Austrian physicist who was on staff at the University.

They decided to do something with the speculation regarding the concept of things and people being invisible. This subject had been discussed for several year. They got together and did some research at the University of Chicago around 1931 or 1932. In 1933 the Institute of Advanced Studies at Princeton was formed and the project was transferred there in 1934. One of the people on staff at the Institute was Dr. John Erich Von Neumann, who was from Budapest Hungary. He got his degree in chemistry in 1925 and his Ph.D. in mathematics in 1926. He taught in Europe for about four years and transferred to the United States. He taught at the graduate level for three years and was invited to join the Institute.

Other people at the Institute included Albert Einstein, who left Germany in 1930. He went to the California Institute of Technology for three years and taught there and then went to the Institute upon their invitation and acceptance. A lot of other people showed up there as time went on. The project expanded about 1936. In the meantime, Tesla was named director of the project. He was a friend of president Franklin Roosevelt, whom Tesla met in 1917 when FDR was secretary of the Navy. Tesla was asked at that time to do some work for the government for the war effort, which he did. He accepted and became director of the invisibility project until he resigned in 1942. In 1936, after intensive study, they decided to have an initial test of their work. They achieved some partial invisibility. The Navy and everyone else was encouraged to continue the work, and the Navy supplied money for research.

Scientists were coming to the United States from Germany until 1939, when the war with Germany was started.

In 1940, after research using Tesla’s approach, they decided they were ready for a full test at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. They had a small ship and a tender ship at each side. One ship provided the power and the other supplied the drive for the coils. They were tendered to the test ship by cables. The idea was that if anything went wrong they could cut the cables or sink the test ship. Everything worked and the project was declared a success.

The important point about the 1940 test is that there was no one on board the test vehicle. It was strictly a dry run with no people. This is important because of what happened later.

Other people came on board. Thomas T. Brown joined the project because of his expertise in electrogravity effects. He had the task of solving the problem of the German magnetic mines that were affecting allied shipping and Naval efforts. This led into a parallel project which involved the use of degaussing coils and cables to explode the mines at a distance from the ship.

The Navy wanted several people to keep an eye on the tests. That is how I got involved. Keeping technical commentaries. Let’s look at Nickola Tesla.

In 1879 his father died and his first year at college ended. He came to the United States in 1884. He had enormously intuitive insight. He had a perfect track record. Before coming to the US he had known Robert Oppenheimer, who later worked with the development of the atomic bomb, and Dr. David Hilbert, the mathematician who devised equations for Hilbert Space, which described multiple space or multiple realities mathematically. These equations for multiple space became very important in the project. Dr. von Neumann met Hilbert in 1927 and retained a lot of what he had learned. With that, Von Neumann developed other new systems of mathematics. Von Neumann was considered to be one of the most outstanding mathematicians in this century. Some think he was better than Einstein. Another mathematician involved was Dr. John Levinson, who was born in 1912. He died in 1976. He published three books on mathematics. There is no other history of Levinson himself anywhere that I can find. Levinson developed the so-called Levinson Time Equations. with all this behind them, the group had all they needed to proceed with the project.

After the successful 1940 test, the Navy decided to give the project unlimited funds and to classify the project. On December 5, 1941 I was in San Francisco and the government came and told me that a war with Japan would start within 72 hours and that they needed me to assist them. In January 1942 I ended up at the Institute of Advanced Studies. Tesla was given a ship and a crew for a full sized test. Tesla got a battleship. Tesla and Von Neumann didn’t agree on some things. Tesla insisted that they were going to have a very severe problem with personnel. Tesla wanted more time but the NAVY wouldn’t agree. Tesla made periodic announcements in the late 1930’s and early 1940’s about his contact with off planet species. He was in contact with the outside, who agreed that there was a problem with the people. He decided to sabotage the 1942 test in an attempt to stop the project. He de-tuned the equipment so nothing would work. The test failed. Tesla then turned the project over to Von Neumann in March 1942 and left the project.

Von Neumann went to the Navy and requested time to study the problem to determine what had gone wrong. Von Neumann decided to make changes in some of the equipment. He decided he would need a special ship that was designed from the ground up. The Eldridge was selected. The equipment was built into the ship. They put all the equipment on the ship. October 1942 arrived. They selected 33 volunteers for the crew, who arrived after graduation in December 1942. We still have a picture of the class.

After the ship was out of drydock work began. In May of 1943 von Neumann installed a third generator. It would never synchronize with the other two. It went out of control one day and zapped one of the men. Von Neumann pulled out the third generator (installed because Tesla had convinced Von Neumann of the potential problem with people) and went back to the original design. In mid June, the ship had sea trials. On July 22, 1943, they had the test. The ship between radar and optically invisible. They discovered people very disoriented. The Navy pulled the crew off and consulted Von Neumann, who requested more time again from the Navy. The Navy, after consultation with higher-ups, announced that the drop dead date was on the 12th of August, 1943. Von Neumann voiced his concern that it wasn’t enough time.

The Navy decided that it just wanted radar invisibility and not optical invisibility. The equipment was again modified by Von Neumann. August 12th arrived. We knew things were not right. The test began, and for about a minute everything was all right. The ships outline could be seen in the water. There was suddenly a blue flash and the ship disappeared entirely. No radio communication was possible. It was gone. In about three hours it came back. One of the masts was broken. Some personnel were partially embedded in the steel deck. Others were fading in and out. Some disappeared entirely. Many were insane. The Navy extracted the crew and proceeded with four days of meetings to decided what to do about the problem. They decided there would be one more test with another dry run without personnel. They conducted the dry run using about 1000 feet of cable attached to another ship. In late October 1943 the test occurred. The ship disappeared for about 20 minutes. When it returned, they found equipment missing. Two transmitter cabinets and one generator was missing. The cabinet with the zero-time reference generator was intact. At that point, the Navy stripped the ship and stopped the project. The Eldridge served in the war and was turned over to Greece at the end of the war.

The important thing is that there were two tests that were exactly 40 years apart to the day. It was a 40 year separation in hyperspace. Now, the Earth itself has a biorhythm that peaks on a 20 year cycle on August 12th. It “just happened” to peak and provided the connecting link through the fields of the Earth for the two experiments to lock up in hyperspace. Walk-in efforts are aided if they occur during this peak.

The ship was pulled into hyperspace. We were inside the ship and knew something was drastically wrong with the test. We tried to shut it off but it wouldn’t shut off. We ran out on deck and jumped over the side of the ship. We jumped overboard but ended up in a time tunnel which ended at Montauk, Long Island on August 12th, 1983. At night. We were found very quickly and taken down stairs, where Von Neumann greeted us. He expected us. It was a bit of a shock. We had just been in 1943 and now we were in 1983 looking at Von Neumann as an old man. He said that there was a hyperspace lockup and that we had to go back and shut off the generators on the ship or the hyperspace rift would keep increasing and possibly engulf the planet. He had been waiting 40 years for us to arrive.

Montauk sent us back and we smashed the equipment with axes. The ship returned to its original point in space and about three hours later in time. From 1943 on, Von Neumann didn’t know what happened. He had modified earlier equipment in 1943 to where he had a full blown time machine. The Germans also were working on time travel, and had it working in 1945 just before the end of the war. This is all a matter of record.

After the Navy decided to shut down the project in 1943, Von Neumann was sent to work on the atomic bomb project at Los Alamos until that was over. In 1947 there were major changes in the Department of Defense. Someone in the new structure decided to dig up the Philadelphia project to see if they could find out what went wrong. They asked Von Neumann to “take another look” at the project. He agreed.

There is another matter. Starting about August 6th, 1943, UFOs appeared over the Eldridge for about six days. They were there during the test. One of the UFOs was sucked up into hyperspace with the Eldridge and it ended up in an underground facility in Montauk in 1983. It contained a charging device which some aliens made us go back and get for them, as they didn’t want humans to have it. We don’t know who they were. Pruett was concerned about an alien invasion.

Also, Von Neumann was called by the government to come and assist in the examination of a crashed UFO in 1947 at Aztec. Another crash occurred at Aztec about a year later. The first crash had greys on it and none survived. At least one occupant survived the second crash. The radar systems unintentionally brought down the craft. Radar was used intentionally after that until the aliens got wise to it. The occupant of the second crash was not a grey, and Von Neumann got to talk with it. Von Neumann asked it what the answer to the invisibility problems could be. He learned that he had to go back and do his homework in metaphysics. The nature of the problem was that the personnel on the ship were not locked to the zerotime reference of the ship. Humans are normally locked to the point of conception as a time reference, not a zero-time reference. The time stream lock allows the person to flow in synch with the system so interaction is possible.

Time locks are fragile. All the power of the project disrupted the time-locks of the people on the deck on the ship. When the ship came back in time, the people didn’t come back to the same reference.

Von Neumann realized that he needed a computer, as well as some knowledge of metaphysics in order to be able to lock the time reference of the people to the time reference of the ship. He built a computer in 1950 for the purpose. It was ready to be installed in 1952 and a test was performed in 1953 that was successful. They didn’t go floating off into space when it was over. At this point, the Navy canceled Project Rainbow and changed the name to project Phoenix.

Alot came out of the negative effects of the Rainbow project. Some of it led to mind control research programs in the Phoenix project. The invisibility research produced some Stealth technology as well as other highly classified projects.

In 1983, they decided to apply mind control to all participants in these projects in an effort to cover them up. They had also been working on another project: age regression. Now, Tesla had sought back in the 1940’s to develop equipment that could help the members of the crew after they lost time-lock . The government developed it into the age regression program. It was physical age regression. A person retained the memory they had from the older age.

Tesla’s theory was that if you took the individual’s time-lock and moved it forward in time than you would remove aging. That’s what happened. It took between 30 and 60 days for the body to complete the change to the new time reference.

Now, some of this turned up in the movie called the Philadelphia Experiment, which was released in 1984. The government got an injunction which banned showing in the US for two years. It was overturned in 1986 and it was out on tape. I saw the film in 1988, and it helped bring back some of my memory about this.

Any initial comments about electromagnetics?

Well, are a lot of interesting aspects. There is a explained by most theories. It is not magnetic field only propagates at 0.4 of the electromagnetic field propagates at the speed electric field (according to Maxwells equations) propagates at the rate of c-infinity, which means that it propagates throughout the universe instantaneously. If you understand those basic relationships and how they interlock with higher order energies and fields, like soliton and tensor fields, then you can understand how an antigravity drive will work. It is a fact that the unified field theory was completed by Einstein and given to the US Government. They have it and they don’t want anybody to know they have it. It was never released publicly in any books. This kind of knowledge is used as a method of control between and for governments. It’s unfortunate. The government is supposed to be “for the people and by the people”. That is what it says in the Constitution. I wonder when the last time the president read the Constitution?

It seems like there are more people involved in secrecy than there are scientists. Where are all these people?

There are government agents and agencies everywhere that are concerned with keeping things secret. These days, the secrecy is applied more to the applications of hardware than the hardware itself. It’s not like it was in the 1950’s. As an example, the guidance package for the new Minuteman X missle that was developed for the Air Force by Northrop is unclassified. There was no classification on the circuitry and It was so accurate that it could take a missle and drop it down a chimney stack. The applications was capable of was classified.

Isn’t a lot of this left out in the open to distract what is really going on?

Of course.

What is the capacity of the gravity craft fleet of the United States?

I don’t know. I know that they have built quite a number of them.

What are the capabilities of these craft?

Well, when our astronauts first landed on the moon in 1969 they were greeted by a fleet of disks sitting on the rim of a crater. The astronauts asked their superiors if they knew about these disks. They were told “yes”, that they were American disks. The astronauts were angry at being used as public relations men by the government.

Why spend so much money on the Stealth bomber when they have had this gravity technology for so many years?

Well, the aircraft combines two aspects for invisibility. One of the aspects relates to the construction and coating applied to the surface. The other aspect relates to an electronic type of invisibility package which is a result of work done on the Philadelphia experiment years ago. Also, the stealth has a secondary drive system which is very advanced and allows it to fly in space. The assistant director of NASA admitted that this came straight out of alien technology. He admitted this to the public.

He did?

Yes.

That’s interesting in view of the government’s apparent position with respect to covert technology.

There are breaks in the government secrecy programs that are starting to show up. More and more people are getting totally disgusted with government activities and attitudes and they are beginning to talk.

Maybe it’s a deliberate leak.

It could be deliberate. Even MJ-12 in 1984 was about to break some information to the public about ET’s and UFOs. They decided not to release it at that time. John Kennedy demanded that they release it within one year. He also demanded that the CIA get out of the drug business. They assassinated him.

Have you found any resistance to what you have been coming out with?

No. The Navy keeps quiet, but I hear rumblings underground that they are definitely not pleased about it. The so-called .. martyrdom clause” works in my favor. They know that I know why they can’t touch me. If they do, they know that there will be real problems in time and space because of it. There are two of us that are holding certain factors in stability. If anything is done to either of us, there could be a rip in hyperspace. The whole reality system will shift. I will give you one guess as to what it will most likely shift to: We won the second world war by a slim margin. German technology was way ahead of us. If the war had gone on another 30 days the Germans would have won it. They had super weapons in production which they were ready to use. They were so close to winning the war that Churchill and FDR were really worried about it. If the system shifts, it could shift to a parallel reality where the Germans won the war.

That’s why the government doesn’t dare kill either of you?

Right. Because of what we were involved in, it might jeopardize our entire reality system.

Could you explain how a closed time loop works?

Well, one of the problems that has developed is that when you travel through time you cannot come back to the exact point of origin. It has to be later than when you left. If you were to come back to the exact point at which you took off you would be at the same point twice in your lifetime and there would be a very serious problem.

Would you refresh my memory about some of the dates involved with the development of electronic mind control in the US?

The mind control experiments were moved to Montauk about 1969. The hardware phase of some of the later experiments began about 1975; equipment to modify the SAGE transmitter was ordered about 1973.

ITT was the main contractor and sub-contracted portions of the contract out. Most of the contracts were awarded to firms on Long Island.

So what did they actually prove that they could do when the experiments were over?

What they essentially proved they could do was that they could control a person that they had the “signature” for. This pattern that was unique to an individual could be put into the computer program for the transmitter. A second order wavelength would be transmitted that has a lower attenuation and affects that persons mind directly. There could be a command to do anything focused at the person. Once a device was constructed that illustrated this principle on a wide scale. A mental message was put out that if anybody heard the message they were to call a certain phone number. Over 600 calls came from all over the East coast all the way down to Florida. It works.

That’s interesting. There’s a fellow who calls himself Lord Mattreya who says that he is the Christ returned to the planet; that when he links up with the international press he will send a telepathic message to the entire planet in their own language and they will hear it. They also are supposed to receive a visual image. So.. they have that technology?

Yes. There is not only an indivdual signature. There’s a racial signature and also a universal signal for the human race. The government has used all three to target specific individuals. They have also done group messages targeted on a specific racial or ethnic group. That’s common. In Boston and New York they were doing experiments on “mood control” on the cities. Transmitters used no longer exist, but the technology does.

Do targeted individuals perceive what they are receiving as their own thought?

Yes.

Is there any defense against that?

Yes and no. Theoretically no. This is what the government depends on. Practically speaking, they can’t get everyone, because some people are naturally resistant, depending on their level of mental and psychic development. Perhaps 5% of the population do not respond to these signals. If they get 95% coverage, they don’t care about that 5%. That’s what they have the riot squads and the concentration camps for. There is no defense unless you can interfere with that signal. Some people just don’t react.

So they transmit a thought signal?

Not exactly. If you were put on an EEG, you would exhibit a certain pattern of electrical responses. These can be recorded and they are unique to you. It can be recorded and stored and replicated on a computer. If they can replicate your RNA/DNA pattern they’ve got you too – for life.

You mentioned about concentration camps?

Yes. They are all over the United States. There are three in Arizona alone.

So they can control us to the point where we’ll just hand over our guns?

That’s what they hope. It depends on how effective this equipment becomes, how thoroughly installed it is everywhere, and whether or not people can ferret this stuff out and render it inoperative before that time arrives.

How about the idea of a conflict between moral conscience and what the mental command tells you do to?

You don’t have the option not to act as it says the way that equipment is set up – if you are not aware enough to make a connection that it is not your thought. It does not negate choice, it just puts in a strong impluse or command. Those people who responded by calling that number had no idea what went through their heads. Some of this does require preconditioning to a response pattern.

Could they be doing this over the media, like television and radio?

Of course.

You’re suggesting a state of absoulte corruption.

Absolutely correct. Planned corruption.

With this kind of technology, why do they need concentration camps?

Because there are always people that are resistant.

I would think that they would annihilate them, not lock them up. The first step is the camps, where you can handle them easier, then you can eliminate them en masse. You don’t go down the streets shooting everybody down. Once you’re in the camps, they break you down mentally. They’re experts at that.

We think they’re shipping guillotines in there for the people that don’t comply. They’re looking for a slave labor force. That is what H.R. 4079 is about that’s in Congress now. It creates a slave labor force in the prison system, which will be privately owned. States will pay the private prison a fee in order to put their prisoner in there.

What are some of the other projects that relate to the capacity of factions operating within the United States Government and corporations to manipulate and control the population?

Well between 1977 and 1978 a project called Dreamscan came on line. It ceased in 1979. The goal of the project was to gain the technical ability to enter into an individuals mind in the dream state and cause his death. There was a movie called Dreamscape which showed what they discovered they could do. The project was run by the Secret Government and managed by the NSA. The purpose of the project was to provide for a means of covert assassination. President Carter found out about it and had it stopped. The hardware is still intact and in storage. There have been attempts to put it back on line by various intelligence operations, some of which are said to involve AT&T operatives.

What else?

Around 1987, a project called Moonscan started. It lasted into 1989 and involved positioning mind control equipment on the moon for use on the population of earth. It, like the others, has clear connections to negative alien activity.

Who ran that one?

It was managed by an organization called Airborne Instrument Laboratories (AIL), who have had other covert projects under their wing. At the time, AIL was run by Eaton Corporation. It is now managed by the Department of Defense as of 1988. There are three branches of AIL: Covert, Commercial, and Defense.

Any other mind control programs that you can mention?

There was a project called Mindwreaker that would allow paralysis of the mind. The aliens were heavily involved with that project. it produced several neurological weapons, some of which are used on the B-1 bomber, which also contains a lot of alien technology. At time, various alien species came and went out of AIL. There was one group called the K-Group, which was short for the Kondrashkin. They had pale skin that had a slight greenish tint and almost no hair. They looked human, and had to bleach their skin and wear wigs. They have been periodically involved with covert projects since the 1940’s.

Where has AIL been located?

In New York Stare, at Farmingdale, Deer Park and Long Island.

What is the current status of AIL?

Well.. there were eight projects ongoing at AIL that also had to do with the development of weaponry against aliens. In 1989 the Orion group discovered this and destroyed the projects. It can only be assumed that AIL still functions in other areas.

What other research goes on at Long Island?

Research on scalar weaponry, like the one that destroyed the Challenger.

I thought the Challenger was destroyed by the Soviets using scalar weapons?

No. The Soviets didn’t do that. The oddity with the incidents as far as the Soviets were concerned was that they pulled their ships about 150 miles out to sea before it happened. They were not the direct cause, which was a scalar weapon that they were trying to put into orbit and test. It accumulated a charge while the Challenger was going up through the atmosphere and turned itself on. That is what destroyed the Challenger. It might have been deliberate.

What was the ultimate power behind the Phoenix projects?

Ultimately, the whole thing is manipulated by the Orion group. The expectation was that they could use mind control to take over the populace in the 1990’s – no later than 1994 or 1995. They have also been doing genetic work in which they alter a human sperm and ovum to the extent that all offspring will produce hybrids with new characteristics. Humans will mate and create children with alien genetics. That’s one step beyond the average abduction scenario. There are other things happening with the human race.

Like what?

Since 1947, there have been components of the 6th race incarnating on the planet. The 5th race was the Aryans. The 6th race humans are 100% telepathic – the secret government and the Orion group sees them as a threat. They’ve been aware of it since 1942.

Wasn’t there a movie about something like that years ago?

Yes. I don’t remember the name, but it came out in 1982. In that film, there was a drug that made babies that were 100% telepathic. This kind of thing has actually happened. There was a Canadian company that was producing a drug which turned out to do just that. This was between 1946 and 1947. It was removed from the market immediately, although its use continues privately. In the movie, the government had a way of using electromagnetics to explode a persons head to get rid of them.

Sounds like something they mught have developed at Montauk.

It does, doesn’t it?

What is the current situation with aliens?

Somewhat mixed and confused. There has been a lot going on all around the planet. In September and October 1990 there was an alien group from some other dimension that was attempting to invade the planet. They took down all the zero-time generators all over the country. The FAA was especially affected. The rogue group was stopped by another species. For many years, some factions of the Orion group depended on a ring of alien satellites that would sustain life functions. Those were wiped out in November 1990 by the same group.

So there are positive light forces out there that are seeking to balance these negative activities by the Orion group?

Yes. I am not at liberty to tell you their identity.

Do you think that this group is related to those who flew over military nuclear silos and rendered the warheads inoperative?

I don’t know if they were involved, although I could ask. The nuclear charade is another thing on a cultural level. The idea of nuclear war was eliminated a long long time ago by all major powers on Earth. The threat of a nuclear winter and the fact that you can’t detonate two nuclear devices too close together in time stops them from doing it. I think a lot of people are aware that the same forces that control the United States today are the same forces that supported the buildup of Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union and arranged for WWII and Vietnam. The public has been lied to in so many areas since the early 1930’s that they don’t know what’s going on. Most people still think that the Congress and the President run the country and that they have Constitutional rights.

How about some interesting technology spin-offs from the Philadelphia experiment?

Well, there are a lot of them in use by the CIA and the NSA, as well as other corporate and government agencies. There is a portable unit that can render an individual invisible. The NSA is known to use those on a fairly regular basis. There is also a UFO research based covert organization that is believed to have them?

And what would that be?

Well, its a super secret international organization that is funded by all major governments. It performs research on aliens and alien technology, coverup operations, and also does espionage. The group is negatively oriented and is considered to have no positive attributes in relation to other humans. It is called the International Aerospace Alliance.

How does it fit into the hierarchy of command and control?

It’s connected to MJ-12, which is believed to be headed by Kissinger at this time. It is also connected to the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the President. AIL type units are also connected to the MJ group.

I have heard a tape of Robert Lazar, the EG & G scientist, and others who indicate that the highest clearance level is ULTRA. Is that it?

There is also BLACK LEVEL clearance.

What is involved with those little implants that are spheres?

Those devices are about 3mm in size. They are called SBMCD’s, or Spherical Biological Monitoring and Control Devices. They represent an organically enhanced synaptid processor powered by a micro-positron flow that controls or mimics the functions within the human nervous system with micro relays that duplicate brain operation or engram patterns.

What is the real story behind Wilhelm Reich?

Most people are familiar with Reichs brilliant work with bions, weather modification, cancer biopathy and other devices. Reichs work has been of interest to the National security Agency for some time, and it involves the fact that when a person is electronically maintained in a pre-orgastic state in their nervous system, gateways unto the mind open up for mind control to take hold. It is his most secret work as far as applications are involved. Reichs contact with alien species, his discoveries about life energy and cancer, and the mind control applications are some of the reasons why he was killed. This knowledge was combined with other knowledge, some of it alien in nature, and integrated into the work at Montauk and subsequent covert projects to subvert the people of the United States and the world under an Orion based system.

What are some of the ways they put people into this state?

Well, there are these devices. Every psychiatric facility has them. For a male, they attach electrodes to five points on the body (you can guess what one of those points are) and turn the device on. It makes programming an individual really easy. It is devious, but a lot more humane than the old electroshock therapy. The thing is, the device is being used for control instead of in a way that might benefit the individual.

What about the Philadelphia Experiment as related to aliens?

The Philadelphia Experiment was not an alien operation, as such, but what was the set-up was the date, August 12, 1943, because it had to be locked to the Phoenix project on August 12, 1983. The date was set by alien influence in order to cause a 40-year hole in hyperspace through which large numbers of alien craft could enter this dimension. It worked, but it didn’t last long enough to give the aliens the maximum benefit of the scenario. The order for the date came from a man in the White House who was directing certain aspects of the project.

This man was one of the K-group and headed what was called the Psi-corp. It was an alien intervention. This was scheduled to be a main invasion from a different universe.

How about other types of aliens that were involved?

Most of the other alien groups around, including the ones that had their shipped sucked into hyperspace, were observers of what was going on, not participants. Beyond the obvious fact that they were observing for themselves, there is insufficient data to determine whether they were observing for anyone else.

What about the alien ship, again, that was trapped underground at Montauk?

I was part of the group that dismantled it. What is involved is that you have to find out how everything goes together. You have to read their manuals… there were seven occupants of that ship; four of them would not talk to us. Eventually, three of them did, and we learned their language and deciphered their manuals about the construction and maintenance of the ship…

They weren’t Greys?

No. They were about 6 foot 5 inches tall. They were essentially human in appearance. They had dark leathery skin. They had no hair. Where they came from we were not sure. We don’t even know why they were there, except perhaps to observe the test on August 12, 1943. When the ship appeared in 1983 underground, we were initially concerned as to whether this ship represented some sort of “point man” for an invasion of some kind.

Was there any weaponry aboard that craft?

Not that I remember. The ship had a lot of strange devices on it. We took a lot of stuff apart. We took off part of the control panels, and communications equipment. We decided not to touch the main power plant because we thought it might blow up if we fooled with it. We left the food processing units intact. The ships drive systems were removed. A lot of the ship was stripped down right to the shell. It was left that way.

Why would they suspect an invasion?

Idon’t know, except that there have been so many groups over the years trying to invade this planet. One wonders why they want to bother with this mud ball and its backward technology.

John Lear suggests that the human race represents a gene pool.

That is one good possibility. Another one, and I get this from sources I can’t reveal at this moment, is that they are seeking certain rare earth elements they apparently can’t find elsewhere.

Robert Lazar mentioned a book that contained the history of earth and that it said that humans were referred to as ..containers for souls” and that souls could be traded in something like a barter system.

The aliens are doing it all the time.

They’re trading in souls?

Yes. They were shuffling us around like we were cattle to them.

Property. What do you think of that concept as applied to humans?

Well, it is mentioned that several races consider humans in some ways similar to that. Whether it is the bodies or the souls that are considered property, I don’t know. It appears that they are concerned more with the bodies, the genetics, and the capabilities of the human mind. The capabilities of the human mind are virtually unlimited. That fascinates some species.

Those aliens that were on that ship. What became of them?

Out of the seven, four did not talk and three did talk to us. One of the group that did not talk to us was evidently the captain of the ship. He eventually killed the three that did talk to us. The four remaining aliens were put into “deep freeze” by the people who were running the underground at Montauk. I have no idea what they did with the other three bodies.

What happened to the craft?

it’s still there, as far as I know. It was a gold colored saucer about sixty feet in diameter. It had a bulge on both the top and bottom.

In one of Linda Moulton Howe’s books they had pictures of types of alien writing. Were you ever able to determine the language they used?

The language they were using was apparently that of the Greys. The symbol that the Greys use a lot is the same symbol that the Trilateral Commission uses.

How big is the underground at Montauk?

It’s very large. It extends for miles, especially the 5th and 6th levels. Almost all of it was constructed in the late 1920’s or early 1930’s. We talked to one of the men who was one of the contractors who built it. It was built on government orders right after the depression started. It was built in six levels. They covered the top over with earth. It’s known locally as “the hill”. Its a huge base. There may still be some use of it. Most of it is shut down. The power has been on for two years now, single phase 220 volt. The elevator used ran on three-phase 440 volts, and that has not been turned on, probably because they plugged all main openings and the elevator shaft with concrete.

How many different species of aliens are you aware of?

Well, the Greys were not part of Montauk. By agreement they never went there. There were groups that were part of it, like a group who called themselves the Leverons. There were those there from Antares that were only observers. They looked like humans. There were members of the Orion group there occasionally. The K-group had some connection with the place, but I personally never saw any of them there. Lastly, there were the inhabitants of that ship that was captured. The Orion Confederation includes a lot of groups, including the Leverons.

The Orion group is supposedly at war with a group called the Elohim. Would you say that is accurate?

Yes. This is happening. The Elohim group is a very old race, perhaps the oldest in the universe. At least its the oldest we know of.

Is there any particular species that has the greatest control over humans?

The Orion group. They’re the weasels in the background that manipulate everybody, including the Greys. The Orion group includes the various reptilian species.

Was the zero-time generator from alien sources?

No. Tesla created the zero-time generator in the 1920’s. It provided a very basic time reference which is actually locked to the center of our galaxy. That’s why they call it a zero time generator. Locking equipment to that is the only way you can get some of these higher function generators to work.

The aliens use crystals quite a bit.

Yes. Crystals can store and modulate enormous amounts of energy. There was a crystal in the alien ship that ended up at Montauk that was about 18 inches long. Other factions of the alien group appeared in one of the side tunnels off the main time tunnel and captured several of us, and wouldn’t let us go unless one of us went back and got that crystal for them. We did. The problem was is that we were in the time tunnel too long, because the time references the man I was with dissolved, and he began to age at the rate of about a day per hour. Within three days he was dead.

What are some of the ways the government became involved in time travel?

The Navy had the ability to use the time travel technology from about 1970 and developed full operational capability in 1973. They did do an experiment where they tried to go back and kill the father of the man destined to be the head of the new One-World government. They did kill his father, but it made no difference. They didn’t understand why it didn’t work. Robert Lazar was voicing the concept that time is quantitized or compartmentalized and that you can’t change what has already happened in terms of the past.

Is the Navy tied in with the secret government?

Small elements in the Navy are, but the Navy in general is not.

So in the 1970’s they were against what was going on and tried ways to stop it?

Yes. At Montauk we did succeed in changing the past, so I know it can be done, but it takes enormous amounts of power and more than just a time machine, but I won’t get into that.

So the person who will be the head of the One World government is walking around and has no father?

Theoretically that is true.

How could this guy have come into existence?

That’s a very good question. That’s another one of the paradoxes of time.

Was this person already in existence before they went back and killed his father?

Yes. They assumed that he would disappear and cease to exist.

Do you know who this individual is?

No. Not by name.

Is the One World government interested in longevity? It seems like all these plans are on a long term basis. It would also seem like it would take too long before those in control could really reap the benefits.

When you get to the level of the warped mentality of the world leaders that are controlled by the Orion group, you don’t really know what their goals are. They are totally dependent on a specific technology, including time machines which are anchored in the 40 years time rift plus the extensions in the time matrix which goes another 20 years. Time machines are based in the technology that had its origin here within that time period, and from what I understand as of 2003 they will suddenly find that their time machines no longer function.

Why?

Because they were created on the basis of something which was basically artificial – the rift in time. The function is based on the rift. Then its back to the drawing boards.

Have they constructed any concrete plans based on the rift that might disappear when the rift does?

I don’t know. I can’t speak for the whole government.

Are any Orion based timetables involved in this?

Well, the Orions have their own ways of doing things.

Would they be dependent on this rift?

No, but the Greys are somewhat dependent on it, having used it to get here in large numbers. The Orion group itself is not here in a large number.

They let others do the dirty work for them?

Yes.

Do you get any particular feeling what things are like within the secret government with respect to the groups of aliens?

Well, they were panic stricken to get rid of the Greys. I don’t know if they’re that panic stricken any more, because I understand that the Orions are essentially gone, except for the mop-up squad, which have their own life support systems.

The general life support for the others was destroyed by another alien group in November 1990. They could not exist here without electronic support from the ring of satellites they put up there ages ago. Almost all of them packed up and left.

What is the nature of the electronic support?

They cannot stand the vibrations of this planet. The Greys like it because this planet is very much like their own home planet.

How would all this relate to the idea that their is a planetoid coming into this system with a bunch of reptilians on it. Would they bring their own electronic life support systems?

Yes. They can replace the satellites. They may well be back before long.

How do you view that scenario, where the planetoid full of Orion reptilians, or Draco, is coming here?

Well, we monitored the signals coming from the planetoid. They were coming in at around 25MHZ with twelve carriers spaced 50KHz apart. The Orion group reptilians have twelve chakras, maybe that has something to do with it.

Then this could be the part of the electronic signal that might even be representative of their electronic life sustenance matrix?

Yes.

It might well be necessary to set up transmitters of our own that would interfere with that kind of electromagnetic emanation.

Yes.

How about the Orion genetics?

It’s very similar to that of humans. For a long time they were hoping to crossbreed. It didn’t work properly. That was one of the side issues of the Montauk-Phoenix project, to find ways of crossbreeding. They never did fully solve the problems.

So this is where the concept of twelfth density would come in?

Yes. Probably. What they were hoping to do if they succeeded in crossbreeding humans and Orions was a silent invasion where they would take over humanity by crossbreeding and eliminate the humans they didn’t want. At that point, Orion souls would move into the crossbred bodies and it would be complete. They would not need electronic support systems to survive here, which consists of 12 satellites.

So how does this affect the world government plans, now that the Orion group is temporarily gone?

It changes the context of the system that backed up the One-World government. They were backed up by and expected support from the Orion group. With the Orions out of the picture, they are on their own.

How about the Greys?

They’re running around in circles. They are probably continuing with the genetic work and the abductions but they are lacking all direction except that which they already had established.

There was a recent abduction of woman in Seattle on December 3, 1990 where there were beings that looked human. They told them, however, that they weren’t really human and allowed them to see their true form. It was a variant reptilian species they had never seen before. They asked the abductees questions about their experiences with the Greys. The woman got the impression that the reptilian humanoids thought that the Greys were going to far in their interactions with humans and that they were looking into it. Any comment?

No data on that one.

Well, since they were looking into Grey excesses in behavior, they probably were an offshoot group and not anything to do with the Draco.

They probably were an offshoot group. I have gotten the impression that not all the Orion Confederation is evil. There is a group within the Orion Confederation that function as sort of overseers and they are apparently quite upset about what these Greys are doing, but apparently there is not much they have been able to do about it. The basic heart of the Orion Confederation that we have become familiar with is totally evil and self-centered.

They basically want to take over the Earth?

Yes. They want to take Earth because of their desire for the planet as a staging base. They also desire the water and the minerals. There have only been partial success of their cross breeding program. A few hybrids have survived. They essentially look human but have Orion genetics within them.

What’s going on in Washington right now?

They are up to their eyeballs in problems. They consider the thing with Hussein in the Middle East as the least of their concerns.

What are they concerned with?

They are concerned with AIDS and other, disease problems which are coming to earth from space. There are currently two huge clouds of amoeba-like creatures over the polar regions of the earth. These have shown up periodically over the last ten years. NASA is working on this. Every time they’ve been detected, all kinds of strange illnesses break out. They don’t how they can stay alive and be in outer space. They’re very concerned about that. The AIDS situation is so far advanced that it is considered to be a disaster.

How do you bounce that against the fact that AIDS was created at Fort Detrick, Maryland? Are the aliens ultimately behind that as well?

I don’t know. It’s very possible. It originated on the orders of the World Health Organization. I suppose you have to go back and see who was responsible for this diabolical plan within WHO to create a virus that would destroy the human immune system. They found out that once it was released that it mutated like crazy and there is no way to produce a vaccine for it. The government does have a way to cure it, but they do that on a pretty selective basis. The cure involves electromagnetics. There are also other means that have been discovered, but the government doesn’t want the outside world to have it. Its part of the population reduction program.

Which is whose idea?

Apparently it was a decision reached by the secret government. The final decision was made in the White House in 1972 on the basis of a meeting of world leaders under Nixon. A friend of mine got the notes from that. He’s now in prison, and he talked about it publicly in 1974. He said that they had the meeting and agreed that the planet was overpopulated and that it had to be reduced. The decision was to reduce the population from 5 billion, which it was at that time, to 1 billion by the year 2000. They were to use any and all means to do this. They believed that the earth could only handle 1 billion inhabitants. Their problem was how to exterminate 80% of the world population in 30 years. They modified the figure to be 2 billion by 2000, but the AIDS thing is going to take care of a good part of that for them. The latest figures coming out of Washington indicate that Africa is now as good as doomed. In another ten years, 75% of Africa will be dead.

There have been recent figures to suggest that 92% of all babies born in Africa today have the virus.

Yes. in India, the rate is 51%.

It seems extremely irresponsible for a government to create something that can take people and do that to them.

Well, it was the “undesirables” that were given the virus first.

They should have known that this thing was going to get out of hand.

They didn’t know that was going to happen. It was also figured that it would affect the young set, those in their prime, most.

if they travel in time and know that geophysical changes will take care of a large part of the world’s population, why would they bother to do it? Especially because you have a bunch of 50 year old men having to wait 30 years.

I don’t know. Obviously they didn’t think.

Or it wasn’t them who were ultimately responsible. The only ones who would have a long term anything to gain would be aliens, so it further indicates that ultimately there are negative off-planet forces that are responsible. The aliens know about the changes.

How did they spread the virus initially?

Through World Health Organization inoculations that were contaminated with the virus. The first program was in black Africa in 1974 with the smallpox inoculations. They then went to Brazil and other Hispanic countries and did it there. In 1978, they laced the gamma globulin for the Hepititus B vaccine because the homosexual population was the greatest consumer. That’s why it showed up first in the United States in the homosexual population and why it was claimed to be a homosexual disease. Nothing could be further from the truth, but it was something the Evangelists took up quickly, saying that AIDS was “Gods curse on the homosexual”. People didn’t worry about it who weren’t gay. The people who planned this didn’t figure on the ability of the virus to mutate.

It must taken someone with a really stupid mentality to do this.

What kind of disturbances have appeared with each appearance of these amoeba-like clouds?

Respiratory disturbances. It’s been detected in the New York area and on the west coast. Details are scant, but they consider it a major problem. It affects the human system directly. It is also the mechanism behind the influenza attacks in 1916 and 1917 that killed so many people.

It is possible that the ozone layer was deliberately affected in order to allow this influence to come through?

I don’t know. The greenhouse affect is taking hold because of it.

Is there any particular alien species whom it would benefit if the earth dried up and became desert?

Yes. The reptilians species might be good candidates.

Where do the Greys come from originally?

From outside our time/space continuum. The government does not fully understand where that is, since they don’t trust a lot of their information about them.

Do the Pleiadians use the gravity amplifier to fold time and space?

No. They have a hyper-spacial drive system. They don’t do it in the same way. They use velocity rather than folding.

Aren’t they beneficial to humans?

They have not been invited to help. They are also sensitive to earth politics, galactic directives, and their own policies. It comes down to the fact where you don’t interfere when you’re not asked. Even when you are asked, there are limits to what you can do.

Can they be asked?

Well, in the case where you would have interference on a mass basis, like in response to the Orion incursion, you’re getting involved with the history of all humanity. We’ll have to see.

I would think that the only hope would be to collectively raise the consciousness of the entire planet.

Right. There are also other problems. The government worked out a deal with the Greys some time ago and has some of their technology. Weapons have been developed. They now have a missle that has a minimum operational range of I light year. We can hit any spacecraft well beyond the solar system.

I saw a brief on the news where the Star Wars technology is being turned around in space to hit down asteroids. Will they in fact be used primarily as a planetary defense against alien incursion?

Yes. The directives out of Washington seem to point to the fact that the secret government wants no aliens here at all interfering with their plans. They have not solved the problem with the Greys.

How do aliens refer to religious concepts?

As far as I know, none of them have any religion as such. They acknowledge a divine source in the universe. The Greys refer to the universe as a mind.

What is your prognosis for the future of the human species?

It will survive.

Why was it mentioned at one time that 2011 was the last year that they could see anything tangible?

It was mentioned in the Mayan calendar that 2011-2013 was a barrier of some kind. Psychics have said that there is a ‘barrier around 2013 that they can’t go through.

That doesn’t mean there is nothing beyond that.

No. It’s just blocked from view. Even to the time machines. There are a lot of people wondering whether they are going to retain control over humanity beyond 2013.

There seems to be a quickening of consciousness right now as we are beginning to go into fourth density.

Right. There seems to be some evidence of this.

Do you know where the current entrances to Montauk are?

No, but I know they’re there. The last time two people went out there to look they were abducted. They were knocked out electronically and taken underground to another facility where mental adjustments were made on them. They were returned to the spot, but one of them was not returned exactly at the same time as the other. There was about a 2 second gap and the one that was already there saw it. They knew immediately that something was wrong. They were given a warning. The underground system is still in operation. There are three entrances near AIL. They have three plants in the Farmingdale area. Brookhaven National Laboratories have an entrance to the system. There is also a connection to the Newark ITT Corporation building. From there a spur that goes to the ITT facility at Nutley. There is also a tunnel that goes from Newark to Wright Patterson AFB.

Do they use Maglev trains in this tunnels?

Yes. There is a very extensive tunnel network under the United States. The interesting things is that once you get past the coding system at the entrance elevators and get into the underground, nobody asks any questions. They assume you are supposed to be there, unless you make it obvious that you are not by your actions or appearance.

Why do humans age?

There are two genes missing from the human chromosome. One of them controls the aging process, so humans age. Because of this, when cells are duplicated in the body they are compared to the parent cell, not a master pattern that would exist in the genes, so the duplicate is not exactly the same is time. So humans age gradually.

There has been some discussion of the biorhythm cycles of the planet. Could you explain that again?

The cycles of humans are well known. It was not known until after 1983 after Montauk went down that the earth has cycles. It was discovered by accident. After an analysis, it came out that there were four basic cycles involved. These four cycles reach their maximum peak every 20 years. It’s always on the 12th of August.

So the next peak will be in 2003?

Yes.

Do the biorhythm cycles of humans and those of the planet interlock’?

It is not known to interlock.

Have you seen the movie Milleneum? What can you say about the concepts portrayed there?

Yes. It was well done. It was an attempt to explain some disappearances. It’s an intriguing idea. Strangely enough, they didn’t cover something that really happend in Denver around 1965. A jet was coming in on final approach in daylight with no bad weather and vanished entirely from the radar screen. It was never found. No trace. Years later, in Tucson, I met the son of a man who was vice president of United Airlines. I asked him about it. He said, “how did you hear about that?”. I said I read it in the newspapers and then it was hushed up. He said, .. you better believe it was”. I asked him if anyone knew what happened to it, and he said that they had no idea. There was no wreckage, nothing. There is no way it could have happened like that.- but it did. The ideas in Millenium were more along the line of something they would have developed in the Phoenix project.

Are there any tunnels under the Pyramids?

There is a tunnel under Giza. No one knows when it was constructed or how.

How about spacecraft or anything else like that?

An expedition was mounted as a result of data gathered back in the 1920’s and 1930’s about a secret chamber under the pyramid. They built equipment in later years and went in down into the pyramid and found this metal door 500 feet below the base of the pyramid. They found other doors. The doors used a sonic code. They found a room with over 30,000 recording disks and alien equipment. They made photos of the disks with IR film. The Egyptian government wouldn’t allow them to take any out. The disks were deciphered. They described the rise and fall of civilizations in outer space going back more than 100,000 years. This group built this record room and then built the pyramid over it. There was no UFO, but a lot of equipment was stored on three levels. They photographed over 2,700 record disks. According to an Air Force contact, these disks are sitting in a safe at Kirtland AFB in New Mexico. They don’t want the public to know the information.

How is the government involved in cattle mutilations?

Human scientists are involved with longevity studies using adrenalyn. They have developed altered adrenlyn, and drugs called cordrazine, cortropinex, formazine, and hyronalix. All of them have an adrenalyn base. The only way to get the large quantitites of adrenalyn is to get them from cattle. Some of the substances they develop affect psychic development. Other drugs have physical restoration properties. Aliens use cattle for the biological materials as well. They use the materials in their breeding program and for the construction of cloned individuals.

Do you know when the Federal Reserve is going to issue the new money?

I don’t know. There have been several dates that have come and gone. When they do all the current cash will be worthless.

The plan is to give a short notice date by which people will have to turn in their old money for new. Of course, you will have to account for it, especially since it is now illegal for you to have $3,000 or more on your person. It’s coming.

Would you consider the secret government the Fourth Reich?

It’s hard to say. My understanding of it is that the secret government is not connected with the Nazis but with world bankers, old money and what’s called the “black nobility”. These were the blue-bloods of Europe. They actually did have blue blood, and it was not hemoglobin based but copper based. They were semi-human. There are still to this day, some animal species in South America that have copper based blood systems. There was a problem with hemophilia, and not because of intermarrying. The problem was that they started to marry outside of the copper based blood system. Hemoglobin and copper systems don’t mix. That’s where the laws against marrying commoners originated.

What about these synthetic humans?

Human cloning was developed at the University of Utah at Salt Lake City in 1977. They first aired this on TV as part of a series. They had an alleged human clone on TV that they were interviewing. It didn’t talk very well. They showed the original human and the clone. The clone was not all that successful. It took 14 months to generate a fully adult human clone in a tank. It was a two part series. The second part of the series never aired, for obvious reasons. CIA sources have confirmed that it started at the University of Utah. The government has a facility for clones. The first one was built in the Mount Hood area, about sixty miles east of Portland, Oregon. They have other facilities in other locations. Locations must have stable geomagnetic fields and other special characteristics or the cloning process does not work properly. They can replicate them faster now. They have clones of all the major government figures. This is partly for security reasons. it also creates the situation that when someone falls out of favor, they clone the person and kill the original. This kind of thing apparently happens with some frequency.

There have been allegations by some that Carter and Reagan were replaced.

Yes. I’ve heard that, but I have no information that says that it happened. Reagan looked a bit funny after his assassination attempt, particularly after he came out of the hospital.

It’s curious about the cloning facility in Portland. Were there not reports in the 1960’s or 70’s about people seeing a spitting image of Hitler there?

Yes. it is curious. There isn’t any connection that we can establish, but anything is possible. Hitler could have died as late as 1984. I have heard rumors that he was the top director of the Phoenix project, but those rumors were not considered to have any merit by most people. Eichmann was apparently involved at one point until the Israelis got him. A lot of top level Nazi scientists were involved. There was a man called Huntermann who was the associate director of the project. We wondered if there was anybody above him. There was – a complete collection of pure Nazis at the top. The Germans were also involved in work with the Greys and cloning processes.

Are they Nazis still running things?

Idon’t know what interconnections they may have today. I have two friends who say opposite things. one says that the Nazis are in charge and the other says that Jewish scientists are in charge. Other people say its MJ-12. Take your pick. I think that they’re all involved.

That’s very interesting about the duality of the Germans and the Jews. Recently, we received information that these two groups of entities are originally from one source out there somewhere, and that they were banned to this planet to work out their differences. They have apparently always sought to destroy each other … and they are still doing it on many levels. Everyone else just has to stand by and put up with it, I guess. it just adds to the mess. Orientation of both groups appears to be negatively oriented toward service to self instead of others. There have been things recently said by abductees that indicate that they were taken to joint Nazi-Alien bases were they had swastikas on the walls. This was within the last two years.

Do you remember the Reinhold-Schmidt story? He was a businessman who lived in New Jersey in the 1950’s. I finally got a copy of his book. He insisted that one time when he was driving home from work, something went wrong with his car. He was approached by someone and was taken aboard a saucer. All the occupants were dressed in black clothing and talked in German. To him it appeared like they might be Nazis. He wasn’t sure but he thought they were. They picked him up by agreement several times thereafter. He began talking about it and he had a visit from government agents who told him to shut up. He insisted. He was picked up and put into treatment in a mental hospital for about four months. When he came out he was a changed man. He died sometime later. Up until he went into the mental hospital, he was insistent on his story. This was approximately 1956. I’m not sure. He was a prominent businessman. It was a sensational story at the time.

It’s interesting that you should mention copper based blood before. Aren’t the Nordics involved with that?

Yes. Although Nordics are humanoid and externally almost identical to humans. There are subtle differences in the Nordic alien physiology, and most of them are based on the living conditions that they have grown up in. Their planets are extremely hot and dry, and have a low oxygen content in the atmosphere. They have a larger lung capacity than humans and have a copper based blood in order to carry oxygen more efficiently. The eyes are protected by inner lids and can allow them to see into the ultraviolet range of the spectrum. They have only 28 teeth, as they lack a back pair of molars. Their heads are longer than humans. The brain case is about .2 mm thicker and the bone is harder. The brain is the same as the human brain as far as structure and size is concerned, except for the midbrain area, where there are functions that allow telepathic and telekinetic skills. It explains the psionic powers of the Nordics. They average about 2 meters in height. Females about 1.7 meters. They have no sweat glands. The skin allows moisture to be drawn from the air as well as moisture to penetrate. The heart beats at around 242 beats per minute, and the average blood pressure is 80 systolic and 40 diastolic. They have extremely dilated blood vessels. The heart is located where the human liver would be. The cartilage that would protect a human heart extends down 3.5cm further in the Nordic in order to protect this structure. Blood cells are biconvex in contrast to the concave cells of humans. Kidney type functions only allow about half the liquid consumed to be excreted. The rest is evidently put back into the system. Urine is thick with minerals and appears in color and texture to freshly pumped crude oil. Feces are dry pellets with all moisture removed. The adult Nordic can regulate the amount of adrenalyn in their body. They have no pineal gland. Nordic females are capable of being impregnated at any time, but the males are capable of impregnation about once a year. The period of incubation is three to five months.

What about the Sirians?

Well, we are finding out that they are seemingly involved in the Dark Side activities with abductees along with the Greys and elements of the US military and intelligence forces. we are finding out that Reich programming is currently being used as of December 1990 on abductees. This is a direct outgrowth of work at Montauk. The Sirians are usually described as about 6 � feet tall, blond hair cut very short, and blue eyes that have a cat’s eye vertical pupil. They’re negatively oriented. I have been working on a case where this 21 year old woman has had contact with them, the last time being in December 1990. The beings present were the short little helpers that the Greys use; the ones that wear hooded cloaks. There were Grey clones, tall Greys, Sirians and US military personnel of some description. The woman had her breasts and other body parts hooked up to some machine that maintained her in a pre-orgastic state while they used inculcation bars with red and blue lights to aid in the programming. When she does something they don’t like, they take her out of her body and stick her in this black box, where there is terrible loneliness and isolation. She really broke down when she was describing that, saying that she didn’t want them to put her back in the box. They evidently told her that if she talked too much they were going to do that. On the lighter side, she has also had contact with positive groups. There has been some discussion as to whether these negative Sirians are part of the Kamagol II group that built the records chamber under Gizeh, but that has not been established. The negative Sirians are considered part of the Orion group that is playing the domination/control game.

Is there some significance to the red and blue lights in the inculcation bar?

The lights on the bar are of special frequencies. Pulsing of these lights is often combined with sonic patterns to virtually reprogram the mind of the individual. This kind of activity has been going on for tens of thousands of years. Why do you think that the Orion based groups that control todays society use red and blue on police car lights? Its very restimulative and many people have buried memories of programming sessions that have occurred through their various lives. The result is fear and negative emotional response. It appears that during the last 40 years there have been a lot of people that have been incarnating that were on one side or the other in Nazi Germany, and we are finding a lot of abductees that have memories of the Greys during that period. Sometimes they find that they are dealing with the same exact beings they dealt with in another lifetime. Of course, we know that abductions also follow multi-generational patterns. It all ties together.

There have been some that have said that Hitler was connected into things in terms of the Aryan race and ET’s. What is the story behind that?

Well, Hitler spend a lot of time in libraries before his mother died, and he was convinced that the white race was going to be squeezed out of existence in anoth&r 75 years. He decided that he was going to be the defender of the Aryan race. This was back before World War One. He was also relating this to the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, where in the 24th protocol it says that the white race will be destroyed by genetic inter-marriage. He wanted to stop the trend. He became interested in metaphysics. The Dark Side involvement began after a bout with peyote before World War One and his involvement with the Thule Society, which was connected to Aleister Crowley and the Order of the Golden Dawn in England. Hitler also adopted the idea of fighting the communists, because the communists were just about ready to take over Germany. There were not Greys around in large numbers but they were there. The Germans were involved with alien technology. They had one version with electromagnetic drive. They had jet aircraft in 1943. They had nuclear weapons but Hitler did not use them. Mind control research was ongoing.

Getting back to present day, what do you think about the idea that the Saudi government is being bankrupted by the US?

Well, the Rockefeller group sold the Saudis 30 year notes back in the 1960’s. They are coming due. The Saudis want to get out of the paperwork nightmare so they won’t lose all their money. The Rockefeller banks were going to declare bankruptcy, so the Saudis said they would pull all their investments out of the United States and collapse the economy totally. The United States backed down and that is the reason why there is all that forgiveness of debt business going on. It was done with Bushes authority. The Saudis were satisfied. Now the problem with Iraq arises. The Israelis have refused to carry out the deals they have made about leaving the west bank area. Hussein is saying that if the United States can convince Israel to do that for the Palestinians, then he will walk out of Kuwait. That will defuse the entire Middle East situation. January 15th is the apparent deadline date. There are people in government that are crazier than Hussein. As of early December 1990, a contract already exists with Flora Construction company to rebuild Kuwait, so its going to happen anyway.

Does Iraq have nuclear devices?

I’m not sure. They were stealing trigger devices for quite a while before the government found out about it and started substituting non-functional ones. It’s believed that they do. The Iraqis are also said to have devices that had their origin in Nazi Germany, such as the air-fuel bomb, which will “turn the air to fire” and suffocate American troops. There is a concern that he will also use chemical weapons. The United States used chemical weapons in Korea and Vietnam. If Iraq uses them, the United States will respond with devastating force. It would be a good time for the secret government to bring out their disks and impersonate alien species in an attempt to pacify the planet. When the United States wins the conflict, it will produce potential problems for years.

It is seen as the only option. They could impose this in a pseudo-religious way in an attempt to unify religious groups that are on “holy war” campaigns. Either way, presence of .. an apparently benevolent technology” would cause a peaceful unification. Presence of “an apparent malevolent technology” would achieve the same thing, but with a negative unification based on fear. There are again another aspects to the middle east scenarios. One aspect is that the middle east represents an annoying delay to the secret government that has been caused by Iraq. This delay could affect certain types of agenda. Another aspect is that since the US basically controls the planet, all this is a sham for the public – to keep humans up tight, in fear, and at each others’ throats it could be reflective of what is ultimately an Orion based agenda. It is a matter of record that flying disks have been seen in all wars and conflicts.

How about the Congress? Are they aware of the alien and drug things that are going on?

Some of them are, but they are turning their heads because they want to collect their retirement. They’re just hoping the government will be solvent when they get to that point. There is no question that as we enter 1991, many agendas will accelerate and many hands will be forced.

Are the men in black residents of Earth?

The group is an off-world one. They monitor conditions on the planet. They are not physical beings, but they can become solid.

Do the black helicopters have anything to do with the MIB?

No. They are managed by the Army. It is a super secret group that have bases all over the United States. They have one near Sedona. They have one in Connecticut and in Newark, New Jersey. The helicopters have no markings and are used for operations involving drug smuggling, mutilations and security for alien related operations and projects. Obviously, it’s all illegal as hell, and they have been getting away with it for 40 years.

What about the subliminal programming that happens with television?

The FCC “ruled” years ago that it was illegal, but it never stopped. You find it more common on cable TV. There are using subliminal conditioning on all cable networks. They use it to emphasize different elements of what you are seeing around you. People end up being brainwashed and stay ignorant.

What are some of the capabilities they have?

The government has vans that drive around that are capable of complete mind disruption. They have used it before to kill a man in his house in fifteen minutes. All it takes is four helicopters flying in tandem to completely mentally wreck a city if they have those pods on them. The pods are an outgrowth of the Phoenix project. They can produce heavy mood control over a city. They are going into areas beyond the electromagnetic. They are trying to increase the, stress level in the population. It is no secret that Bechtel was laying cables under major metropolitan areas several years ago, claiming that it was being laid for others” whom they wouldn’t reveal. It had nothing to do with electric, telephone or cable TV.

What is another possibility as to why the death of the father of the One World government failed to produce the dematerialization of the future leader of the One World government?

This seeming paradox can be better explained this way: The people who went back and tried to kill the father were successful but the son still lived. This is all related to the Grandfather Paradox. The truth of the matter is that they prevented the birth of the leader of the One World government not in the time stream where the existing person was born but in a parallel one where he never existed in the first place. It existed before and after the effort to kill the father; the parallel time stream also exists where the Germans overtly won the Second World War. There are differing but parallel-interrelated worlds and universes, each having an endless number of streams relating to individual entities. These streams are ultimately expressed as different patterns and outcomes for the same entity depending on the level of expression for the entity at any one time. All divergent entities are part of the one reality, which is the all-embracing unity. The varied potential tracks all exist as one unified central force. The parallel tracks that exist in our universe, depending upon which one of them is taken, will determine the ultimate outcome for the individual entity, and this can change.

What is the actual nature and purpose of the Orion group?

Basically, the purpose of the Orion group is enslavement and conquest. Their objective is to locate certain individuals who vibrate in resonance with their own vibrational complex and manipulate them. There is a concept called spiritual entropy, which apparently causes them to experience constant disintegration of their social memory complexes. They do follow the Law of One but observe free will according to service to self. Those on the enslaved planet then disseminate the attitudes and philosophy, which is service to self. These individuals become the “elite”. Through the elite, the attempt begins to create a condition whereby the remainder of the planetary entities is enslaved by their free will.

That seems like what is happening on the planet right now, especially in the United States.

Yes.

Why don’t they just come down in force instead of using the back door, as it were?

Well, they could. A mass landing would create a loss of polarization due to the infringement on the free will of the planet. If the planet were then conquered and became part of the Empire, the free will would then be reestablished. The way they are doing it is characteristic of the Orion group – to have others do their dirty work for them, including humans. That way, the abridgement of free will is not so obvious. It didn’t help the situation when agreements were made with different alien species. It didn’t matter that the agreements were made with groupings of humans that did not represent the wishes of the mass consciousness. The technical fact of the agreement allowed a lot of action that was negatively polarized. The Orion group specifically targets civilizations before they become a social memory complex.

What does it mean to have a society with a social memory?

Well, a social complex consisting of individual entities becomes a social memory complex when it adopts one orientation or seeking in a specific direction. When this happens, the group memory that was not available to individuals becomes known. The advantage of a social memory complex is the relative lack of distortion.

What does polarization mean for an individual entity?

Generally, entities can have little or no polarization, positive polarization or negative polarization. A positively polarized entity will select a path embodying service to others. An entity choosing negative polarization would focus on service to self. A negative polarization involves the elements of control and repression. For example, a negatively polarized entity would seek separation from and control over others by sexual means and have the idea of power as an end. The negatively oriented entity will program for maximum separation from and control over all entities which it perceives as being other than itself.

Are not all humans, for example, expressions of each other?

Well, yes. Entities will eventually realize that their actions on other selves are actually being done to themselves, since the consciousness present in each entity is a variation on the same thing. The individuation is present to allow maximum differentiation of potentiality and creation.

Many people have been discussing the idea that we are going into fourth density. What does that mean?

Basically another general vibratory rate. It also relates to the realization that one is not separate from the creator. It is that kind of spectrum which has been called by the Christians as the “second coming”. The second coming is a state of being, not an individual arriving and establishing a power hierarchy.

When will this be completed?

Well, entities on this planet should make the attempt to polarize in terms of what excites them no later than 1993, or it will be harder to do so. Polarization can be positive or negative. Generally, the fourth density is much more full of life. Entities must still care for their physical vehicles. It is also a density where compassion, understanding and love are more predominant. Full conversion to fourth density will occur between 2003 and 2013.

It’s interesting that according to the mathematics behind the I Ching, everything goes jackpot around 2012.

Yes. Nothing will be the same on Earth. It is changing right now. What we are seeing is basically the death of the third density way of life.

Does density level refer to polarization?

An entity can be negatively polarized and in fourth density, but it is an intense struggle because of the development of telepathic functions. If there is a place in which fourth density negative entities have established a power structure, then there is more use of the concept of mind control in order to keep the negative structure from conversion to positive orientation.

What about the upcoming geological changes? How does that relate to all of this?

The fourth density is a vibrational spectrum. The time/space continuum has put Earth and that star system into that type of vibration. This causes electromagnetic realignments within the body of the planet. The energies and collective thought forms of the population also disturb the energy patterns of the planet. Geological changes accompany transition between densities. At this point we are in the last 20 years at the end of a cycle, which has lasted 75,000 years.

Anything more about fourth density?

The majority of the Orion group is of fourth density. Some are positively oriented toward service to others, but most that are concerned with the current situation are negatively polarized and playing the domination game. Entities on Earth following any religion or no religion at all will move into fourth density if they are that vibration. Entities not at fourth density vibration will remain at third density vibration and will move to other locations to continue third density life until their vibrational level increases and polarizes in time with a cycle of density movement. The polarization can be positive or negative.

How does the idea of a higher self relate to densities?

In terms of an entity perceiving through as linear time structure, the higher self exists in sixth density and functions in the entities “future”. One interesting aspect of it is that the entity who is perceiving the higher self-manifestation is actually a thought form materialized by the “higher self” itself. Entities in these terms are actually a complex composed of what they perceive to be mind”, “body”, and “spirit”. These complexes can occur within single entities or groups, depending on the specific space/time conditions. The higher self is that self, which exists with, full understanding of the accumulation of experiences of that entity. At one point, the entity perceives a lower self and a higher self. They are not actually there “simultaneously”; functions of the higher self interact from a position in development, which equates to the linear “future” of the entity, as perceived by an entity in this state. Obviously, cultural conditioning encourages development of impotent states of mind where the “lower self” is in control and the “higher self” is reached very little or totally ignored. There is no synthesis that will permit the energy of the intelligent matrix to flow correctly.

How are the cultural states of mind organized? How do they fill the needs of the Orion group and the Brotherhood?

Well, start with the prime factor of body identification. The society promotes the concept of “you are your body”, which results in fear, especially fear of “death”, which is tied in with the idea of physical pain. Combine this with religious doctrine and various cultural ideologies, and you have a very fertile ground for manipulation. There is also promotion of identification with the personality and ego. The ego is culturally conditioned to a reactionary state, which is encouraged, by media and literature to focus on the elements of security, sensation and power. Under these circumstances, individuals are basically disemboweled and blind. In terms of cultural activity, individuals are put in a position where they spend most of their time dealing with “self preservation”, “self-gratification”, and “self-definition”. These functions are basically left hemisphere related. The ego structure often becomes fragmented into “partial selves”, making the problem even worse. What is missing is the love of truth, life, and the creator that we are all a part of. The idea is to transform “self-preservation” into right action, self-gratification” into right feeling, and “self-definition” into right thought. This is not probable in the Orion based culture in which we reside if the missing elements are not introduced. What will help to introduce it is the quickening of the vibrational resonance as we move into the fourth density, and what we are seeing around us is the desperation of the negative forces as they grapple for position and control. The alien agendas are beyond secret government manipulation, and at this time they are very worried. That is why the mind control technology has been developed and implemented – to make sure that they can try and preserve control over the population.

I have been taught the 3rd-density folks are supposed
to do their free-will-choice polarization of the soul without being a part of the galactic society which your plan would drag them into. It also doesn’t address the fear that would be generated in the 3-d society by “official “knowledge of the shift.
Second, after the first official announcement of joint programs with aliens, the media would hound our officials to the extent that they would not be able to do the job we hired them for.

Your objections are three, which I will attempt to address.
1) I don’t know the source of your persuasion that humans(“3rd-density folks”) are supposed to do our self-chosen dharmic path of life conduct according to our true nature (“free-will choice polarization”) _without_ being part of galactic society.
But I would offer these observations.
Yes, free will is an important element of higher intelligent species’ conducting their lives. It is what allows us to rise above instinctual programming, and make choices based on thoughtful consideration of important values. And to accept responsibility for those choices as truly of our own choosing.
But, there is nothing in such free-will functioning that
necessitates that a human not be exposed to individuals with higher intellectual or spiritual development than s/he currently has attained. Indeed, humans regularly consult with university scholars, religious gurus, and noted philosophers and ethicists in seeking counsel as to which choice would be the wisest, most spiritually advantageous, more ethical, etc. Such consultation is part and parcel of what makes us intelligent and spiritual beings:
alert enough and caring enough to want to make the best-informed free-will choice.
Such consultation or exposure to higher teachers is helpful,whether those higher teachers are fully human, (e.g., the Dalai Lama, Rigoberta Menchu Tum), or Star Seed (Buddha, Yeshua ben Joseph), or fully extraterrestrial.
Implicit in the dictum you have been told is a fear and
insecurity that somehow humans will, in the face of Star Visitor superior intelligence and/or spiritual development, be so overwhelmed that we will lose our ability to think and choose for ourselves. That simply is not the case.
It is not the case experientially. I have dealt with well over 350 experiencers, all of whom retain their own consciousness and free-will. 2) The “fear” card has for too long been played by the
Go-Slowers in the NSC Special Studies Group. We are not in 1938, when Orson Welles’s pseudo-“live radio newscast” of a purported Martian invasion alarmed many listeners who tuned in after the opening credits identifying the broadcast as a production of The Mercury Theater. Governmental statements that over 50 years of behind-the-scenes contact and dialogue with the Star Visitors gives no basis for any concern about invasion would seal the matter for most Americans.
Panic would not ensue from such a public disclosure.
3) The assumption that “after the first official announcement of joint programs with aliens, the media would hound our officials to the extent that they would not be able to do the job we hired them for”, would only be true temporarily. Obviously, Star Visitor contact is the biggest news story of the millennium. As with any big news story, the media would want statements and questions answered by many government and other public figures. This is true

In the end, the public will accept the soundness of the
decision which has, as Dr. Roger Leir has scientifically
documented, resulted in marked advancements in human physical and intellectual development compared to 50 years ago. I think that today’s Star Kids can be “poster children” for the remarkable and appealing advanced abilities that most humans would choose to have for themselves and their children.
But, we need to get this whole subject out of the closet. The Special Studies Group [“MJ-12”] needs to stop its news-suppression of private researcher efforts to publicize and foster these human advancements (such as Dr. Leir’s research and my Star Kids Project), and instead encourage coverage of responsible information from knowledgeable researchers such as Dr. John Mack, Dr. Leo Sprinkle, Dr. Roger Leir, Dr. Steven Greer, Dr. Rauni-Leena Kilde, Mary Rodwell, along with many others.
The only real fear obstacle is governmental figures’ fear of getting their asses chewed. As President Truman said of political office, “If you can’t stand the heat, get the hell out of the kitchen.” After the cowards in government cut and run, those left will have the important task of binding up wounds of distrust, and leading the public to integrating this new amazing and cosmic vista of human development into our new and transformed daily
