So I as I said I’ve always been very interested in science but I also grew up
in a very with a lot of very unusual experiences not the least of which is
that I grew up in a house with a polar-geist haunting.

So I had all kinds of examples of psychokinesis of objects moving about on their own when I was growing up but As I Grew Older it was just so obvious to me that it was such a direct reflection of my interior landscape. Of my what was going on in my psyche and as soon as I put forth that act of will all of these things the
negativity ceased and I think that our will is always. It’s what our will
determines but you also have to be conscious you have to sort of Shield yourself and I have learned that I have to have developed a strong belief that I’m protected so that my unconscious doesn’t believe that I’m not protected and allow these things to occur.

When you do that you are protected hm have you ever walked into a room and felt your energy suddenly drained as if something unseen was weighing you down or noticed how certain people leave you feeling mentally exhausted as if they have taken something from you without a word?

This isn’t just a feeling it’s not your imagination unseen forces Collective energies and invisible entities you cannot perceive might be feeding off your attention your emotions and even your overflowing enthusiasm every heated argument every moment of fear every urge to belong at any cost?
What if these reactions aren’t entirely your own what if something else is drawing power from them what you don’t see doesn’t mean it isn’t real and understanding this may be the key to reclaiming your energy your Clarity Your vitality and your
sovereignty.

What are egregor and Collective ?

Simply put egregor are thought forms or energetic entities that emerge from the collective beliefs and emotions of a group they are the result of intense mental and emotional energy that over time turns into a semi-autonomous entity.
They can influence the thoughts behaviors and actions of people within the group think of them as mental and emotional parasites they thrive on the collective energy and attention people give them.

Throughout history different thinkers and traditions have pointed to the power of collective Consciousness. Elus levie a 19th century occultist discussed the concept of thought forms in his writings describing them as powerful energetic entities born from Collective human thought and emotion he believed that these thought forms could influence not only individual Behavior but also manifest tangible effects in the material world.

According to Ruiz these Collective agreements ideas we have inherited form energetic fields that dictate much of how we think act and feel much like egregor, these fields influence us on a deep level often without our conscious awareness.

movements they are often driven by intense Collective emotions and beliefs like outrage or excitement these movements can grow quickly influence behavior and even shift the course of social change all think about political ideologies these
are large-scale collective thought forms that shape the way entire societies think and act whether you agree with them or not.

They exert control by feeding off the emotional energy of millions of people
religious fervor is another powerful example groups of people who share a common belief can create a collective field that not only shapes individual lives but entire societies and cultures. These fields can influence everything from moral values to societal structures demonstrating just how much thought forms can affect reality the philosopher GF taught that most people are like machines reacting automatically to external stimuli thoughts and emotions.

If we are not careful we can become like puppets unconsciously controlled by the egregor and Collective fields around us gf’s work focuses on developing self-awareness and control over our thoughts and emotions so we can stop being mechanical parts of a larger unconscious machine.

The invisible energy drains how they feed on you just like a virus needs a host to

Egregor rely on our attention emotions and energy to thrive the more we focus on them the stronger they become think of them as parasites they feed on the mental and emotional energy we direct toward them growing in power the more we believe in them.

In today’s world mass media plays a huge role in this it has access to millions of people and often spreads negativity fear and Division which feeds these egregor.

This creates a kind of Snowball Effect where the more attention we give them the bigger they grow and this doesn’t just affect individuals. It reflects in society at large shaping Collective thought and behavior egregor can manipulate our perceptions making us believe they are real and unbreakable.

For instance they can make you believe that your anger is completely Justified driving you to react in ways that feel un avoidable in the moment that’s the energy drain effect in action but once the anger Fades you often realize there was no real reasoning behind it.

That the justification you felt was just an illusion created by these energies similarly in moments of fear or anxiety these thought forms May convince you that something is wrong when in reality there’s no true threat.
They feed off the emotions and energy you give them and in return they Cloud your perception making it difficult to see things clearly.

This is when the power of these influences is most evident when they shape your reactions and emotions making you feel controlled by something outside of your conscious will for instance think about the times when you feel overwhelmed with anger and suddenly say something you didn’t mean causing conflict with someone you love or perhaps you have found yourself in situations where you react out of fear or frustration only to later realize that those emotions took control pushing you to act in ways you regret.

The impact on your life is profound, energy is life it fuels your physical body mental Clarity emotional and even spiritual well-being when you maintain strong energy reserves you feel better physically your mood improves and your creativity flows freely.
Your body operates more efficiently your immune system becomes stronger and your resilience to stress increases you are able to approach challenges with a calm clear mind rather than feeling drained or reactive.

This shift in energy moves you from merely surviving to thriving and creating, think about the last time you felt completely energized how much easier was it to stay positive make decisions and stay focused.

Start by paying close attention to your emotional and physical state notice
when you feel lighter or heavier more energized or drained this self-awareness is your first line of defense to truly protect and control your energy you must first become aware of it. This means recognizing how it flows through your body and how external forces affect it.

Your physical body is the vessel for energy and it must be in harmony for
energy to flow effectively.
Begin by cultivating body awareness through a practice of body scanning find a quiet space sit or lie down comfortably close your eyes and take a
few deep breaths, start by focusing your attention on your feet slowly moving upward through your body as you pass through each area your legs waist stomach chest neck and up to the top of your head pay attention to any Sensations you feel.

Notice if there is any tension stress or negative emotion present in any part of your body when you encounter such Sensations simply acknowledge them without judgment and imagine energy flowing into that area releasing any discomfort.

Practice this for 5 to 10 minutes daily to increase awareness relax your body and prepare it for deeper energy work.

When it comes to food ask yourself are you choosing nourishment that truly fuels your body and makes you feel good or are you reaching in for food out of habit convenience or emotional Comfort.

Addictions whether to substances emotions attachments obsessive thoughts or even persistent draining habits like procrastination can be energy thieves substance.

Thought patterns that keep us stuck that’s why taking charge of your emotions and daily choices is key to protecting your energy it’s not about perfection but about making conscious decisions that keep you clear focused and in control of your own energy.

Three conscious breathing connecting to the energy flow breathing is one of the most basic yet profound tools for energy control.

By mastering your breath you can direct and regulate the flow of energy throughout your body start with conscious abdominal breathing. Sit upright or lie on your back Place one hand on your abdomen and the other on your chest.

Breathe deeply through your nose allowing your abdomen to expand while keeping your chest still exhale slowly through your mouth letting your abdomen contract.
Focus on the rhythm of your breath imagining energy entering and leaving your body with each cycle.
Practice this for 10 Cycles twice a day to align your energy flow and activate your lower Damon where energy is stored to deepen your control over energy.

Try Advanced breathwork Techniques like Nadi shadana alternate nostril breathing this practice helps balance energy flow within your body and calms your mind.
Sit comfortably with your spine straight close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale deeply through your left nostril. Close the left nostril with your
ring finger and exhale fully through the right nostril then inhale through the right
nostril and exhale through the left continue alternating nostrils focusing on deep controlled breathing. This practice balances both hemispheres of your brain clears
energetic channels and improves concentration.

A great exercise to help with focus is simply observing a candle flame for a few
minutes this practice can help train your mind to concentrate and calm your thoughts.
Building the discipline needed to direct your energy effectively five spiritual or mental shielding techniques;

Visualization is a powerful tool for protecting your energy you can imagine a shield of light surrounding you this could be golden light.
A protective bubble or any image that resonates with you can also ground your energy. By visualizing Roots extending from your feet into the Earth connecting you to its steady nurturing energy.

Another powerful practice is the Palm energy exercise which helps strengthen the connection with your energy flow. Sit comfortably keeping your back straight and position your hands in front of your body at chest level with your palms facing each other. Breathe deeply three times on your next inhale fill your belly and lungs with air and hold for 4 seconds. Exhale slowly imagining your palms warming. Visualize energy circulating through your body flowing toward your hands with each breath feel the tips of your fingers charging with energy.
Once you feel it you can place your hands on areas where you detected stress or tension and simply allow the energy to work. Feel the change just let it happen naturally practice this for 5 minutes daily and you will begin to feel more in
tune with your energy.

Incorporating these practices into your daily routine will gradually strengthen your ability to direct and protect your energy. The world needs your energy your
creativity and your unique contributions protect it grow it and watch as it transforms your life.

Finally detaching from toxic egregor is key, this might mean leaving ideologies or
groups that no longer serve you, stepping away from fear-based narratives or even taking a break from social media or news outlets that constantly feed you negativity.

The less you engage with these thought forms the less power they have over you recognize when you are feeding into them and make a conscious decision to detach and redirect your energy elsewhere.
